Happy hour every day.
Food is always fantastic at Agustin. Love the vibe and sitting out on the patio but sometimes the patio is a little crazy due to the shared courtyard but certainly out of their control! Great brunch as well.
Our appetizer was never ordered and entrees came out first. The entrees themselves were very good, but depended on the sauce component and there just was enough sauce to flavor the meals.
Lovely anniversary dinner.
Thursday nights are made better because of your restaurant! Love our evening outside at the Mercado.
We were the only customers there. Our service was excellent. We thought the menu was a bit limiting. I opted for the Steak Frites and I found my steak really tough. Ample portions and cooked to the right request but a very tough cut of meat. Out of ice cream when we ordered cobbler? Really. Nice touch that someone ran somewhere and found ice cream.
Think about the menu...I found it not central taste friendly.
all went well other than the lack of bread & butter normally provided at the onset of a meal. Nicely sliced bread with excellent crust was provided upon request--but not mentioned when messe was ordered. Flat bread came late, but I do not like flat bread.
Agustin is a lovely restaurant located in Mercado San Agustin, the food and the drinks are great!
Food was very mediocre. Ambiance was lovely since we sat outside in the courtyard. Would have been cold inside with the air conditioning.
Excellent! Our server was terrific, food was exceptional and the head chef stopped by our table to ask how we enjoyed everything. Highly recommend an evening at Agustin Kitchen.
Great location south of downtown The market itself is for every day dining. This restaurant is a fresh feel and look from the themed restaurants in the area . Modern American Menu is tasty and Refine .
It is sad when potential is wasted. The restaurant is attractive and in a beautiful setting. The wait staff were attentive and informative but the kitchen ruined everything. One hour to receive food and some of it had to be returned to cook more thoroughly. We ordered specialty cocktails and were informed that they did not have the ingredients. We were offered free cobbler for our wait time after two hours and we were ready to go. Agustin Kitchen does not deliver on the value for the price. Enjoy a cocktail or beer and then go elsewhere for food!
Food was delicious. Would go again. Has some vegetarian options
I love the ambiance , and will return. Quiet. The food was yummy, sauce and herbs and dressings especially . It was pricey, so I’ll have to not go as often as I wish.
Not same place? Sad because we liked it a year ago. Food took forever to come out, salad soaked in dressing, salmon over cooked and for $11 was maybe 2 oz, my Moms looked like the Salisbury steak from school cafeteria big brown blob. Waiter was nice, place is active and fun. Hopefully just a bad night in the kitchen.
We’re new to Tucson, and have been actively exploring the dining scene here the last few months. Without a doubt, Agustin is the highlight so far! The room, the cool little complex it’s part of are truly “next-level”. The food and service were both exquisite - clearly, the staff is well-versed in casual, elegant hospitality. We met Rick (one of the operating partners) and he was delightful. He and the rest of the staff helped reinforce our decision to have a second home here in southern Arizona...we can’t wait to come back and to bring friends and family!
We were a bit rushed but aside from that had a pleasant dinner. It’s noisy, like all restaurants these days but we have a favorite table and it was reserved as we requested. The food was good and interesting. This is a go-to spot for us, especially after winter visitors have left and it’s not packed with diners.
Food was marginal at best. First, it took almost 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and a margarita. Then, we ordered 2 dishes, the cioppino and their special of the night, fried chicken and sweet potato biscuit. The cioppino was no better than local Red Lobster, fine, but bland. The fried chicken was so dry, it was unedible, think of the scene from National Lampoons Christmas Vacation where the family tried to eat the burnt turkey, almost the same. The biscuit was so dry, that the butter didn't help it. Definitely not worth it.
All of our food was undercooked and tasteless. We were all very disappointed. Sadly we will not be back.
We have been a number of times and never disappointed. Went for Easter brunch $70 apiece and found it a little wanting. Roast beef and quiche were cold and the tables in the buffet area somewhat messy. Omelette and desserts were very good, as was the service. Will go back for regular menu.
Easter Sunday Brunch - the Food was good. The Roast Beef was well prepared and offered both rare or well done options. The rest of the buffet was a little thin. Not a lot of options for $65/adult. Service was very good and wait staff attentive.
The worst brunch buffet ever! Too expensive and not worth for the food that was available. IHOP is even better than this. So disappointed.
Ok, we are talking Easter Sunday Brunch. There were 5 of us. It was basically buffet style with a omelette bar as well as a prime rib and potato station. By the time I got to the prime rib what was left was well done end cuts. The presentation was awful, not even a flower on the table. Very limited choices of items on small platters. I am not in the restaurant business but I can assure you I could have done a better job. Cost....$ 65.00 per person. I would gladly pay this amount but would expect much more. Live and learn.
Terrible food and expensive. It used to be very good. Beautiful restaurant, good service but mediocre food. thanks.
One out of four meals were good. Lamb was tasteless, rib eye overpowered by sauce Salmon good, and pork tenderloin was dry. Dessert hit the spot, chocolate creme brulea was fantastic. This by far the least favorite trip to Augustin ever.
It was very pleasant. I think the menu could be expanded a little, not really many complelling offerings.
What a wonderful meal!!! We loved everything we had and the service was excellent. What a wonderful space!!!
The calamari is the best i have ever had anywhere. Wonderful food and a nice setting. We will be back.

Great food and atmosphere. Nice place for special occasions.
Wonderful outdoor seating!
The service in the restaurant is very good and we love the courtyard semi outdoor atmosphere. The food was prepared well!
Save your money on this place
Date night. The salmon was amazing!! Tucson classic.
While waiter was helpful and pleasant, food delivery was very slow.
My Bday! What is with $5.00 barrio bread...
4 slices?? Ridiculous price!!
Brunch was fantastic on the patio. Loved the Blackstone Benedict and the Corned Beef Hash is amazing
We sat outside and had lovely weather, outstanding food and superior service. Conversation was difficult at times due to the ezcellent live band at the other end of the courtyard.
oysters/wine selection are always fantastic. this night the food just was just ok, maybe an off night for the kitchen staff or us. either way we will go back and try again.
Love this place! The atmosphere is amazing
Excellent service and delicious food. We love this place.
