    Tried Adega for the first time on a colleague’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint, and I’m picky about my Portuguese cuisine! The food was beautifully prepared and packed with flavour—perfectly grilled squid, a rich shrimp bisque, and a tender steak with crispy fries. The saffron seafood risotto was a standout, full of depth and freshness, and served piping hot! Desserts were equally impressive, with a silky, not-too-sweet crème brûlée and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. The Amália cocktail, with gin, grapefruit, and lemon juice, was refreshing and slightly tart. The service was excellent and a warm atmosphere made for a fantastic dining experience. Will definitely be back!

    All the food was excellent this evening. We especially like the tuna tartar. It was delicious. I had the baked sea bass and my husband had the octopus. Both entrees were excellent. We ended the evening with the special Valentine dessert and a coffee. We were very satisfied.

    Food was acceptable albeit nothing special in any regard. What really grinded our gears was how the server offered bread to start off the meal making it sound as if it’s complimentary only to find a $8 charge on our bill. They have been clearly trained to slide this under the customers’ noses.
