   Another amazing dinner at Adriatico. Caprese salad was perfect. All pasta dinners perfect. Joseph took great care of us…he is knowledgeable and great fun. Always a great dining experience

   We had a fabulous birthday dinner, excellent service excellent food, not too loud, so I could actually hear well! Plus they gave me a complimentary tiramisu for my birthday dessert.

   Tough place to really rate. As a premise, the location, ambiance, and people in the place were amazing. In the same vein, the waiter and owner were attentive and gracious hosts. However, for the most part, that is where our enjoyment stalled. We always struggle with Italian restaurants. The issue is simple: there are three categories of them. The first is authentic Italian. Generally speaking, these folks either studied in culinary schools overseas or are young, first generation restauranteurs. The second is Italian-American. In these cases, you're talking about first or second generation folks that have been here for a long time. What they remember of Italian food and what they cook are significantly different from each other. The third I shouldn't even mention... These restaurants are american chains that pass themselves off as Italian... please don't go there. So where does Trattoria Adriatico fall? It's in the the second category for me. The food really falls in the Italian-American fare, almost out of the best New York places I've been. Combine that with 4-star restaurant pricing and it falls flat for me. The restaurant gets rave reviews, which I would love to give, had I enjoyed my meal a bit more and paid a lot less.

   We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the fact that it's a ma and pa operation. Pa cooks and Ma works the room. Great staff and fantastic food.

   It felt as if I was welcomed into their home and was treated like family. The service was great from Justin and the owner was an exceptional host. The food was phenomenal. An artichoke appetizer that we dipped bread in the great lemon garlic sauce. Ossubuco served with homemade pasta, that was flavorful, tender , and moist. The Grouper was seared perfectly and served with a great selection of fresh vegetables, carrots, asparagus, broccolini, and roasted potatoes. We will definitely be back again!

    This is our "special occasion" spot and has been for 4 years! Closest thing to the best food we found in Italy! Fresh pasta made from scratch daily with chef's specials that are always a treat. Best Italian food in Orlando, hands down.

    This restaurant offers the best Italian food in the Orlando area. There’s a reason it’s constantly voted number one by Open Table diners. Our dinner experience this particular evening was superb. The calamari appetizer was fantastic, and our pasta entrees were outstanding. Great job once again.

    It was our first time dinning and it was the best Italian food I have eating in the US in a very long time. This is the best Italian restaurant in Orlando. The food was amazing, very homemade, and very tasty. The service was amazing, very attentive and kind servers. The experience was just fenomenal. We will coming back for sure!

    Adriatico Trattoria Italiana was a very welcoming, 'just right' place for an evening with my girlfriend. It was a special night for us, and the proprietor introduced herself to us, which just set the mood. The chef's specials were terrific, with just the right balance. This is a very Italian restaurant outside of Italy. Highly recommended.

    Having received an email from Open Table advertising the top Orlando restaurants, we decided to visit Adriatico due to it's great reviews/ratings. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday, which I mentioned upon making a reservation. The restaurant itself is small and cozy and has a true Italian feel to it. The food was wonderful. I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was to die for. I am sad to complain about the service. Our waiter Joseph was off-hand and cold. He stood about 4 feet behind me every time he came to the table so I had to physically turn around to look at/hear him. When asked for advice on dishes (it was our first time there), he basically quoted the entire menu. He didn't come once to check on us and see if we were enjoying our meal. He didn't wish my husband a happy birthday. There was no "Hey, happy birthday. We are so glad you chose to come dine with us!" We ordered tiramisu for dessert and he brought it with a candle in it, plonked it down on the table without saying a word. It was just very bizarre and his whole demeanor came off as being rude. It's the little things that count and good customer service is so important. Every guest should be made to feel a bit special! The wife of the owner did come around and chat to us and seemed very sweet. Again, when we asked for recommendations on dishes, she just said, "Whatever you like!" Again, the food was great but would we return? Maybe to get takeout, but certainly not to sit down for a lovely, warm experience with our meal.

    The artichoke appetizer and pinot grigio were a perfect match and the pappardelle di Amalfi was, with the addition of fresh ground pepper, very satisfying.

    Ever a bad meal here !!! Very friendly and always welcoming. Makes you feel like you’re at an Italian home ! The only complaint I have here is if you don’t get an appetizer your main courses are kind of small and you will be hungry … but they are very tasty and delicious just a little bashful on the size of the pasta and seafood ….

    I highly recommend dining here. It is perfect for a date night or special occasion. The interior space is very intimate and small. White tablecloths on the tables and a very small bar. I do not recommend children. The food was excellent. We started with a caprese appetizer that was delish.. much better than the norm. We both had a special entree of homemade pappardelle with short ribs. Very good! We will go back!

    Very quaint little Italian restaurant with a good ambiance. The food was exceptional. Very often “Italian” restaurants food feels very heavy and this was not the case here. Portion sizes were generous, and the dishes were delicious. We loved that it was the owner who prepared our meals. Will definitely be going back here in the future!

    My 19 year old son and I went looking for some authentic Italian cuisine and we were not disappointed. It was small but cozy and had nice tablecloth service and the waiter and owners wife were kind and friendly. This was my son’s first experience having beef carpaccio real bread with oil and balsamic. He asked some questions and all were answered with gusto. The house Chardonnay was a wine called “Spellbound” it is now one of my favorites. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly with plenty of the cream sauce. My son had homemade pasta with carbonara sauce and he ate every bite. We will be going back! Prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of food and service.

    Let’s start with the amazing bread that is always a great sign of what’s to come. It was authentically Italian and the OO&V was very good quality. We had scallops as an appetizer and they were truly the best ever. The quality was exceptional, they were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was delightful! Next course was homemade Pappardelle Amalfi and OMG. I had already decided this restaurant needs a Michelin star. Grouper was the special so we ordered it. Again any expectation was surpassed. Pannna cotta for dessert and once again, homemade deliciousness! Chef Marco is also the owner and he seems to be a perfectionist. I love it! His wife circulates and chats with customers. Locals came in to purchase jars of homemade sauce. The intimate setting with white tablecloths are reminiscent of dining in Italy. It’s my new favorite!!!

    AMAZING food, service and ambience - this was a terrific find. Highly recommend to anyone who loves Italian food and great service. This was our date night which doesn't happen very often so it's so important to find the perfect place - food, service and atmosphere were AMAZING!!! Would definitely recommend Adriatico Trattoria to try out - it will become a regular of ours!!!! oxoxoxo
