This place is a gem hidden in a strip mall. Best. Service. Ever. Food is delicious; well prepared. The guys especially like the duck. The gals had a sea bass special that was incredible. Be prepared for a credit card surcharge on your bill or bring cash….

Had a wonderful meal with a good girlfriend and the waitress was understanding that we were more interested in talking than ordering and eating, so she allowed us extra time and then checked in to see how we were doing after being served. Food was excellent and so was service.

We are so happy to find Agio. They support our local schools and that is how we first heard about the restaurant; so lucky we did. The food is fresh, the staff makes you feel instantly welcome and a great atmosphere for our family dinner night out.

We had a super long wait for our food. We sat down at 6 pm and our food was not delivered until 7:30. Food was good but wait was ridiculous. Also there is a charge for using a credit card. That to me is crazy. It’s the cost of doing business. The credit card fee was almost $10. Sadly would probably not return.

Our first time dining in this lovely Italian Bistro, what a find! The ambiance, food, and service were a grand slam, our server, Jean, was terrific and enhanced our dining experience. This is a true neighborhood gem and we will definitely be returning.

We were very disappointed. After not getting the correct entree, the manager said he would make it again. However, my company was finished eating their dinner and I had to just bring mine home. Also, there was no apology with even a free glass of wine. Probably won’t return. Too bad.

Everything was great, food and service was great. My only complaint was the pasta wasn’t drained enough, there was a bit more liquid on my plate then there should have been. It did not take away from the flavor though.

I’ve been to Agio many times, at least 10 to 15. I only live about a mile away. Food is always excellent. My last visit was a little frustrating because there were multiple large groups at the restaurant and the staff was not able to handle the demand for servicing all the patrons. The waiter was not our regular waiter and the drinks and appetizer/entrees were quite delayed. Also, everyone was jammed into one room and an additional room was not being used. It would have made it much better if the large groups were separated from the 2/4 person diners in the unused room. I may avoid making dinner reservations on Saturday nights and plan on going in the evening during the week instead. Like I said, the food is excellent and the service is usually excellent too. But until the staffing issue and party issue is addressed I would reconsider making reservations on at least Saturday nights.

Seated outside which looked enjoyable and had been there previously. Unfortunately there were ants on our table cloth and then also on my person. Looked on the floor and saw a stream of ants. The food was okay but seemed to be a step down from prior meals. The wait staff was polite and friendly but had too many tables to provide reasonable timely service. We all see price increases across restaurants but Agio has taken it to an extreme. A good sign was the owner was delivering food/salads himself so he recognized the issues.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, but our experience that evening was not up to par. It appeared that they were understaffed, both in the dining room and kitchen. Our server, Pedro, took our drink orders, brought them, and came back shortly to take our food orders. We both ordered pasta dishes, which we have had before and enjoyed. When our food had not been served after about 30 minutes, we tried to find our server, but felt like he was avoiding us. We asked a busboy to get our server and then suddenly our dinners were served! We began to eat immediately, but the food seemed like it had been waiting in the kitchen too long. Pedro did not come to advise us of a possible delay in the kitchen nor did he ask us if everything was all right after we were served. This was not the way Agio usually treats their customers. This was the first unpleasant experience we have had there. We may go back sometime, but not for a while. Our favorite server, Rosie, was off that night. I know she would have treated us better.
