We are currently offering seating in our bar area, patio, and dining room. The garden area is open on a limited basis and taken on a first come first serve for walk-ins.

Serving dinner and bistro fare, Alchemy Restaurant and Bar offers cuisine transformed. With our Executive Chef, Michael Bryant, we specialize in fresh local ingredients, craft cocktails and boutique wines. We were honored to be named one of the Top 100 Restaurants for Foodies by OpenTable in 2015.

    We had a superb dinner in every respect. The food was extraordinary - stacked Caesar salad and a scallops appetizer to begin, ribeye steak and duck confit pasta for mains, and a very chocolate cookie to split for dessert! The wine list deserves every accolade it has received. Even by the glass wine selection was rich with choices. Our server was graciously attentive and helpful with recommendations. We thoroughly relaxed in the lovely setting and gracious dining room.

    Outstanding restaurant in the Winchester Inn. Food is delicious and the service from Walker was everything you could hope for. A perfect dining experience in all facets.

    Fantastic service sand excellent food. The atmosphere is very good and the outdoor seating area is beautiful. My only critique is that the tables outside are a little too close together making it hard not to hear others and them to hear you when conversing at your own table. Small critique for an otherwise superb dining experience.

    Wonderful ambience. Service (Walker) was extraordinary. Specialty cocktails were the very best. Caesar salad and octopus appetizer were excellent. Filet was first rate. Duck pasta was just OK. Fish was a bit overdone. Still, overall, we highly recommend Alchemy and will return whenever we are in Ashland again.

    Dinner was fantastic! Every item we had was prepared with the upmost care and thoughtfulness in the plating. All the staff we interacted with were professional and welcoming. Thank you Molly & Tammy for a great experience!!! Hope to be back very soon.
