The staff was delightful and the food was delicious. The setting was lovely and the harp player’s selection and volume were not intrusive. We had a lovely time.
Loved it!! The service was amazing and so pleasant, the perfect setup for cousins reunion after many years, we had so much to catch up about... we did not feel rush and had plenty of time to chit-chat about each other...
Beautiful setting for Afternoon Tea and lovely harp music during tea.
Afternoon tea at the Biltmore is a Christmas tradition for me and my daughters. We look forward to it all year. And this year the food menu was enhanced with special finger sandwiches. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Traditional Christmas tea with the ladies of my family
Lovely experience overall!
Great ambiance enhanced by beautiful harp music. Food was abundant, but not the quality I had expected.
The atmosphere was wonderful....harp player playing Christmas music. The tables were set with pretty china. The servers were attentive and couldn't do enough to make the experience any more pleasant. The problem was the food. The sandwiches were on stale bread and very very dry. The ingredients were not fresh. Makes one think they were made the night before and refrigerated or, made in the morning and since our tea was at 3:30, later in the day, the sandwiches were not freshly made. The desserts seemed fresh. The scones were obviously frozen and thawed. The tea was not steaming hot, and cooled very quickly. With 2 momosas added to the bill, tax and tip, the bill was $150 dollars. Seems a bit steep for a tea where the food was inedible.
Very underwhelming. Server was nice but has a loud voice, so that takes away from a classy feeling. Harpist is fabulous. Food is below average and Uninspired. Scones were only highlight. I was never asked if I wanted to add another drink besides tea. Not worth the month at all.
This place has gone steeply downhill since I was here a year ago. The pastries were either stale or soggy. I actually wrote an email to the manager and did not hear back. I told her that I have brought my family to tea here for the past several years, and there was a steep decline in the quality of the food this year. It seemed like the pastry chef made the sandwiches and crumpets last week, and they've been sitting in the fridge since then. This used to be such a great experience. It's too bad.
My friends and I were celebrating 25 years of friendship. The ambiance was great, the food was delicious and the harpist was phenomenal.
Took my mother for afternoon tea at the Biltmore as the finale of a week-long trip. It did not disappoint! At first my mother balked at the cost (even though I was paying), but once she soaked in the atmosphere of the beautiful lobby, and tea was served, and the food arrived, and the harpist started playing, she was in heaven. I thought it was worth every penny.
Excellent experience!! Best place for tea in Miami. Food and service were amazing and the live harp music makes it truly remarkable.
The Biltmore is an elegant architectural gem. High tea was relaxed, delicious, and very special.
The experience was great. Loved the China and the Bai Hoa tea
everything was great
It was delightful and the song of the live harp playing made the occasion even more special. We definitely would go back.
We were looking for a memorable high tea experience and we had a great time. Wonderful setting, music beautifully performed by the harpist and great service and tea. We much appreciated the scones and cream. We will be back. This was a fantastic experience.
It was lovely, but the server always attended the people who showed up 15 minutes after us first; for everything. I would also like more food choices; I don't eat cucumbers, raw food or deviled eggs. A little noisy due to teen party next to the tea area.
