Los dueños de este lugar abrieron el primer restaurante en el 2004 en Castlefield, Manchester con un objetivo claro: Servir alimentos de calidad a clientes locales por un precio razonable, en un lugar elegante, mediante un servicio amable y modesto. Han mantenido ese objetivo desde entonces y gracias a ello se han ganado la fidelidad de muchos clientes. El menú puede ser clasificado como británico con algunos de los platillos favoritos de Italia y alrededor del mundo. El nuevo restaurante será creado de lo que anteriormente solía ser el New Ellensmere pub y restaurante, en el East Lancashire Road, y busca brindar un espacio moderno e impecable para cenar, con capacidad para 180 comensales dentro del restaurante, y también contará con una terraza en la que puede recibir hasta 60 personas.

    The Ellesmere Room located on the first floor, it is named after the cinema that occupied the site many years ago. The Ellesmere is a modern, design led space which can be used for anything from wedding ceremonies to christenings. It can accommodate up to 120 for dining to 200 for parties. It has its own dedicated entrance, private bar and a private heated and covered terrace. All our menus are designed and cooked by the chefs in albert’s, so you can rest assured the food will be as outstanding as our event space. Situated on the ground floor of our main restaurant, The Harold Riley room is perfect for private lunches or dinners or drinks receptions. The private dining room can accommodate up to 40 people and also features its own heated terrace which is the perfect alfresco area in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to let the outside in during the summer months!

    We visit Alberts Worsley regularly and have never been disappointed. Fabulous service, great food and a really enjoyable evening. Every single member of staff, from front of house when you walk in, the bar staff, and waiting on staff really look after you. I would def recommend Alberts to all my friends.

    We frequently eat at Albert’s, however on this occasion we was quite let down. The meat was fatty and chewy. We was sat in the cold as the outside heaters only stayed on for a limited time! Asked to move inside and was told we couldn’t as there wasn’t availability, when there was spare tables gathered around the restaurant!

    We were there for my brothers birthday. When booking we asked for a window table and they made sure one was ready and waiting for us. The staff were excellent, especially Liv. Thanks goes to her for making the evening extra special. Food was delicious and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

    We have dined at Albert’s Worsley several times this year and it never fails to satisfy. It’s a beautifully presented venue in a very convenient location just off the A580 with adequate free parking. We particularly enjoy the 2- and 3-course meal selections which are excellent value because the food always looks amazing and tastes delicious, and there is no compromise in quality and presentation. The staff are very friendly and professional, which truly elevates your dining experience. We were served primarily by Lottie who was very pleasant and attentive, even when the restaurant became much busier. I would happily recommend Albert’s Worsley.

    I dined at Albert's on Thursday lunchtime with three other people. We all ate from the £15.95 lunchtime menu. I have no issue with the people who served us our food and drinks but I do have issue with the food itself. All our starters were lovely but the mains were very hit and miss. Two of our group ordered the fishcake and poached egg with spinach, I ordered the tortellini and one person ordered the fish and chips. Only the fish and chips was up to standard. Boththe fishcakes were very overcooked and one of the poached eggs was actually hard boiled. My tortellini was inedible. The pasta was far too thick and not fully cooked. I did complain about this when the plates were collected and I was offered another meal to replace it, but I really didn't want to sit and eat another meal when all my friends had eaten theirs. Regarding the fishcake meals, my friends decided they didn't want to make a fuss. Just very disappointed about the drop in the standard of the actual cooking.

    The food was poor quality and seemed as though it had been sat for a while as it did not taste fresh and the beef was disgustingly fatty and chewy, which was a shame as we have eaten here before and always loved it. Service was also not great, no one came to our table very much and we waited a long time for them to clear plates to get the bill. We have been a few times and always enjoyed the food and service, however this has put us off. We spent over £100 for 3 adults and a child and it was definitely not worth the money. Such a shame and won't be returning.

    There were two large parties celebrating a 30 and 80 birthday. A boy in the 80 party was constantly swapping seats. Because the tables were so close, he was knocking into two members of my party, which they found very irritating. There was a singer who wasn’t very good and the noise level was ridiculous. It made conversation difficult. You don’t expect to have a disco environment when having a meal. As for the food, the beef was EXTREMELY TOUGH. My husband had to spit a piece out and mine contained a large piece of gristle. I pointed this out to the waiter but he didn’t really respond. The mashed potato was hard and the roast potatoes were hard to cut. We ate at the restaurant on Sunday, 1 June and the food was lovely. I think on this occasion there were just too many diners. It was especially disappointing as we were there to celebrate my birthday and had invited family to join us.
