One of our favorite places to dine in our neighborhood, and really, all of Cincinnati! During this visit, my wife and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary. Everything was wonderful, as we've come to expect. Our waitress, Carlin, was fantastic!

From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. The host brought us drinks to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and after finding out I was pregnant brought me a substitute for the alcohol. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The food was perfect as well, especially the smoked cesar salad that we enjoyed. Definitely will be back!

My wife and I had an excellent dining experience Saturday evening! The food was incredible and the service and hospitality outstanding. We had the Empanadas as an appetizer and they were perfectly prepared. Fig and pear salad was amazing. The Pistachio Salmon and Short Rib Ravioli couldn’t have been better! The wait staff are all very knowledgeable and hospitable! We will be back.

On a Monday night we had the Staff to ourselves, and they delivered a Fabulous dinner. The Gnocchi and Mushroom Ravioli were Fantastic, so well blended and complex in flavor. Wine paring was spot-on and the dessert with Port a flavorful ending to our special night! Five Stars!

Wow! What a find! Alfios is such an amazing place. Everyone there is so knowledgeable. You can tell that the staff truly cares about your experience. I also have to shout out the hosts, Peyton, and Katie. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. All if our food was completely out of this world!

I can't even begin to tell you how AMAZING our dining experience was. Lenoir was our server, and she was Wonderful! She was so attentive, and so beautiful and professional. She explained every menu item that we asked about, and she knows these restaurant like I've never seen. She even knew the mixologist. My wife and I both had the hibiscus margaritas, they were so delicious and refreshing, she had two. My wife loves to cook, and she is a total foodie. She wanted to try everything, and the more Lenoir explained the items, the more she wanted to try them. We started out with the zucchini, with an amazing pesto goat cheese sauce that I have never tasted in my life. It was so good. We also had the goat cheese and grilled Caesar salads, and both were absolutely delicious. The goat cheese medallions were like nothing we've ever had on a salad, you must try this. For our main course, we did the ravioli duo with the short rib ravioli, and Angus five cheese. These were two of the best raviolis, we've ever had. We also added the empanada cuatro, even though we could only eat two and took the rest home to enjoy, they were incredible. My wife and I cannot wait to come back, we've not visited a restaurant like this in years. It is way beyond your expectations, and over the top. It is definitely a five-star top dine. Lenoir was incredible and we will definitely request her next time. She is beyond Amazing with her customer service and knowledge of the restaurant, and her serving skills. My wife felt so special and we both really enjoyed dining at Alfio's.

It's been a while in Cincy that I was really WOWED by food and service on this level. The staff was phenomenal. We sat at the bar and the bartender and barback were wonderful, engaging, and thoughtful. The food and drinks were classic with whimiscal twists. We really enjoyed every bite and sip. Honestly just the best experience.

We went to Alfio's with another couple for Restaurant Week. We had a wonderful experience. The menu choices were excellent and we each ordered something different for each course, so got to taste every item. Each preparation and presentation was exquisite. The service was outstanding. Our servers were Sully and Wasewski (sp?), both very friendly and professional. Sully really impressed us with his vast knowledge of wines (he's going for his Somm 2 test next month). Alfio's has not dissapointed in the past and, this time, they really outdid themselves. Highly recommend.

We were extremely disappointed with Alfios. We have been long-time customers and usually order the skirt steak. For restaurant week, we tried the special menu and found the Salmon portion to be very small and other items cut in half (like the pear salad). This is in contrast to Capital Grill where we ate on Monday and they had full-sized portions of every item and really impressed us with their menu and service. We will go back to Alfios but you are not doing yourself a service by cutting the portions so much during restaurant week. It wasn't a positive experience. If this had been my first visit to Alfios I would probably not go back.

We were there to celebrate my husband ‘s birthday. Alfio is one of our favorite restaurants. The foods are always tasty, the Service is always on point . Our server even remembers us from the last time we were there. We love the Poached Pears n Fig Salad. It was a very nice sized serving, so I shared it with my husband.. The Lamb Chops I had was delicious, flavorful and juicy. ALFIO will certainly continue to be one of our very favorite restaurants.

First time at Alfio's. We are not ones to frequent the same restaurant, it we'll be back to Alfios. So many great choices that we can go back and have a completely different experience. Steak, seafood, pasta. Food was fantastic. Tossed between multiple options. I'd like to try everything. Started with oysters in butter sauce. I had a beet salad and my wife had a watermelon and strawberry salad with fried goat cheese pucks. Lettuce and vegetables are locally sourced (Batavia). If you can't choose between the 4 different ravioli dishes, you can pick any two and they will give a 1/2 order of each separating the sauces. I got the braised short ribs stuffed ravioli and the lobster and crab stuffed ravioli. My wife got the braised short ribs with gnocchi. Wine and drink list is extensive. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Eric / Sully. Great overall experience. I highly recommend.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Alfio's and we had an amazing experience. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and prompt, and we left feeling like we made new friends. The sommelier ran us through a few different options and suggested a great bottle for our celebration and our meal pairings. The dishes were out of this world good! I'll be thinking about the salmon dinner for a long time to come. We can't wait to go back!

Romantic setting with excellent variety of dinner choices. We had the empanadas to start and then the braised short ribs(!) and lobster ravioli. So good! The dessert selection was superb - especially the “Old Fashioned” gelato. Never imagined those flavors as gelato, but it was delicious! The service was excellent, being super attentive at the right times. The only knock was the music was a bit too loud for the dining area. Not too loud you couldn’t have a conversation, but loud enough to be in the foreground and not the background. All together we would highly recommend this restaurant for a night out with your significant other.
