Food and service were great! My only complaint is that it was very loud and very cramped. I was hoping for something a little more romantic. Other than that I had a great birthday at Al Biernat’s.

Prime Rib, tough, service slow and too loud. After waiting for some time, had to ask one of the managers for help with getting my bill.

We recently had our anniversary dinner here. The staff could not have been more accommodating and attentive, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. If you are looking for elegant cuisine with emphasis on excellent customer service, then this is the place. Highly recommend - this is our go-to place for special occasions.

We love Al Biernat's. They always deliver. We went Friday night for our anniversary. We had made reservations and they had our table ready right on time. The service was incredible. We had a wonderful bottle of wine and the food was delicious. Teiana made our anniversary so special. She was professional, polite and all the food was perfect. She also bought out a special dessert with "Happy Anniversary " on it with a candle. We had a wonderful meal and a very special evening. We highly recommend Al Biernat's and look forward to dining there again soon.

The service was simply the best! They reserved us a perfect table for our business dinner that enabled us to have good conversation without being in a stuffy formal setting. We had very important clients from out of town who were very impressed. The food and wine was superb!

Overall experience was disappointing. Service was slow, two items we requested we never received, and the restaurant completely failed to acknowledge my girlfriends birthday, despite the fact that it was on our reservation and additionally and specifically confirmed in advance. The food itself was fine, no better or worse than you’d expect from a $250 meal for two - but Dallas has enough wonderful ‘high end’ restaurants that I would recommend somewhere else for special occasions. Why take a chance it won’t be very good?

It was really good as always, only the price is a spoiler. I would only recommend it to people who have a high income. For middle class people like me is a place only for romantic special occasion since the price is too high for a food that though gourmet is far from being worth paying that much money.

Never disappoints!! 5 star experience!

After a few failed visits, Saturday was very good experience. The only "hiccup" was not being able to find my reservation until I produced my email confirmation. Service was prompt, drinks good and my steak was outstanding and cooked perfectly.

Food is always fabulous. Never been disappointed. Service impeccable. The only negative would be the noise level but the food is worth the annoyance,

Friendly, welcoming staff from the valet to the manager and everyone in between. The hostess wished us a "Happy Anniversary" as we checked in - nice personal touch. Waiter was knowledgeable and service was extremely efficient. Food was outstanding and surpassed our expectations. We will definitely return with friends and family!

Very, very loud! This is definitely an old school place but it’s obviously extremely popular with the HP crowd. Drinks and wine list were excellent. Food was good but not better than other places with much better (and quieter) atmosphere.

I met a business client for early lunch. It was FANTASTIC! He had Al’s Seafood Salad that was INCREDIBLE with more seafood than you can imagine. I had Salmon over LOBSTER POTATOES!!! No where in Dallas can you get this great service and “Over-the-Top” food! Great service!!!

I had a friend in from England and wanted to treat her to someplace special. We had a wonderful time and she enjoyed her samom immensely.

We had an Easter Brunch after church. The menu is diverse enough to allow many choices for each guest. The food and service were great.

First time to restaurant. Sis in law in town from CA so decided to treat her. My wife was seated right in a busy aisle where servers were going back and forth and moving chairs from one table to another. She was bumped numerous times. We had to physically move the table to help stop this. Appetizer was great but then the salads AND the entrees came out at the same time by two servers. She apologized and took the entrees back but when they came back out they were barely warm. It was extremely loud which was expected. Honestly not sure we would return but only because we are locked into our favorite spots. I am betting this place is truly awesome but just a little off this particular night.

Everything was amazing! The Osso Bucco was one of the best I've ever had, the risotto was cheesy and delicious and the Porterhouse was cooked perfectly and rivaled one of the best steaks we've had in Dallas. Server was amazing too (but I can't remember his name!!!) Arrived a couple minutes late for our reservation and were seated immediately. All around fantastic night, highly recommend!

Everything from beginning to end was so amazing, the service from the valet, to the hostess, and especially the waitstaff. Food quality was above and beyond anything I expected and celebrating a birthday here was the most perfect choice. Thank you for making the evening so memorable and delicious!
