    The restaurant and bar are available for private parties from 15 to 80. We are always happy to try and accommodate any sized group. Different venues include our main dining room, seats up to 45, our bar seats 20-30, our parlor seats up to 30, and seasonal patio seating (seats up to 20). We commonly have groups reserve the whole grounds.

    There was a staffing problem, our waiter was changed mid time. We had our appetizers and drinks delivered but the main courses had not been delivered after 75 minutes and we had to leave to see a play. They did comp what we had eaten and cancel the mains, very apologetic. We did have two awesome breakfasts here. We will come back next year and give it another chance.

    The garden is such a lovely venue when the weather is nice. We tried almost all the appetizers. All great.

    Lovely experience in Ashland. Fabulous food, excellent wine selections and GREAT service. Will definitely return.

    Delicious food and creative presentation. Loved every bite. The lemon semifreddo was the perfect end to our delicious dinner (osso booco & cod were our mains), with bibb lettuce salad

    Salads are fresh, chopped, ample and great for sharing. Menu is varied and interesting. The wait staff knows how to hustle for theater goers. One of my favorites in Ashland.

    The bar was hot- no a/c but restaurant did. The food was expensive and mostly under seasoned. The pricey steaks were not cooked properly for anyone at the table. Ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it was medium well. The ribeye was ordered medium rare but was well done, no pink. Service was friendly and accommodating, cocktails were great. Caesar salad had no flavor and no pepper offered not was any on the table. We wouldn't return after this experience but this place used to be excellent so it's a shame.

    My reservation was at 4pm. It was hot out but we asked if we could eat outside. They said they had a party and we couldn't. NO ONE was there. I asked if we could sit on the front porch as we have in the past. She said those were reserved. We ended up in a 2 top in the sun. Menu did not have many choices. I had to ask for specials and what was the vegetarian dish. Ended up having a glass of wine and a salad. Went to the bar and grill down the street. SO DISSAPOINTING. No one came the entire hour we were there. We could have sat anywhere outside in the shade but they wouldn't do it. Horrible service. Disappointed - this was my go-to restaurant every time we come to Ashland. Not again. The night before we ate at Belle Fiore. Best food and service and the value beats Alchemy hands down.

    Innovated menu. Good wine selection. Would definitely recommend a visit while in Ashland.
