Food was awesome customer service was top notch will be back soon. The lamb chops were great…
Cerviche was just okay. I'm not used to DRY cerviche! Calamari was crispy but lacked flavor. The diver scallops were still pretty good and the collars were surprisingly tasty.
Fun spot for a lively dinner with good food and great cocktails.
Very good local spot off the beaten path. Good food & ambiance.
As usual great food, drinks and service.
We did have to wait a little past our reservation time but it was worth it! As soon as we sat down we were brought chips, salsa, and water! Then our waiter took our drink order! I got a Peachtree Margarita and it was really good! My son got a Texas Margarita and it was okay. His gf got wine. We ordered taquitos and Mexican corn for appetizer and they were awesome! We ordered flat iron steak and shredded beef enchiladas for dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly and so tender! The tortilla, corn, and onions were perfect sides! The enchiladas were wonderful and flavorful! We had to wait a little while for our dinner so they brought out complimentary chili lobster tails!! They melted in your mouth! I would definitely recommend Agave!! We will be back!!
This was my first time here. I thought everything was good, and would return again. I just didn’t feel like it lived up to the hype and the rave reviews online that I’ve read.
Great food. Great service.. Stuffed trout with a mango martini, or two. Excellent.
The food was great as always, but Why is it so hot in here???? It was unbearable. Please fix this.
Food was not visually appealing and tasted just as bad. Very disappointing. Restaurant was crammed full of people, was very noisy and hot inside (doesn’t look like this place has central A/C).
This is one of my absolute favorite places to dine. The food is always great and the Peachtree margarita is always my go to drink. The ambiance is always nice and service is superb. Complimentary valet is always available. 10 out of 10 stars!
I have been trying to come before CORVIT-19 to bring my husband. After eating my husband said that was good which meant a lot to me because he is a picky person do it was so worth the visit.
The waitress was very polite.
I will drag him out the house again to return since he really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Thanks for giving me a different great restaurant to take my husband of 35 years on a date!
Good food and margaritas, although the drinks were a little slow to arrive (we drank one margarita with dessert). We enjoyed the fried chicken and salmon, and they were both solid. Also, the key lime pie and chocolate mousse were excellent. It was nice to revisit an old stand-by.
The lighting was a little too dark, especially considering you have to scan the menu bar code and read the menu off of your phone. The food was well plated, but not very flavorful. They delivered our main course, literally 5 minutes after they brought us our appetizers..felt very rushed. The prices were very reasonable though..
The food was great. Our server, Anderson, was extremely polite and checked on us constantly. The ambiance is very chill and the noise was minimal.
Awesome place for social, good drinks and amazing food and to top it off first class service
Amazing delicious and worth very dime
Worst dining experience I have ever had. EVER. The service (our waitress never introduced herself so I can’t call her out by name) rushed us so much it was awful. We had an appetizer and each had an entree. We each had one margarita. She never even stopped to see how our meals were - let alone suggest another drink or to refill our water. I finally decided to mention this to the manager, who was completely unimpressed with my complaint. He rolled his eyes and suggested he bring us another round of margaritas (to placate me). I declined and told him I just wanted him to know so that others didn’t have the same experience. He was largely unimpressed by my complaint and I was unimpressed with his attitude. I will NEVER go back. I did the unthinkable and left a lousy tip. Deserving of the lousy experience.
It was a great time for my birthday.
This would be my 5th time coming and as always, food was good. I do suggest getting a cornbread of some sort though, it would pair nice with the soups 😉. Erin was kind and was swift as best as possible. Kiddos to the bartender because our drinks were great. Me and my sisters like to come here for our “sister dates”. The only drawback from this visit was the noise level. Our first table that we sat at was next to a table with only 3 people but were not conscience of their “neighbors”; extremely loud for no reason. However, the staff was gracious and moved us which allowed us to have a more enjoyable time.
Food was great - server was excellent
This is one of our favorite restaurants for a lovely high-end casual dining experience in Atlanta. The wait staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is always an intriguing special dish offering. The margaritas are simply the best in my opinion. Parking can be tricky if you go at the usual dinner time. Highly recommend !!!
Had the best time celebrating my husbands 29th birthday here! The food was absolutely amazing! Literally the best salsa I’ve ever had! Drinks were delicious and our service was fantastic! Will definitely be returning! The setting is so romantic perfect for date nights! Cant wait to return!
We love Agave and brought some friends here for
The very first time tonight! The food the drinks the atmosphere! Agave we love you and now our friends love you too!
Great place. Live the ambience. The Brussels sprouts were amazing.
Went for my bday had a great time. Food was great😊😊
The food was amazing! We had to wait for a little while even though we had a reservation but we didn’t mind because we could order drinks. We were seated in the loft area. Service was a little slow but I don’t blame her since she had to walk up all those stairs. Overall it was a great experience and the food. I can’t say enough about how awesome the food was.
The waiter could have been better and the he take our drinks to an other table and he didn't bring us salt and pepper we had to get an other waiter to bring it out to us
Agave never disappoints! Great food and service every time.
Food is always amazing! I go there every time I visit Atlanta
I have visited Agave several times and the atmosphere and food was always great for dinner. On this visit, the food was a little under-flavored. I had the smoked chicken enchiladas, and it was a bit bland.
Good place. Good food. Would come back. Guacamole was amazing!
Birthday dinner for husband. Food was very bland. The entire party was disappointed.
Great Southwestern Food. I had not been to Agave in over a year. Still a great place to dine.
While the meal was good as usual, we noticed that the clothing that some of those dining in the restaurant were wearing was totally inappropriate. I know Agave doesn't want a dress code, but many women were dressed in clothes that were beyond revealing, grossly too tight, or just not anything that I'd want a child to see.
Service was fine, but a bit slower than normal. Restaurant was crowded, so not too surprising that drink refills and food prep took quite a while.
Valet Parking was a nightmare. Not sure what the problem was, but terribly long waits to park are unusual. Pickup of the car was a bit slow, but understandable with a lot of people leaving at once.
I also would recommend some effort to stem the noise level. Every time we come, we are shouting at our fellow diners for most or all of the evening.
One of my favorite restaurants. Never disappoints!
Herbert is the best!
Food & service were great. Would highly recommend a reservation, otherwise you might not get a table.
The calamari had a nice light crunchy crust but the calamari itself was thin pieces of calamari and a little chewy. More coating than squid.
We sent the stuffed poblano back because only had two tiny pieces of meat in it. Did not live up to its description.
The pulled pork taco was very dry and chewy.
The only thing we ordered that did not disappoint were the scallops on grits with side of collards.
Host was a European guy with beach wavy hair. He was so kind and told me happy birthday. Ambiance amazing. Hispanic guy bought are food out it was amazing he was very nice as well. Our waiter a brown guy with dreads was very curt, short, and dry. His service wasn’t good. Everything else was amazing.
