    The Castlefield Rooms offer a boutique, out of the ordinary, venue in central Manchester, in a stunning position within a conservation area on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal. With a superb location in Manchester City Centre, near all major transport links, complimentary on site parking and the highest levels of service and cuisine, the Castlefield Rooms are the perfect venue to hold your wedding, corporate event or party. We offer a choice of three contrasting spaces for anything from 25 to 250 guests together with a range of competitively priced event packages. The versatility of the spaces is also reflected in the variety of menus available from the acclaimed kitchens of Albert’s Shed Restaurant and Dukes 92 which are located on the same site as The Castlefield Rooms. Whichever space you decide on you will have our dedicated Events Team on hand to ensure the smooth and efficient running of your event.

    Had the most amazing experience; staff were fabulous, so attentive and efficient, could not do enough for us!! Really lovely ambience too with a great atmosphere throughout the afternoon. Food was stunning; ate off the lunchtime menu where the offers were very reasonable. Will definitely be returning - thank you.

    We had a lovely afternoon have done all four Albert's and each one is as good as each other. We always feel welcome in each one. Just one problem with Albert's shed they don't do Brooklyn's non alchahol beer which my Husband always enjoys.

    Good place and good food. Staffs are nice and helpful. Will come again with family and friends again.

    I booked at table at Albert’s for lunch with friends. The service was excellent and I requested a break between courses to give us time to chat. The food we ordered was good and we weren’t disappointed with our choices. We had a lovely afternoon and there was no sense that we were being rushed by the staff.

    Great welcome, seated straight away and with thought put in to where to sit us. Service was always with a smile and the food topped off an already good experience. It all looked good and tasted even better. Will be back soon!

    Really nice place. Good food and staff with a good sense of humour. Our waitress Alaska was excellent. Good value.

    Unfortunately our experience this time was very poor. Our order had not been added to the system and sent to the kitchen so we were waiting for about 50 minutes for our food. When it did arrive our dishes came 10 minutes apart, again due to a miscommunication with the kitchen staff. Food itself was very good but the overall experience was not want we would expect. Disappointing.
