Favorite place in Cincinnati. I moved away from Ohio and every time I come back this is a must have. There is not a bad thing on the menu. Everything is so good and flavorful from drinks to starters all the way to desert! You won’t go wrong choosing this place. Service is spectacular as well.

Overall very good but not excellent. Empanadas, excellent. Duck was overcooked. The dish had a lot going on…perhaps a little overkill. Wine list is excellent.

I treated my sister and me to a tasting course, and I cannot recommend this experience and restaurant enough! Every course was uniquely crafted, offering distinct flavors paired in ways that were truly euphoric. A special thanks to our incredible experience creators—Sully, Allison, and the amazing sous chef Leslie. Looking forward to returning!

Third time at Alfio's. I hope this place never changes the atmosphere. Best food and best bar in the Cincinnati area period. The menu is phenomenal and the service is the best I've ever had.

The 6 course dinner was amazing. Portions are perfect size. The filet was cooked perfectly for the small size. The wine pairing had a wines that were expected and delightful. If you are looking to a special evening with someone you love, this is a must.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We ordered a variety of dishes, all were presented beautifully and were deliciously well balanced for flavor. We split a couple items and they brought them out separately, both beautifully plated. The service was excellent, classy yet friendly. Highly recommend if you’re not afraid to spend a bit.
