Victor was incredible. He was very attentive and pleasant to have. He gave wonderful recommendations as my girlfriend and I do not eat steaks very often. They also accommodated for my girlfriend’s dairy allergy in a way that we appreciated greatly. We ordered the Bruce Lee-Chee and the Hamachi Shots to start. They also bring out a bread basket to the table while you are looking through the menu(the croissants are amazing). Our main dishes were the Filet Mignon and the Dry Aged Bone in NY. For dessert, we ordered the Raspberry Lychee Sorbet and the Shibuya Crossing to go along with their traditional Watermelon Cotton Candy. We loved the presentation of the drinks and dishes! Thank you again to Victor and the rest of the Alexander’s team that made our 3rd anniversary one to remember!

This was our second visit, And our meals were just as good this time as they were last time. I had the Hamachi shots and lamb lollipops, My husband had the porterhouse and truffle fries. The food and cocktails were great, as was the service. It’s a beautiful restaurant, and we try to stop by every time we’re in town.

Service was impeccable. We had three appetizers; octopus, tuna, & popcorn crab. All were delicious. Cocktails were excellent. My wife had the sea bass and it was delicious and cooked perfectly with a little char on the edge. The accompanying noodles were a great touch. I had the 20oz prime rib; it was very tasty but the meat was very tough to chew at the center. Dessert was excellent; we had the raspberry mousse and caramel toast. Even the decaf coffee was good.

We’ve gone there over the years. This was the first time my fillet wasn’t as tender as usual. Everything else was delicious. The food presentation and service was excellent!!

Food and as excellent, service great . The only thing was we weren’t warned ahead of time that kitchen closes at 2 pm and our reservation was at 1:45pm so when some members of our party didn’t arrive until 1:55 pm it was stressful and they had to just had to make their decision asap - wish they put in a warning that kitchen closes 2 with hard stop so you wouldn’t feel so rushed for upscale dining place .

We always have a great family meal when we're at Alexander's. The steaks are the best in the Bay area as is the Prime Rib. The appetizers are modern takes on classics such as the Caesar or Wedge salads, to a very modern jamon iberico and burrata. While not cheap, the quality and service make this a memorable experience.

This place was amazing! It's clear that care is in everything they do. They made us feel special, the pace of the meal was great, and the food was spectacular. The mocktail menu was especially lovely. We will be coming back again soon.
