All American Bar & Grille - Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
This is one of those restaurants where everyone can find something on the menu. Appetizers range from American favorites like sliders and chicken fingers to other popular favorites including quesadillas and shrimp scampi. Find all your comfort food staples rolled into one menu – this Vegas restaurant has it all, from steak and eggs to homemade meatloaf; chicken fried steak, baby back ribs and deviled eggs. The question is, what don’t they have?
The comfortable atmosphere makes it easy to linger, while fireplaces and a waterfall add pleasant touches. There’s also a sports bar offering more than 10 flat-screen TVs.
There were 12 of us and most of us enjoyed our food. Service was so so, we got our food fast enough but the wait staff were not very friendly. I found the prices on the high side $5 for a cola seemed excessive. All in all it was just ok!
I had the fried shrimp. They say it comes with chips (fries) , sauce but it also came with coleslaw which was a welcome surprise.
Only 6 shrimp, but they were 6 of the biggest ones I've ever seen so it was more than enough.
We were celebrating our 33 anniversary and this was the most disappointing dinner ever. We had been here several times and were looking forward to a good meal. The hostess did not even greet us. Just walked away after we gave her our name. We had not even looked at the menu and the waiter asked what we wanted to eat. No Hello how are you? Nothing ... The prime rib was over cooked and luke warm. The mashed potatoes were cold. To finish off this terrible night the waiter was taking the plate out of my hand before I was finished putting the leftovers into the box.
Great service and good food. Portions were large. Strong drinks!
Had a great evening with Tony as our waiter. We were there for the Star Trek Convention and ate in the back room. It was quiet enough to have a romantic meal and have a quiet conversation. A steak was extra thick and hadn’t been cooked fully to “well done”, but when told about it, Tony took it back to the kitchen and the kitchen cooked it some more. When he brought it out, it had fresh mashed potatoes and veggies on the plate.
The service was terrific, the food came out quickly, was hot and delicious! The cost of the food was a little pricey; but other than that the experience was good. We were in the back room away from the noise and smoke for the most part!
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food in a Grille in a casino. Our party enjoyed prime rib, grilled salmon, chicken fettuccine and a Cobb Salad. All were excellent quality and all plates were cleaned! Service was great.
A perfect meal.
Friends visiting from out of town. Had dinner before a show.
Over priced, poor quality food. Casino food is normally over priced but this was ridiculous.
Quality food with prompt service. Been going here for over 15 years and always had a tender steak. Wine selection is great too.
The menu is very limited. The thing to keep in mind is that it's primarily a bar. Interesting thing is that one of my guests asked for bread of any kind and they don't have any. He could have had a hamburger bun or a saltine cracker.
If you just want to watch the game and you aren't picky what you eat, the place is ok.
Really good wings and Cheesy Tots were a really interesting app.
Quality of food was not at the level of the price paid.
We arrived a little early but they still seated us right away. There were lots of tables available. We ordered our drinks. They took about 10 minutes to arrive. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and fries. My hubby got their cheeseburger. The food was very good. The French fries were excellent and had a nice crisp on them. It’s a bit loud since it’s open to the casino. Service was good.
Awesome establishment! The food was great, and the atmosphere was fun! The service was good, but could have used another waiter or two during the busy times. Would still recommend this place to everyone!!!!
Been twice so far, good food and reasonable prices. The chocolate cake with yummy fudge frosting is very very good.
All very good. Service was great. Too bad they just have Pepsi products. Wings are really good. Perfect for before a show...
Have been here in the past! Service and quality of food is not as good as in the past.
Great service! Food was very good, a bit pricey for an early dinner. If you order a bucket of shrimp, not at all a full bucket, maybe 1/2 a very small bucket laid on it's side, however, very taste.
Very good restaurant. We arrived late and were hungry and tired and was happy their staff was really good to serve us quickly ! I had a delicious Cobb salad with very fresh ingredients . My husband had a delicious French dip sandwich minus the melted cheese, Fries were excellent. They may want to update their website because prices were more but not to scare us away! Very good casino restaurant!
We’ve been going to the American Grill for several years. This was the first time it was bad. I mean REALLY bad! The menu was bad, the food was bad, the prices were bad considering theaount and a uality of food you received and the service was bad. Needless to say, we will not be going back to the American Grill. Don’t waste your money.
Food was assembly line and pretty mundane, didn't receive the correct side until halfway through the menu. It's a fine place for a quick bite of food if you're in a hurry.
Food was ok. The fries were cold and soggy. Overall for the price you pay, it doesn't provide good quality food.
Underwhelming food at an overly inflated price. Yes, we were in and out in good time plus our show was on property, but these are not good enough reasons to eat here. Sadly, will not be eating here again. Additionally, one of the ordered meals was initially forgotten and was not brought when the other three were served. Disappointing.
This is an average eatery with average menu with everything to eat for everyone and bar food and is convenient in the hotel. Have to say the prices were just a bit high for the average food. Chicken breast with potatoes and zucchini was just ok, on the dry side, the salmon was a typical piece of salmon was grilled with the same veggies. Not horrible but each dish was passible. Probably should have ordered a burger those looked good. But we wanted a dinner entre. We also ordered the apple blueberry pie, had a nice flaky crust and topping, the ice cream on the side was melted pretty much. High price for 1 piece of pie . But it was convenient right in the hotel and bar food menu with quick bites and a bar area with tv's.
Finally you changed your Menu!!! Since loosing my favorite restaurant in The Rio - Buzio's I haven't been able to get my fill of Seafood. You brought back the lobster tail and you have Prime Rib (which is so delicious) everyday instead of just the weekend. The Service is always excellent. We always ask for Scott he is so friendly and efficient. Everyone from the moment we walk up to the podium, Scott of course and the bus people are really nice. Thank you for another Great Visit.
Love this restaurant. I bring all of my out-of-town visitors here for prime rib. One of Vegas’s hidden secrets.
6:00 dollars for a bake potato. Are you kidding me.
We went here for a meal Saturday night before Penn and Teller show, the service was quick and the food was excellent.
Would thoroughly recommend it
Been here once before and it was very good and this time was the same. Excellent service and the burgers are wonderful as are the salads. Generous portions and they serve the fries in a paper bag which is unusual but it works! Casual environment and a great stop for dinner before a show.
All American Bar & Grille was terrible! They had no Italian, Chinese, Mexican or Indian food! What kind of place IS this? Oh, right. It says it in the title. My bad!
Food was good, service great and atmosphere perfect for what we were looking for. Solid for casual dining!
A super place with great food, servers and atmosphere. In Vegas it is the best value ever.
Great food. Menu could be a little broader. Not a lot of choices.
It’s a sports bar
The service was great. The food was cheap bar food at best which is about what we expected. That said, a meal for 4 in Vegas for under $120 with drinks is a pretty good deal if you’re just looking for some food to soak up the booze.
Food wasn’t the best for the price unfortunately but the service was good.
We went there before the Penn & Teller show in the Rio. It was quick and cheap, nothing special. The burgers are cooked one way, you aren't asked which you prefer. Pub food, there are much better places.
On small holiday
I would like their old menu back please. The service was amazing, the food came out quickly.
