   We normally love Albert’s but this not a good experience. We were sat next to the kitchen, in a very noisy draughty spot I was freezing and my food was going cold very quickly. The starters we wanted off the menu were not available(it was only 8pm) The mains arrived and the beef croquettes were missing from our fillet steak mains. When I pointed it out the answer was ‘oh yeah we ran out an hour ago we probably should have told you’ but we were not offered any alternative or a reduction in the bill. So our dinner was a steak and a few chips and that was it. They got my drink wrong twice. I’m diabetic and asked for soda water and was twice brought lemonade. The lady serving us was very curt m. We had literally sat down when she appeared and asked for our orders. I had to say we have just literally sat down. She went away and when she came back she said ‘our you ready now or shall I go away again?” and she was the one who allied us to order food that was unavailable. If we had known things were missing we would have had the chatauxbriand instead so she actually lost you money. This is not the experience or service I expect from Alberts

   Fabulous meal and was very fairly priced. We have now been a few times and travel to dine in this restaurant.

   Fabulous breakfast. Great service by Marcin, food always 10/10. Lovely atmosphere.

   Both food quality and price was acceptable, but slightly lower than our expectation. In addition, the space between tables was a bit small.

   Food excellent. Service very poor even though it wasn't busy, waited over 40 minutes for 2 ice creams and 2 chocolate brownies.

   Great as usual . Pretty busy for lunch . Menu has changed . No longer doing the tofu but other choices . Both enjoyed . Set lunch is good value . Plenty of parking .

    Always return to Albert’s Worsley as it’s good value, great staff (Lauren in particular),and dog friendly to sit outside with heat lamps and blankets,Sunday lunch good value too , with nice real music in background
