   Understaffed, service was not attentive. Pancakes had to be cut with a knife as they were very tough, but tasty.

   When we arrived the hostest did not greet us, she looked up and asked if we had a reservation. She found the reservation picked up 2 menus and started walking to the table she picked for us, a table on the edge of the restaurant that was about 18 inches square, put the menus on the table and walked away. We sat there for close to 15 minutes before our waiter saw us. We ordered our dinners and were informed that both selections were sold out, this was at 7pm. We ordered a salad and pizza. The salad was good what little there was of it and the pizza was a discusting mix of white gooey sauce and over cooked mushrooms with truffle oil. There was no flavor. We have not eaten here for close to a year and a half but decided to give it a try since they are under new management. Food is still terrible but they did raise prices about 25%, won't be back.

   Wonderful Father’s Day meal that included salad, top sirloin, twice baked potato, wonderful chocolate Bundt cake. Everything was cooked perfectly!

   Prices are high . Waitstaff though very nice need training as they don’t use a lot of common sense. Food is usually good. It is in our community which makes it convenient. Doubt I ‘d recommend it to outsiders.

    Service failed again. Seated at a window table, we spent ten minutes without seeing a waitperson. We solved the problem by getting up and seating ourselves at the bar. There we learned that the prime rib (Saturday special) was once again sold out. At this point, I’m pretty sure Chef orders about six pieces because he has six friends among the 4:30 dinner crowd. While Adelina’s continues to feature a couple of outstanding employees (Michael behind the bar, Melissa on the floor), as a dining experience it consistently disappoints.

    Service and ambiance is superb! However, the menu has been altered and the quality is less than what we’re use to when we’ve dined here before. PLEASE bring back the Monarch Burger! Sadly, the new burger isn’t at all comparable. A lot of thousand island type sauce and overall a smaller burger. Also, the BLT sandwich was comparable to a chain diner type restaurant, nothing special.

    We had the most enjoyable dinner last night at Adelina's! I was notified of the Sunday Special - BBQ Pork Ribs with garlic fries and coleslaw - which are one of my favorite pork dishes, so we made sure we made reservations! Dinner began with a choice of soup or salad, on to the entree and finished with a light and fluffy raspberry cheesecake. The ribs were cooked to perfection allowing me to eat them off the bone using only my fork. Didn't feel like getting my face and hands covered in the sauce, however, it was truly finger-licking good! The atmosphere is perfect for conversation at the table and relaxed enough to savor the meal without feeling rushed. We have eaten at Adelina's before and will definitely be back, especially to try their Sunday Brunch!

    Honestly after reading some of the recent reviews I wasn’t expecting a lot but it just goes to show you that you can’t always trust the reviews. With that said I will agree that the new menu was limited but we had great food last night. Our cocktails were very good. My husband had a bold your own pizza which he really enjoyed. I had the albondigas soup and the sweet chili wings. Both were very good and filling. We finished off with the spumoni ice cream in a chocolate shell. It was also good. I know that the menu was smaller than in the past but our food was good. Just don’t go in with super high expectations and you should be fine🤗

    The short rib entree was tasteless. Shrimp appetizer was suburb. Menu offerings overall were very odd—not appealing. Too focused on the Brussels sprouts and nasty beets crowd.

    They have a new limited menu, but the biggest change was "NO SUBSTITUTIONS". They also made vegetables an la carte side. For example, if you want a healthy roasted chicken meal, it comes with bread pudding (most people would call it bread stuffing) which is stuffing they cooked in a bread pan and sliced. We ask if we could substitute the bread pudding with one of the dinner sides included with other entries on the menu, our waiter said no substitutions is the new policy. I requested our waiter go to the chef with our request and I would pay extra. The answer was no, we left the bread pudding on the plate. We decided to order a side of the green beans and due to dietary restrictions could they please steam the green beans instead of sautee in oil or butter, NO. To pricy for this attitude and lack of customer service. We will not be back until the policy is changed.

    We have many friends that live in Trilogy and we eat there often. We have an extensive wine collection and prefer to bring our own wine as do our friends. Paying $10-15. corking fee is fair, but not $20. Last night we had our waiter open two bottles. We should have gotten a discount but instead was charged $40. That's not cool.

    We used to love going to Adelina's, but over the years the food quality has declined. The menu has declined. Even the service is marginal. We were sat right away, but had to get up and ask the receptionist for water and service. We were never offered bread. Our waiter has the ability to become very good with the right training. We miss the days of Pandi, Kat and Jonathan. The ambiance is always stunning.

    Kudos to Adelina's for finally adding some attractive specials. Theire previous duck special for date night was off the charts! We had the pork Osso Buco this time which was cooked to perfection. The polenta with a gorganzola cream was excellent as was the salad and dessert that was included in the meal. Keep up the improvements in your menu Adelina's and many more people will come!

    The food and service was excellent. We enjoyed our meal very much. The NY steak was cooked to perfection and the brandy sauce was lick the plate worthy! They put us in the best possible location per our request for a romantic, intimate table. Apparently Wednesday night draws a crowd at the Bistro with live music so the restaurant was busy and the noise level was high. It was my husband’s birthday so it was the day we chose. We didn’t have a problem with it and we’re glad to see people out enjoying themselves. We will definitely be back.

    Our server was Isaiah, he came to our table shorty after we were seated. Brought water and bread which was so good. We then ordered drinks took a little while. When we left I noticed he was bartending also. Ordered the prime rib, excellent, wish I had a little more vegetables. I ordered another drink when I received my food but it didn’t’ arrive until I was almost done. The atmosphere was nice, quite and relaxing.

    Food & service was wonderful. The ambiance of Adelina’s is hard to beat as menu selection is great, portions are generous & prices are reasonable. The Millionaire burger is huge, Corn Beef Rueben on marbled rye very tasty & huge, Hot Mess chicken sandwich very well received & the Thai Peanut rice bowl was large & very tasty. We will return!

    Steak was cold! Could not eat it.sitting at the table for 20 minutes and had to ask for the menus. No utensils or glassware and a sticky table. The restaurant was 1/3 full and we had to wait for an hour. We made reservations so they knew we were coming, the table should have been ready and menus should have been given by the person who seated us instead of leaving us there for such a long time. They need to work on their organization skills and train their staff before charging fine dining prices. We felt very unwelcome and service was very unprofessional.
