The peel and eat shrimp was very good as the portions were enough for 4 people. The New York steak was excellent and so were the vegetables
Food was ok and the waiter was really busy. We had a very loud party seated next to us.
The food was a bit overpriced but the ambiance and service was great so overall, it was a great experience.
My Daughter was in town to celebrate her 25th Birthday.
in the middle of a busy casino.. The food and service were really great. Food cooked and presented perfectly... MAKE A RESERVATION unless you want to wait upwards of an hour to get in. Even though it's a "cafe".. make that rez....
The cod was fantastic! The server was great, so nice. Family friendly atmosphere!
It was nice. The host was a little rude but the manager took care of us and allowed us to enjoy a wonderful dining experience
This place was slammed for breakfast . Reservation was for 10:30 and didn’t get seated until after 11. Very poor management team. People seating themselves and a lot of complaining. Went to sand restaurant day before without issues. My husband had steak & eggs and said poor. I had bacon & eggs and wasn’t impressed. Had the French toast the day before and that was excellent. Hard to have quality when you are only open 3 days of the work week.
The hostess sat us right away because of our open table reservation, which was awesome, especially with the line waiting to get in. We had the bourbon glazed chicken wings, which didn’t really have any flavor. My son had the chicken Alfredo which he enjoyed and I had the fried shrimp. The amount of fried shrimp on the platter is definitely enough for two people to share. Great value there. Very limited menu though.
Great service. Wonderful food. Bloody Mary was perfect
Had the French toast with strawberries which was excellent..... my husband had bacon, eggs , rye toast, potatoes which he enjoyed. Our server, Alberto was great!!!!! A little pricy but they are only open Fri- Sunday so understand with Covid , they are trying to stay a float.
Expensive food the fries tasted like sweet potato fries and the food was nasty
Too much money for the quality of food. Too much money for quality of food.
The food was good but the service was awful. From the hostess to the the server. Will not eat here again.
This restaurant is a nice place to have a meal. It's located right in the hotel, so it's convenient.
Food was good but too highly priced for type of restaurant.
I had lunch and breakfast here and it was all worth it!!!
They ran out of food before we checked in for our reservations. No steaks, no fish and no burger buns!!! What type of restaurant runs out of the main meats!! I won’t be back
Nice evening with my mom for Valentine's. Friendly service. Best value steak anywhere and tasty!
They were out of all food. Anything we wanted to order they did not have
Pricey for average food. Waiter didn’t seem too happy, wasn’t very attentive.
On Valentines night with reservations, I ordered a ribeye steak. Ten minutes later the waiter said I would have to get a cheaper cut of steak because they were out of ribeyes.
Again ten minutes later he announced they were out of all steaks. I asked for prime rib.
He said they were out of it too. When I asked for a hamburger he said they were out of buns. Through all of this nothing was offered for my trouble...Most places would at least give a free dessert. Whatever manager failed to get enough food for a holiday dinner crowd at 7:30 pm should be fired.
We’ve ate at the American bar and grill in past years but during the pandemic they’re open Friday-Sunday. This time we went for breakfast. The only option was sourdough ;( the omelet was cold when brought to the table. Very disappointing for valentines brunch.
First thing is that the soda was flat. Then we wanted an Arnold Palmer, but they were out of lemonade. The meat in my French Dip sandwich was completely dry... it was the worst French Dip I've ever had. Dipping it in the au jus did nothing to moisten it. Our server was not friendly and barely attentive to us. She did have all of the tables that I could see, but she wasn't good even considering that. My friend had the mushroom burger and that was decent. The French Fries were pretty good too. But all things considered, we would not go back again.
Very overpriced. Tap was not working so no beer on draft. We went to Smashburger and got burgers and draft beer for half the price.
My wife and I had a great experience here on Valentines Day 2021. Our waitress was very nice and provided us with great service. Thank you, we will be back again!
It's a casino, so it goes without saying that it will cost a little more. But an off strip casino 2 eggs & bacon with one bloody mary should be $50.......but most of the other restaurants are closed due to covid.....get it while you can, I suppose
$6.00 for one soda, ridiculous.
Great food - but limited menu due to COVID. Highly recommend French Dip.
Greeter and waiter were horrible
We had a reservation. When we got there they had way over booked. We were directed to a long line of people. They told us to go to the back of the line. It was as if we did not have the reservation at all.
Place was packed and disorganized beyond belief. Took nearly 20 minutes to be talked to by our server. Food was below average in my opinion. Followed by the cost after, yeah I'll go somewhere else.
Food was great and the service was excellent we enjoyed it
Good fast service came back next day to get food for pick up and a drink was good
Ordered 14 oz. ribeye, one medium rare, the other medium. They did a good job there. Wish the vegetables served with the meals were more substantial. The ones served to us were small dices, perhaps less than 1/3 cup. For $41.99 we paid for each ribeye platter, it would have been nice...
The food was good, I would have given 5 stars for ambience, however there was a lot of smokers in the area.
Food and service was great! Our waiter was very fast, professional, courteous and always noticed if we needed something. Unfortunately the atmosphere felt like a bowling club crossed with a food court.
The hamburger was great and cooked the way I asked it to be. The fries (which I never eat) were outstanding. Hot, crispy and really good. All is all was a good meal, but really got noisy the closer to the Super Bowl game it got. Not a meat eater, so this was really good.
A bit loud to talk business.
Staff was friendly, food arrived quickly. Sufficient for a quick bite.
The food is good and serving sizes are large. Our server was attentive and pleasant. It seemed they had a different menu, with much higher prices than last time we ate there; perhaps due to the large convention in town? I mean, $19.00 for a cheeseburger!!!!
