Food was good and so was ambiance. Service was excellent.
Good food and plenty of it. Service and ambiance good too. First time at this ethnic restaurant, will go again with friends.
My 27th anniversary. Greater had no idea my reservation was on O.T. but I made it a point to tell them. I specifically asked for a table in the back away from the door. This was my first trip there, but I’ve had friends who’ve eaten there and told me not to sit towards the front because of the draft, hence my explicit request to dine toward the rear. Where were we seated. RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR! I was going to ask my server to move but 20 minutes went by and no one acknowledged our presence. I went up to the greeters stand and asked to be moved and I got a look like I just shot her dog! We were moved immediately and another 15 minutes went by without being acknowledged! I had to flag down a server and ask if they wanted us to eat there. From that point forward it looked up. Our server apologized saying they were short staffed and made sure we were attended to the rest of the evening. The food was remarkable! Even with that said, I am going to have to think twice about eating there again, as first impressions are lasting, especially when you botched my anniversary dinner.
Did not honor our reservation as they said they don’t honor Open Table reservations made same day and were not apologetic or understanding when we questioned when they would even take a reservation if it wasn’t going to be honored. They should stop taking reservations via Open Table for same day if that’s the case. After we waited almost 45 mins to get seated we then waited another 45 mins before someone even came to our table to offer us drinks. At least the water girl acknowledged us and refilled our water during this time. The food was really good but the service was just terrible. If I were to return I would only go back for carry out because it’s not an enjoyable dining experience.
The restaurant was very busy. Had people waited in a line for the table. We felt the pressure to finish our dinner ASAP because the waitress stoped by several times to ask if we wanted to box our leftover.
Service was very efficient; food was delicious and fresh.
Our party of 6 was shown to a table immediately after arriving, thanks to a reservation. Service was prompt and courteous, The server discussed specials and spice levels with us before taking our orders. Food was delicious! We will definitely return to Addie’s.
It was my birthday and our family of four went (my wife, daughter, and son). They handcraft their cocktails and one of those was the Singapore Sling made from the actual Raffles Hotel recipe. Add some curried duck and WOW!! It was the best celebration!!
Great food, great service, great surroundings, easy parking.
Great food. Great service. Our favorite Thai restaurant in town.
Marriage for 42 years and wanted to celerbrate Valentine's Day with something un-traditional and relaxed. It was a wonderful treat . Food was excellent and the service exceptional. Did not feel rushed or pressured to order or get done. Hostesses well dress and informed.
It was our first time at Addie's Thai House and it was wonderful! The decor, the service and the food were all very pleasing.
Great Thai food with a huge menu. Can't decide - we've done the 4 course meal for two ($49.95) - which saves time studying their menu..great value and almost too much food to eat (appetizer, soup, two entrees, rice and dessert). Great, attentive service. Reservations are a must as it gets very crowded @ 6 and 7.
Excellent experience as usual, the food is always very fresh and the ambiance is perfect for a quiet evening out with your better half or friends. Always recommend booking ahead even if last minute. Can get very busy and sometimes service is slower than usual but still means you can enjoy the ambiance.
Fast and friendly service. Great food. Really enjoyed our prize fix meal which allowed us to try new dishes.
The food is very authentic but be warned , when they say the food is spicy they ain't kidding.
If you like hot then go for medium.
The tom ka gai ( Chicken Coconut soup) is excellent .The atmosphere is really nice although on weekends it can get very busy and you may have to wait a while to get a table.
This is my most favorite Thai restaurant in st Louis area so glad it is so close to home.
Great Thai food! Really enjoy Tom Yum Gai soup! Took friends for their first time. They love it.
Wasn't the best experience this time, usually a lot better.
This was our second time visiting Addies. Both experiences were very positive. The food is great and very friendly service. The Tom Kha soup is fantastic.
Everything except our table location excellent. Since they were busy and only four person tables were available in the main dining room and there were only two of us, we were put in an adjoining area which didn't have the same vibe as the main dining area.
Great food can adjust the temp to your taste buds!
One of the best Thai restaurants in the St. Louis area.
The food was freshly prepared. The service was good, but the server could have been a little more attentitive.
Broad selection of entrees with the ability to customize the spiciness. Fresh ingredients perfectly prepared. Large portions great for sharing.
My wife and I fine here often. Great food and very friendly service. This is one of our most favorite places. The dinner for two is outstanding. Love the Tom Kha Gai soup!
Our entire family loved our dining experience at Addies. Three of my children shared the Chang Mai noodle dish. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was great. Outstanding! We cannot wait to go back.
Waterfall beef is delightful, and Tom kha gai is delicious!
We love Addie's Thai House! It is our go-to for a good dinner on every trip! Since the restaurant is small you do need to make a reservation, particularly if you want to have dinner there on a Friday night or Saturday night.
The team at Addie's is great and they are very good about answering questions. They are also good at accommodating special requests to the menu items.
Portion sizes are terrific and we always have enough for at least one meal of leftovers. This makes Addie's a REALLY great value. Please note that Addie's does have coupons in the Entertainment book and are also featured now and then with Groupon deals, so that provides an even greater value.
Definitely give Addie's a try! I would highly recommend it for couples or groups up to six or so.
Great Thai food! The service was also good, as usual.
Excellent food and excellent service. Always our favorite place for thai food.
I have been coming to Addie's for many years but had not tried the chicken and vegetables until now. I prefer spicy food. It my friend did not, so we ordered the chicken and pad Thai with beef. Both were outstanding!
We often eat at Addie's . The Tom Ka Gai with some rice added to it can be a meal in itself. We usually over eat, so we now limit ourselves to the soup, and split an entree. I don't care for spicy foods, so we order the food with a 0 heat index out of 5 and my husband will add the spice as needed. For a Thai restaurat, I think it has the best ambiance of any around this area.
Best Thai in Saint Louis!!
Food was too salty. Otherwise very good.
Very nice Thai restaurant in our neighborhood with great food.
The Tom Ka Gai soup is our favorite. Creamy, tasty soup with coconut milk and chicken. we always say that we will just order a large tureen of the soup with a side of rice and be satisfied, but we usually end up ordering spring rolls and 1-2 entrees. Good basic Thai food. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, but the decor inside is very pleasing; nicer than most Thai restaurants. We always enjoy our visit to Addie's. My brother has traveled a lot in various Asian countries and whenever he comes to town, this is one of his go to restaurants. He likes the Khao Soi from northern Thailand, a yellow curry soup with chicken, that he cannot find in most Thai restaurants.
Addie's has the best Thai food in town. It never disappoints!
This was our third time at Addie's and every time we have found the food to be excellent. My wife likes curries and I usually order more traditional Thai dishes. So far we haven't had anything we wouldn't recommend.
Great food! The Sweet Basil Chicken and Steamed dumplings are fabulous.
