Waited over 40 minutes for 2 hamburgers, when the fries came they were glistening with grease, completely inedible. The waitress seemed annoyed by our presence even though we didn’t complain about any of it. We both got rather sick after dinner. I would avoid, plenty of great food in Milwaukee and this isn’t it.

Unfriendly waitstaff.. was incredibly rude about putting our masks on when they came up to the table. No notice or time was given as they approached and then we were snapped at for it. Won’t come back, can get same burger at Kopp’s or Culvers without the attitude. If you are so afraid of CV19, then don’t wait on the public.
This was our first time here and we enjoyed it so much. Especially the state made cider and beer. We will be back!
I’m sure this place is super fun during non-pandemic times, but it was sorely missing the kitschy ambience I expected. Not only are the peanuts not shooting around the restaurant, they aren’t serving peanuts at all. Also, food is all a la carte, so be prepared to spend at least $10 for a burger and then more for fries/tots.
Our waitress was the greatest, I hate I didnt get her name, missed the peanuts :-(
The food was delicious, service was on spot, the boozed shake was amazing.
First time back to one of our favorite neighborhood places. Bartender (Peter I think) was great and the food was so good. We will be back soon.
Great burgers and custard, but when we visited this time the machine was broken. Luckly the waitress recommended koops a few miles away it was delicious!

The burgers are fabulous. Don't miss the cheese bullets and sauce, they are outstanding. Definately share the ice cream cookie sandwich, it is huge. Great staff, very friendly. Pricing is reasonable for a downtown spot. Super casual,fun atmosphere. We will be back with guests next time. JWS
How fun! Totally didn't know what to expect, but went based upon the information here at Opentable and from a Google search. Maybe the best burger I've had in years and the peanut bombs are a fun addition to the restaurant. Super cheap too, I had to ask my server if our bill was right, under $30 for 3 of us, crazy. No reservations here as part of the fun is the stand or sit, watch and wait for a table. Didn't know it was by the same people that have Swig and Water Buffalo, but it makes more sense now that I've been there and tried the food. So glad we went.
