El restaurante y bar Albert's es el lugar más nuevo y ansiosamente esperado en el ambiente culinario de West Didsbury. Esta es la sucursal hermana de Albert's Shed, ubicada en centro de Manchester en Castlefield, y es el segundo restaurante Albert's. Creado en lo que anteriormente era el viejo pub Barleycorn, este nuevo lugar busca brindar a Manchester South un espacio moderno e impecable. Cuenta con capacidad para 160 comensales dentro del restaurante y también cuenta con una terraza para 60 personas, la cual es perfecta para cenar al aire libre durante el verano. Food was great, atmosphere also good - but service was very slow unfortunately we had to wait a long time to have our table cleared and to have orders taken

Had to send the scollops back twice as they arrived cold. The Malayan chicken sauce looked watered down. The starter and main I had lacked taste and flavour. The meatballs my friend had were hot and tasty. They automatically added 10% service charge to the bill and I had to argue with them to take it off. It is good they took the scollops off the final bill and the manager did deal with the issue. I gained the impression they thought they were being scammed when I just wanted a good meal for a birthday celebration. It’s not the first time as a Black woman I’ve had a poor quality meal from them. But my friends like the atmosphere and so do I. The decor is lovely and cocktails make you feel like a film star ⭐
