Wonderful dining experience with excellent cuisine and superb service.
Everything from the view, to the appetizers, to cocktail, dinner was fabulous. Our server was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend!
The service is excellent, the food, delectable! The view of the area is awesome and captivating. We had a wonderful time. The restaurant is located on the 16th floor so it was a little hard to find! They need to provide the information ahead of time. We highly recommend for a date or special occasion.
Dinner, drinks and dessert were good. But the menu was limited, they need more choices.
A lot of confusion with staff. We were Ignored most of the time. Under staffed. Drinks just ok. Food was done well. The view was spectacular. Pleasant property.
Beautiful location! Gorgeous windows and view surrounding the restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious. The staff did a great job of keeping distant and respecting space. We also went to the lounge after dinner which was awesome!!
We are on a golf vacation for a couple weeks. Aerie restaurant is a standout in the four towns experienced, but what made the experience particularly good was Kenneth, our waiter-professional, warm, polished, and with a good, understated sense of humor. Food was good to very good, nice wine list, COVID guidelines were followed with elegance.
We had a great time. Our service team was outstanding and the food Bolognese, gnocchi and desserts were delicious! The wine was priced at a great value for a world class selection.
excellent service, great views we would go back for sure
Our food was delicious, service went above and beyond! Denisha and Deb were outstanding. We had dinner here the evening before and everything was perfect! Paige made our evening meal at sunset one of the best experiences we've ever had! Thank you!
Note: Social distancing and mask wearing was apparent and made us feel very comfortable dining here even though it is indoors.
Lovely very large restaurant with a breathtaking view. Service was amazing menu obviously Covid restricted but the delivery presentation and savory flavor 10 out of 10
The bar staff could use a little training. Sat down and waited for someone to take my drink order for 12 minutes. Waiter was chatting it up with table across from me. Finally when he did take my order, it was another 10 minutes before I received my drink. Of course the table behind me and the "chatty" table were attended to twice in that time. And when he brought my drink, it wasn't even what I ordered.
Dinner server was much better. Page was attentive, and service was quick. Unfortunately they were out of any Baileys, but I made a substitution with another drink. So maybe more training with the bar staff. Food was good, a bit overpriced for what their was. And menu was pretty limited for the price. Ambiance and view were excellent. Hostess almost sat a woman wearing a bathing suit cover up and a guy with a Van Halen tank top next to me. Thankfully, she sat them in the bar. Hey people, it's a nice restaurant. If you're going to wear pool attire, get back in your Lexota and go down to Applebee's
Kenneth was fantastic !! He explained every special, bread dipping, wine, such knowledge and grace. Made everyone feel SPECIAL! He knew is menu and how to wait tables perfectly!! Unfortunately he wasn’t MY SERVER but the tables around me ! My server, Annalisa, couldn’t wait to be rid of us 2 older women . I felt rushed and was treated rudely from the moment we sat down ! She said to us “ I’ll get your drinks and you be ready with your order when I get back” WHAT!!’ Our food was great but the service ruined our evening totally. I never thought a server could be so horrible and keep her job . Wish we had the table next to ours! Can Kenneth teach the others how to serve properly? I’ve been serving fine dining myself for 40 years and was shocked to be treated with such disrespect !!
I felt KEN was making the best of the repercussions of the pandemic . . To be honest the whole VIBE was off . Does everyone there hate there jobs ???
Hey, the food and view are very nice
Food was excellent. It’s a little pricey but the ambiance was amazing and the sunset views were stunning. We very much enjoyed our evening there. Would definitely go back!
Food and service was excellent
The view was outstanding and food good. What ruined it for me was the cheesy pop music they played. In that setting you would expect jazz or classical, not Michael Jackson. What a shame to have such a small thing effect such a fantastic setting.
We had a wonderful meal and outstanding service!
Wonderful food and wine! We had steak, scallops, Caesar salad, gnocchi. Everything was perfect! View is unbelievable! Also, our server was very attentive. Definitely will be back!
Great food! Well prepared and very nice flavor combinations
love the view, great service, food was good, love the atmosphere would recommend to go eat.
Matthew was our server and for a honeymoon experience it was excellent. Hands down the best meal my wife and I have ever had!
Great food, service and view. Not cheap but a good value. Flavors were spot on and the clean mohitos were excellent
Meal was exquisite with an amazing view and friendly staff.
We were celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect place. From the view to the food....all of it was fabulous!!
Great view and excellent service. We will come back.
Beautiful views. Food was average, prices slightly high. Service was painfully slow - must be 1 cook on duty.
Alex the manager what above and beyond for me to propose to my future wife...... I deftly made the right choice by choosing your restaurant being a first timer to Traverse City I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. The scenery was beautiful looking forward to Staying at your resort in the future
We made a reservation thinking it might be busy. When we got there, there was only one other table with people at it. Within five minutes of sitting down, we received water, from a woman whom I’m not sure was our waitress or not, as she did not speak a single word to us. I was waiting to order a drink but she never asked. We waited 15 more minutes, with no interaction from a sever or anyone else in the restaurant before deciding it was not worth waiting around for and left. No one even took our drink order. We were visiting for our anniversary and it was the worst part of our stay at the resort, which we took advantage of all amenities, including the spa and golf at two out of three courses. Disappointing to say the least.
Beautiful views. Main comment is when the sun starts the set it creates quite a glare.
Great experience and excellent food. Service was fantastic and on point. Would recommend to friends and will be back.
The views were excellent! My wife’s filet was slightly undercooked to her taste but the server did send it back for a quick re-fire. The risotto was well cooked and had good flavor. The mojito was watered down and most likely had been sitting for awhile prior to serving it to me. It was a slow evening but we were seated near the kitchen area and you could hear most of the staff’s conversations. Not really what we expected from a fine dining experience.
We went for a couples trip to TC, and wanted to end the trip on a high note. This fulfilled it! Great views and due to Covid it was not busy at all. We felt very safe from walking in to the hotel with sanitizing stations and the temperature check for every guest. The food was delicious, not many options but that worked better for us.
Amazing dinner, service was very nice and the view is wonderful.
Limited menu and overpriced main dishes Excellent views and we had an excellent waiter but the place was very noisy. A lot of loud women made everyone annoyed. Need some sound proofing or a private room for these people
The view was beautiful. Our server was great. The presentation of food was beautiful, unfortunately it was very very bland. We had mussels and salmon and both were very underwhelming. This was one of the more expensive dinners we had will visiting Traverse City and while the view and presentation were great, the food was not worth it.
Great food and views. Their menu was limited but they’re adding things daily they said. They have a great variety of food though and the filet was amazing
My wife's first glass of water had some old lipstick smudges on it but besides that everything was great!
Beautiful restaurant with amazing views.
Have been to Aerie on multiple occasions on our annual trip to Traverse City. Spectacular panoramic view of the area in a beautiful contemporary dining setting. The food is exceptional and well priced. Well done highly elevated classic dishes!! Highly recommend the truffle fries as an appetizer with a cocktail...delicious!!Entire staff is attentive and welcoming. We will absolutely return!!
