We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

The Ellesmere Room located on the first floor, it is named after the cinema that occupied the site many years ago. The Ellesmere is a modern, design led space which can be used for anything from wedding ceremonies to christenings. It can accommodate up to 120 for dining to 200 for parties. It has its own dedicated entrance, private bar and a private heated and covered terrace. All our menus are designed and cooked by the chefs in albert’s, so you can rest assured the food will be as outstanding as our event space. Situated on the ground floor of our main restaurant, The Harold Riley room is perfect for private lunches or dinners or drinks receptions. The private dining room can accommodate up to 40 people and also features its own heated terrace which is the perfect alfresco area in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to let the outside in during the summer months!

An evening to share with daughter and grand daughters. Staff were attentive and helpful. The food offer was of a high standard. As a celebration evening we could not have asked for more! Thank you, Alberts!

Beautiful food and great surroundings Service great but a discretionary service charge was added £5 + so I asked for this to be removed , this was done. Food a little pricey but was a treat.

We didn’t get to eat what we came for as the kitchen was flooded and all food orders were cancelled. Pizza was offered though eventually and they knocked off the first drinks from the bill. Wasn’t their fault but what can you do

We sat outside in the sunshine felt as though we were abroad food was served very nicely telling us about the menu and the food was presented very well
