Service was superior! We were celebrating another couple’s anniversary with them and the waiter and restaurant made the event special. The restaurant has done a very good job of protecting the guests from COVID-19; booths are divided with plexiglass barriers and tables are spaced well apart. My only complaint was the dish I ordered. The lamb was very fatty, so much so only half of it was edible. Desserts were delicious. Will definitely go again.

Outstanding as usual; food splendid

Everything was great except the music. Just awful. Couldn't hear anything but bass and it sounded like an annoying car pulling up to you at an intersection. Very distracting really made me not want to return.

It was a great dining experience. The accommodations were great. The staff was great. And the food was excellent. Good job!

The best steak I have ever had in my life

The dinner was absolutely amazing. The bottle of wine I requested was on the table upon arrival. The service was some of the best that I have ever had at any restaurant. My water glass never reached the half empty mark. The food was absolutely delicious. I will be returning for another date night with my girl.

Crowd is too loud for a business meeting.

They truly take it to another level. The menu, service, food and drinks were all outstanding. Absolutely loved our server Alexander and will be back soon!

Bit of a delay taking our drink order but it was busy.

A poor experience by Al Biernat's standards, in fact our worst! First, the hostess very carefully selected a booth (as requested) across from the wait station next to the door to the kitchen, when other and more quiet booths were available (as requested). I accepted the sitting, my mistake.
Service was attentive, anticipatory and saved the day of a lousy booth and woefully prepared filets (both). Ordered medium rare and were still bloody in the middle (baseball cut so hard to properly cook the center). It was taken back and in our opinion after a good few minutes, it appeared and tasted as though nothing had been done to it. It wasn't further cooked (thankfully, not burned up out of spite, as sometimes occurs) but rather was no further cooked, plus it was not very warm. Seems it was just taken back to the kitchen and it sat - with no further effort to prepare it, as ordered. Questionable in our minds if we'll be back for $100 filets and $250 total bill.

As always dinner and service were amazing. It's a little loud but always a fun energetic crowd. Nothing not to like!!!

Always amazing! My favorite place. My go to spot!!

We just had the most amazing 25th wedding anniversary experience! We've celebrated a number of anniversaries here but this was over the top. Normally the restaurant is a bit on the louder side but we were given a quaint, quieter option which was lovely. Our sweet waitress was able to get me my favorite appetizer which wasn't on the menu that night (think mini-Beef Wellingtons) which was perfect. Our meals were excellent as was the bottle of wine. We just love Al Biernat's!!

I had the land and sea. Only the quail was unsatisfactory for the amazing Al quality. Bland and a bit over cooked. The standard for quail is Javiers.

My wife and I go to Al’s for every special occasion and dined in for her birthday. Their staff is the best and the food is always amazing!!

It was too noisy even before a group of 20 young men celebrating someone's 21st birthday party was seated in the middle of the room. In the past when we have called the restaurant personally, you could always ask for a less noisy table spot. This is the first time I made a reservation on Open Table - we were seated by the kitchen! Won't be using Open Table again.

This was my first time here & I will say everyone was kind in their service. Throughout the night management & servers were checking to make sure our drinks, & food came out alright. I do like the setup of the booth, so it made the experience intimate & will say I was able to hear conversations at the table (which does not always happen in this type of restaurant)! The blackberry lemon drop martini was very yummy. I will say it would have been nice to be offered bread or a birthday desert since I was there to celebrate. Not that I wouldn’t have paid for it-but we did see this at other tables, so I felt like we got cheated from that. (I only say that because we have experienced this at similar restaurants). I would definitely go back, but would probably get something different off the menu.

The last time I went to Al Biernat's is the last time I'll go to Al Biernat's. It used to be such a special place, used to be high end, used to have exquisite food. Now it's more like "fast casual" only with a much, much higher price tag.

Just totally special evening. We had not been out in a year with Covid and picked Al Bernais for our first night out. The hospitality from the hostess Lexi to the follow up from our waiter and Manager Landon was totally welcoming and accurate. The food was superb. We are definitely returning!

This was a birthday dinner for my husband. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious as always. The only tiny drawback was that our table was directly under the air conditioner. With the winter storm outside it was pretty chilly. Otherwise it was a great evening.

Service was okay. And for what your paying it shouldn’t just be okay.
