My wife and I were given a lovely table and treated very well during our 10th anniversary dinner. We would absolutely recommend this place to our family and friends. The menu is a creative chef-driven local menu with a solid artistic component. Our dishes were exactly as promised, and delectable. Pricey, but a good value for money in my opinion.
Loved Sarah Boulton she was just the right sound for our favourite restaurant. Loved our meals as usual, but the hit of the night for me was the Bavarian Cream with caramelized apples. Delicious! Also really enjoyed the amuse bouche. Could definitely eat a whole bowl of that if you decide to put it on the menu. Maple crema was an excellent touch.
Amazing Dinner !! - Had dinner on Wednesday night for my birthday. Turned out Wednesdays bottles of wine are 50% off - my husband, a sommelier, thought he died and went to heaven! We had a lovely private booth which I requested in my reservation. The food was amazing - farm to table and very interesting pairings. The curried squash soup, the harrisa scented wild boar fusilli, venison, lamb shank were incredible. So much more reasonable then Toronto or winery restaurants in the area. We will recommend to all our friends.
We came from Massachusetts for a wine tasting weekend and was told to go here for dinner and it was amazing .

Service was excellent and friendly. Food was also very good. The field to table menu was fabulous and the pork wellington was probably one of the best pork dishes I've ever had. Cocktails were not my favorite; I would stick to wine, beer, or cider. Ambiance is trendy steakhouse.
Dinners, wine pairings and service were excellent!
I found it a bit odd at first that the restaurant was located downstairs (no windows) but, after being seated by one of the delightful staff and taking in the stylish decor, that was quickly forgotten. Our waitress gave us a quick explanation of the restaurant's farm-to-table ethos and the local delights featured on the menu.
The cocktails we ordered (Manhattan, Caesar) were the best we'd had in ages. The appetizers (AG Farm Tender Leaves Salad, Garlic and Parsley Creamed Escargot) were exceptional; the ingredients used were fresh and vibrant. Both entrées (Fennel Pollen Roasted Arctic Char, Mulled Cider Glazed Loin of Venison) were delicious. The sweet potato gnocchi was fantastically light and pillowy! The pot pie, however, left something to be desired. The pastry was dry and on the salty side, and not flaky as I had expected. The dessert menu was very appealing though we did not order any.
The live music that began partway through our meal was lovely. It was not so loud that we couldn't continue conversing, though we both were too occupied by our delicious dishes!
The staff were all friendly, good-humoured, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Great atmosphere. Fantastic food. We would highly recommend AG Cuisine to anyone visiting Niagara and looking for an exceptional dining experience. I hope to dine here if we visit the Falls again!
Very good food and very good ambiance. The price is quite expensive for food, but the quality of the food is excellent. Great for special occasions and such. The bar menu should be improved a bit and the cocktails need to be made with less ice, as it seemed a little watered down. Or maybe use bigger ice cubes, would be better. Overall, very good, and the criticisms are very nit-picky. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I went here to celebrate the night before our wedding. Not only was the atmosphere romantic, the service and food were exceptional. We are definitely planning to come back the next time we are in Niagara!
