We were seated immediately even though we were 10 minutes early for our reservation. Our waiter was very inattentive, h It 15 minutes before he came ti take our order. 15 minutes to bring our drinks and he got my mine wrong, took it take and took another 6 minutes to return. Our appetizers took 40 minutes! That is after I spoke to the manager!!. Our food came 50 minutes after we placed our order. People that ordered after us, received their meals and we were kept waiting. When we finally paid, our waiter took bother 10 minutes to return my credit card. Even though the food was great, we will not be going back there unless for Thanksgiving Buffett. Very disappointing experience.

Bar service to our table and waiter was very slow. Our second round of drinks were very slow. Wine did not arrive until we finished dinner.

The service at Alexandra's was excellent - attentive and prompt. the meal was underwhelming. the caesar salad was bland, not made with romaine The crab soup was cool the ribeyes were overcooked and gristly, the fries served under the steaks so absorbed all the juices and were thus soggy Desserts were the bright spot - cannoli and apple struesel - were outstanding

food was warm, appealing and tasty. My family and I enjoyed all of it and very thankful to have our server. She was outstanding!

Our server Jeffrey delivered outstanding service, as did all drink and food runners. Food was great, came out quick, and we got to sit outside. It is so nice having a place to sit outside where you’re not staring at a parking lot. You’re looking out to the golf course and trees. We arrived very early for our reservation due to a change of plans and they were very understanding about it. Obviously if they were full we would have understood but they didn’t act annoyed or put-out at all.

Years ago came many times. It is such a beautiful setting and the new revision is absolutely beautiful. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, excellent menu choices, good service. Will definitely be back. We all enjoyed our lunch.

The food took over an hour to come out and one of the plates contained allergens that were expressly asked to avoid. No reason to go back.

We enjoyed our stay there, however, I am not a fan of the restaurant there. Each time I've been there, the food is neither hot, and the service is ok. Returned this time, as I purchased a package deal to celebrate my husband's birthday & breakfast was included. I was hoping that perhaps in the lapse of time since I last visited there, it would have improved. This time however was probably the worst service. The server certainly was rushed (and not just w/ us). Hardly any follow up. No attention to detail & definitely not personable. Requested some items that she never brought ie water, napkins. It appears they may have understaffed for breakfast time servers. It will be a while again before we visit if ever.
