Upscale dining, but not stuck up! From the time we entered the restaurant we were treated royally. The staff acknowledged my wife’s birthday and provided different accents in celebration. The food is always outstanding! Can’t get enough of the croissants! My F1 filet and lobster mac was superb. My wife’s surf and turf was amazing and to my surprise she at it all because it was too good to leave leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

The tomahawk was way undercook for medium rare. This is from someone who has had the same entre from the same restaurant for years. The tomahawk definitely did not look like it was rested after cooking. The lobster tail that came with the tomahawk was overcooked and dry with no seasoning. We were a party of 5; inquired with server what is her best estimate on how many persons a 24oz or 32oz tomahawk would serve and she could not give a recommendation. She just kept repeating 24oz or 32oz without a bone. We were just asking for guidance. Also asked server if they added salt before cooking and she could not answer as well.

Everything was great. I was surprised how many children, young children were there for a late dinner. Kids were loud probably tired past their bedtime. Service, ambience, knowledge of menu by staff was great! I would go back again but my expectations are adjusted for crying kids.

Great customer service. The steak was a bit cold. The appetizers had some sauces we really did not like (asparagus/mushrooms), the skinny fries were awesome. The most delicious part was the bread basket! Warm and crunchy... The service is great, very attentive and polite. We had a good time. Would recommend if you want to splurge, but you can have great steak in another place for a better price. I did not think their steak was super special for that price.

food was excellent as expected. the steaks were cooked to perfection. and be prepared to have a bit of mashed potato with your butter lol. service is impeccable.

Victor was incredible. He was very attentive and pleasant to have. He gave wonderful recommendations as my girlfriend and I do not eat steaks very often. They also accommodated for my girlfriend’s dairy allergy in a way that we appreciated greatly. We ordered the Bruce Lee-Chee and the Hamachi Shots to start. They also bring out a bread basket to the table while you are looking through the menu(the croissants are amazing). Our main dishes were the Filet Mignon and the Dry Aged Bone in NY. For dessert, we ordered the Raspberry Lychee Sorbet and the Shibuya Crossing to go along with their traditional Watermelon Cotton Candy. We loved the presentation of the drinks and dishes! Thank you again to Victor and the rest of the Alexander’s team that made our 3rd anniversary one to remember!

This was our second visit, And our meals were just as good this time as they were last time. I had the Hamachi shots and lamb lollipops, My husband had the porterhouse and truffle fries. The food and cocktails were great, as was the service. It’s a beautiful restaurant, and we try to stop by every time we’re in town.
