Very easy walk from the tram station. Beautiful setting by the canal. Lovely elegant dining, team were very accommodating as we arrived with luggage which was safely stored. Good selection of gluten free options for my friend which was one of the reasons we selected Albert's Shed. The nibble portions were of a good size for sharing. When the main meal arrived there was a lot of food envy! Dishes were beautifly presented and there was a lot of thought put into the flavours. The over abmbience was excellent, there was music in the background which allowed you to have easy conversations without having to raise your voice (a nice change from may restaurants) All in all a very comfortable, easy and enjoyable experiance.

We had the early menu, 2 courses for £14.95. Really good value for money and no skimping on the size or quality of the food. Great service too from our friendly and helpful waitress Kelsey

Really tasty delicious food and the service is exzellent. Not too crowded and with the possibility to sit in- or outside. Lovely ambience and the restaurant is located in a historic and beautiful quarter.

Love it here and food as good as always. Service not as good as felt waitress was rude and unhelpful at times. Basically said here’s your bill pay it and go as need table-Wed only just ordered a £40 bottle of wine!

The food was excellent as was the service. My friend mislaid her mobile phone and nothing was too much trouble for the waitress who managed to locate it. Great value for money. I have booked our work's Christmas meal in December!

We booked on here and when we turned up they didn’t even have us on the system. We also made requests when it came to the food, we didnt want one thing. The food came and they either forgot or didn’t listen, the lady who took our order didnt write any of it down so this could be the issue. We also didn’t get roast potatoes which the menu states we get, when we asked for some the waiter said “ oh we didnt realise you wanted them” and almost looked confused as to why we were asking them. The food was nice but considering we were the only ones in there you wouldn’t expect this to happen.

Excellent food at a very good price. The Smoked Haddock Thermidor with samphire was a credit to the Chef. Coincidentally 20 Stories have a similar dish but with Salmon so your version was a very pleasant variation. My wife very much enjoyed her Cinnamon Dough Balls- she did not hesitate to order them again having sampled them previously at Albert’sShed. Overall an excellent experience.

Reliable quality and good service at Albert's for a pre-show meal. Fish and chips - well cooked, but the bread and butter did not turn up, even after being requested. Malayan chicken was very tasty, not sure what the flatbread added. Bruschetta was good, but bread was a bit soggy, which was a shame.

It was the best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time! So nice, all of it and perfect size! Loved the fact they did small deserts too! Trendy decor, attentive waiting team and good value! Parking close by too!

Not been for quite a while so was really looking forward to it, didn’t seem as good as usual though! Staff looked rushed off their feet so service was a bit slow, food was just ok when it’s usually really good. It won’t put me off trying again but little disappointed 🥴

Lovely quiet atmosphere during our chosen time slot, possibly better considering we had the kids with us. Great attentive staff giving us the space we needed and asking questions at the right time. Delicious food at reasonable prices. I'd recommend to friends and we will be back.
