   As always we enjoyed our meal - however the sea bass in one main course was over cooked and the accompanying curry was a little too strongly flavoured to partner such a fish. Regards Peter Tomkins

   We booked in for lunch and when we got there out table wasn't ready so we had to wait about 10 minutes until it was, We were all on our lunch break from work so we expected the service to be quick, it wasn't! After a few of our group had a starter we waited about 45 mins for our main meals, we had to ask them if they were coming any time soon. The food wasn't too bad however the steak was over done (asked for it pink) and no vegetables with it just chips. I wouldn't recommend Alberts Worsley based on that experience, however i have been before and it was lovely so maybe we just got a bad day. It was the timing more than anything that wasn't good

   Great food, good value and excellent service. The noise level (either back ground music or pianist/singer) was too loud. It makes everyone raise their voices which exacerbates the noise level.

   We were so well looked after. The lady who looked after us was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept the drinks coming and no one Food was excellent as usual, the steaks were really good quality and everyone really enjoyed the evening. Thank you again for making it a great Special occasion.

    Alberts is a regular for us we love it there , food always good usually service is excellent was a tad slow this time but really didn’t mind , very good value Always spotlessly clean and cheery staff

    Great food, would love the lunchtime 2 courses to be on offer until 7 - variable service tonight but think this was due to new younger staff and lack of experience. Also outdoor drinks area table not wiped down and looked filthy - and a bit dirty on the floor area / even when reported nobody came over to wipe the table - not the usual standard of service or cleanliness outside Albert’s but the food was great.

    As always Alberts was very good. Only thing was the menu had changed that day and wasn’t on the website prior to our visit. I have a reservation for another branch this week (Didsbury) and will be visiting again at the end of this month!

    Treat for my birthday. Girl waiting on our table was lovely. Few mistakes on food that arrived but were quickly rectified. It's quite expensive but food was delicious. Won't hesitate to return.

    Nice relaxing afternoon out with friends. Proper restaurant rather than just pub grub. Comfortable air conditioning. Very good, friendly service and the waiter knew a lot about the menu and sauces ect. Paid a little bit more but worth the extra. Thank you.

    Efficient & friendly staff, good atmosphere & great food. My only quibble was that the frites were pre salted - I love salt but they were a little over salted to me & I think they should not be salted prior to reaching the table as some people may not like (or be able to eat) salt. Apart from that a very enjoyable meal, our server was friendly & helpful & seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. Would recommend Albert's to anyone

    Lovely meal great setting and fantastic value for money .Ordered mains and dessert the steak was cooked to perfection and the sticky toffee pudding was Devine My only gripe would be slow with drinks and didn’t acknowledge it was a birthday celebration

    1st visit, food was amazing and drinks list extensive. We originally booked a table inside but found it a little loud for our liking so changed it to outside and with the heaters it was perfect. Service was good although did have to ask twice for a jug of water. Will be going again

    Great late afternoon meal for my husbands birthday, great food, great value and exceptional service, the staff went out of their way and even brought his birthday cake out with candles lit! Treated ourselves to a cheeky cocktail which was lovely! Highly recommend and will certainly be back. Great that the V2 bus stops just outside so no expensive taxis and no need for a designated driver - very happy customer

    The food was really tasty when we got it. But upon finishing the focaccia bread we noticed a huge dried up piece of tomato in the corner of the board as though it hadn’t be washed properly. After pointing this out to staff the manager came over asking if we was allergic and laughing and joking about it he did apologise and said the bruschetta was made next to the boards the focaccia was served on but that wasn’t the point. Main came out and a side was missing upon asking for this side all the staff ran around like headless chickens, checking the computer and the notepad they had wrote the order down on, running around the kitchen asking for the side which we could hear them say they hadn’t put it in the computer for the kitchen but did come out quickly. After this we ordered dessert at 6pm the desserts finally arrived at 6.45pm after the manager came to us and saying they was backed up on puddings which is fine, but one of the desserts came with pistachio ice cream as Standard when we asked for it to be replaced with vanilla upon ordering it. It still came with the wrong ice cream we asked this to be changed to vanilla it was scooped of the plate and replaced with vanilla and brought back to us, we could see the big green puddle the pistachio ice cream had left. So that is two allergen concerns with the nuts and the tomato and god forbid any of us had an allergy to either food it could have been really serious. And after all of these issues no refund and replacement or anything was offered to us. We sat and chatted while waiting for the bill a table next to us had ordered one glass of wine 9 glasses were brought over to the table when the lady said I only ordered one they took the wines back I glanced over and the bar staff were pouring the wine back into the wine bottle to serve to another customer which I didn’t find very hygienic. At this point I paid the bill and left we frequently visit alberts but I don’t think I will come back again after my experience.

    Went here for breakfast. Ambience very good, service very good. Food I would say was OK but nothing special. My son ordered the Benedict and only after eating most on did he comment on the lemon taste - the Hollandaise sauce obviously had way more lemon juice than it should. I'm not sure how he actually managed to eat as much as he did. I did mention this, but didn't think it was right to ask for a replacement at that point. My full English was OK but again, considering the more upscale nature of the venue I was expecting better.

    Great service and atmosphere. A special mention to the young lady waitress with bobbed Blonde hair. Can't recall her name but she always provides excellent customer service and is a credit to your restauarant!
