Simply a fantastic experience. I took a special someone there on my birthday and just had an awesome time. The food was great, our waiter was charming and accommodating, as was his support, the band was talented and we enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend throwing on some kitschy duds, go have a great dinner, and have fun! P.S. If you plan on going somewhere for someone's birthday, even your own, GO! The cake I received in celebration of my birthday was nothing less than melt in your mouth good! I'm not a cake fan but boy, was it great! And as a bonus, NO embarrassing Happy Birthday song sung by the wait staff!

Amazing and can’t wait to go back. Our server Derek was wonderful! We had the special, clam chowder, steak and lobster tail - it was divine. We also had the cheesy bread, pink cloud, hot cocoa and pink champagne cake. It was all delicious!

It’s fun to sit amongst the decorations! We had a booth, and I enjoyed sitting next to my wife. The service was great, and we particularly enjoyed the clam chowder. The entrees (1- salmon and 2- chicken on pasta and white sauce) were OK, but the champagne cake was awesome. It was my birthday, so they gave me a free slice of their famous cake for desert.

Everyone that ordered steak felt the quality was supremely lacking. Filet mignon and rib eye steaks extremely tough. Waitress was awesome, ambience is cool - but for the price they are charging they can't afford to have such quality issues with their food. I would not go back nor take anyone there again as a result.

The service was excellent. Our service was fast and prompt. Constantly there filling waters or taking our empty plates. No complaints at all about the service The food was good, I had the prime rib, very taste and cooked perfectly. My wife had the salmon, she enjoyed that as well. My daughter ordered the turkey sliders. She did not like them and only ate a couple bites. The star was the toffee cake and champagne cake. Prices were high, but we would go back for the dessert.

It was my 75th birthday. Jamie was our server and everyone was so nice. Our water was always filled. I had the Filet, which usually do. My husband had the halibut and said was OK. He said the seasoning could be kicked up. Both meals come with everything. Chocolate cake, yum yum.

We started at the spa, and after we finished, we got ready and headed to the restaurant. Because of the rain, the spa closed early, and we needed to shift our plans slightly. We intended to use the jacuzzi and pool for a bit while we waited for time to tick down closer to our reservation. Since we needed to get ready earlier than expected, we decided to try the bar and maybe get seated early. We were about two hours early, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They told us we could be seated right then or have some drinks at their bar and come back over whenever we were ready. We decided to have a few drinks to take our time and enjoy the ambiance. It was well worth it. After a couple of their amazing signature cocktails, we headed over to be seated. Sharon was our waitress, and she could not have been more wonderful. From beginning to end, she was a sweetheart and took care of my wife and me with the utmost intentionality. Thank you, Madonna Inn, for giving us such a unique and memorable experience.

Corn chowder was amazing, but lack of flavor with the Filet Mignon and prime rib. Pasta selection needs to be reworked totally. Service was excellent and location and band was fun. A new chef and menu may be something that The Madonna Inn wants to invest in.

Our waiter RILEY was very attentive, listened well, and pleasant. The french filet mignon was outstanding, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is PINK PINK PINK, but it adds to the ambiance. Can’t wait to go back. My 12 year old daughter loved her dried tomato pasta dish!!!!!

Go for the ambiance and the experience. We are from Chicago and have high standards for steakhouses and the filet mignon received positive reviews from most of the diners in our party. The complimentary antipasto, warm bread and whipped butter were fantastic. Wine selection was also great with a lot of local wines to choose from at a great value. Service was fantastic. Price point is higher for the entrees so be ready to spend!

Amazing dinner at Alex Madonna’s GRSH!!! We enjoyed our prime rib and rib eye steak so much, ordered medium rare… so divine and juicy. Might book another dinner tonight during our stay. We had a lot of fun finally having dinner at the restaurant we'd seen several times before just passing through. My wife loves pink and we both love the gold rush saloon pioneer atmosphere of the whole place. She had salmon, I had steak, they were fine for dining at the world's craziest roadside hotel. The Madonna own label Cabernet Sauvignon was good value, it's made in Paso Robles. The atmosphere was lively with a large party from LA celebrating New Year's Day and a musician singing a mix of dance songs and ballads in the next room with a dance floor. The table over from us had a family with three boys and the parents didn't bother to take off their coats, they were on their way somewhere. Our server was very cheerful, the bar and bathrooms are worth a visit, we had fun.

The service was great and the ambiance was what we expected , it’s why we went. The food was basically overpriced cafeteria food or like we were dining in downtown Disney (I’ve never been because I’m not an adult Disney fan, but it’s what I imagine the food would be like.)
