Everything was exquisite
AD at the Dorchester is still one of my favourite restaurants in London - excellent service, splendid & inventive food, a lovely setting, nice ambience and great staff. My niece & I had a most wonderful dinner recently - opting for the seasonal (and standard) tasting menus. Sublime!
Absolutely exquisite. Amazing value for money, taking into account caliber of food and impeccable service. Attention to detail second to none.
Waited an hour for main courses having ordered the tasting menu. Service poor and untrained. Would never go back.
the Service was excellent - but the food was not consistently outstanding nor memorable which is what I expected from a renowned restaurant and the price tag. In fact the hard cheese in the cheese course was dry and rubbery , the clear broth tasteless and the green sauce with the scallops was very strange. I would not go back even if it were cheaper.
Fabulous service from all staff, but especially the maître d'hôtel.
Delicious food and wine pairings.
Great service. The food quality and taste are spectacular.
I am very pleased with the standard of this restaurant every time I was there I have enjoyed my meal amazingly, thanks to all staff to make it a success
really good condition of foods
The ambient was simpler than expected. The service was reasonable, the food was soulless, surprisingly nothing with superb flavor or distinctly savour. The presentation was ok! The chef was on vacation?
Great experience. Loved everything about the place. More descriptive review and rating in my instagram @game_foodbook
The food is absolutely amazing and the service was very professional, we are sure coming back for next time
Overall a fantastic experience. Was a little worried about the cost, but everything was so perfect that the price really didn’t matter in the end. Would highly recommend it to anyone for a special occasion.
Very good all round, but the service is excellent. This was our second visit. Unfortunately, their prices have gone up incredibly! Love it, but they are pricing out their customers.
Nothing to pick on the service, very attentive and attention to details. Food was decent but not sure for 3 stars, have tried few other 1 or 2 stars that are more wow.
Both the service and food were impeccable.
We will be returning next time we visit London. Highly recommend the four course dinner.
Excellent cuisine and wine with very good service. Full marks. We have two criticisms which we assume you would use constructively. 1. we found the decor in the restaurant a bit cold and 2. We recovered out coats just outside the entrance to the restaurant that were just thrown over a chair. We thought that was not very good for a three Michelin star restaurant in the Dorchester.

We came here for our Christmas treat. Restaurant is lovely and staff was welcoming. There was a cracker on each setting which was a nice touch. The staff here was great. Friendly, respectful and attentive without being in your face.
We had the tasting menu. Portions are not big but it is plenty of food and very tasty.
We loved the plate of cheese gougeres. These were very moorish.
The music was nice and not loud. Tables aren't too close together so you can't hear other conversations.
It was a really nice evening. It was a nice touch to be given a bag of mostly home made French sweets at the end of our meal. We were also given a box of 2 pistachio cakes as we left the restaurant. These were really nice!
Loved it. Would come again.
Proposed the my girlfriend on a magical night at Alain Ducasse. Exemplary service throughout and catered to our specific needs. The food was extraordinary!
There is nothing much that i would comment about, the restaurant is absolutely brilliant of its service and ambience !
Exceptional food and exceptional service, lives up to all expectations!
Wonderful food. Wonderful service. You need a lot of time to eat the tasting menu. 2-3 hrs.
Absolutely phenomenal service. Food was meticulous and transcendent. No unique and mind-altering flavors, but done to perfection.
Amazing, food was brilliant had a wonderful time. The only issue was the servers/team there were so many in number there was someone appearing at our table what felt like every few mins, which we found a little intrusive (but they were spectacularly nice and all credit to them). Food was good, although I was a little deflated. Having never eaten in a three-star before (only two stars...first world problems) I was expecting a very big step up in the food from a two to a three, and I don't think it was. But that is possibly me having set myself too high expectations. All round was a brilliant night and we had a great time. Would recommend the tasting menu, but you need to be starving hungry and have 4 hours to enjoy it properly.
Also note to anyone who gets cold easily, take a jumper. My girlfriend was super chilly and ended up with my jacket around her shoulders. It's just a large room with big windows so bound to be a little chilly (I was fine, but had a jumper on!)
This was an excellent fine dining experience, with the staff very well trained in remembering small details, that make a dining experience outstanding from the service point of view. The food was unique, Alain Ducasse has a reputation and his restaurant lived up to it. PS. The Denis Mortet burgundy is unique, and made the experience for us, even more memorable.
Ducasse did not disappoint. Exceptional service and food. We will be back again.
Very enjoyable will definitely go again
Amazing service with taff attending to our every need - including my funny dietary requirements! The venison was probably the best meal I have EVER had - even above Claridges and Royal Hospital Road (sorry GR!)
Definitely the best Michelin star restaurant I have ever had before---not only the amazing food but also the accommodating staff! It's so sweet for them to make the little chocolate celebration card for me(this is a celebration lunch for my graduation). Recommend to all quality food lovers!
Service and staff were fantastic, excellent wine list and fantastic starters. Main courses were deeply disappointing with one verging on being genuinely bad - turbot suffering death by beetroot which completely overpowered the dish and lacked any other flavour. Lovely experience in terms of it being an event but certainly not worth going for the food.
We really enjoyed our experience. Our server was very nice, and clearly passionate about the food and his job. A little difficult to understand but lovely.
Best food in London. Service was first class. Ambience was great. All in all an excellent experience.
A amazing micheline restaurant at dorchester hotel! Everything ingredients are very fresh and matched with nice sauce! Love it! A brilliant experience in Alain Ducasse !
Perfect food, wonderful ambiance, not too formal, but attentive service
V good food and good service. Had the taster menu which was fab. Wine pairing was a lot better than wine experience. Will recommmend going for the pairing definitely
Testing menu 真的非常普通。普通到我怀疑自己是不是在一家三星米其林吃东西。服务非常好但掩盖不了食物的普通。大概不会再来。
We went here for birthday Lunch. Everything was great and the experience was really good.
If you don't mind to spend lots of money for dining experience then you should definitely try this place.
Thanks for helping us celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We had a very enjoyable meal!
