Addie's Thai House
Great Thai restaurant. Very pleasant environment
Tasty food and a nice experience overall. All employees wore masks except for the person who brought out our food each time.
I made a lunch reservation for 2. I thought there might be a lunch menu, as opposed to the regular dinner menu. That was not the case. We did the $59.99 Prix Fixe offering. We had Tom Yum Goong, Spring Rolls, Garlic Calamari, and Chicken Pad Thai, and Thai Custard for the desert. There initially was only one person serving the dining room, Camille, and she did a very good job, considering there were several people there. The service was a bit on the slow side, but the food was good. The Tom Yum seemed to be a bit on the sweet side, but still good. We arrived and were seated promptly at 11:30am. We left at 1 pm. So the final bill, with drinks and tip, was $85. I would not do this for lunch on a regular basis. Maybe in the future they will be able to offer a lunch menu that is not quite so expensive.
Will be back
This was supposed to be a mom and dad date night and we were very excited to try something new (to us) near home.
Service was slow because they do not have adequate staff as many restaurants are having. Food was very good.
Good food but very slow service. Most waiters were high school students and we saw several that were bringing out food that had no idea which table to go to. Also, took 45 min to get the food.
We waited for over an hour for our food
Food is always great but expect to wait 45 minutes for the kitchen
Food was very good. Service was very slow. we were there for 3 hours. Took 30 minutes to get drinks.
First time to dine here and we were so pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Great wine and draft beer choices. Had seafood and chicken dishes, which were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Have already returned and will keep returning.
Service was indifferent, so slow that we had to ask about the whereabouts of our server a few times. The food was very bland making it difficult to believe we were in a Thai restaurant.
My wife & I have been eating at Addies for over 20 years, the food has never changed! It’s simply the best Thai food in the Lou.
If you want bland flavors this is not your place, if you truly want an experience & flavor explosions in you mouth every bite this is your place!
Also spice runs from 0 - 5, I like spicy but a 3 is too hot try 1 or 2 or your first time.
Everything went well. We ordered the dinner for two for the first time and everything tasted great. No disappointment.
I wish they would answer their phone. I am understanding of current staffing issues so no judgment. The delicious food is worth it!
Food was great as usual but the seating request to go outside was ignored. They would not set up table outside as restaurant was not full at the time we got there. Later clients were seated outside. This was disappointing as I had requested outside table on my reservation.
Great place for Thai food. The atmosphere is great during the dinner rush and nice and quiet after the rush. The ambiance is fine dining from the paper doilies on the presentation plates down to how the staff dresses up in the fine colorful dresses .
The Food though is what keeps you coming back. Amazing place for Dates as the dinner for 2 option has lots of choices and for a reasonable Price .
Sat outside and band was loud..otherwise it was a good experience.
Amazing food and service!!
Very impressed with the food, the lovely decor, and very professional staff
Had a great chicken red curry. The 3 was very hot.
My first time visiting Addie's Thai House was very nice. The food and ambiance was wonderful. My young server was very pleasant and responsive. However, the food was delivered to my table over an hour after my arrival. I did not complain because I understand right now many restaurants are short staffed and I realize it is very hard for businesses to stay afloat. I look forward to returning in a couple weeks, and hopefully the food service will have improved.
We love Addie’s Thai House! The food is amazing. I’m thankful for the outdoor eating options too.
Good service. Food was served piping hot
I generally love Addie's and eat there whenever I'm in town. My friend loved his as did I when I tried it. I wasn't crazy about the fresh spring rolls and the seafood pad thai was mediocre at best. When I told my sister, she mentioned that she had it once and thought the same so never ordered it again. My pad thai is considerably better so I would not recommend it.
Best Thai food in the area. Great place, wonderful experience
Delicious! We always enjoy the wonderful food at Addie's Thai House.
The best Thai food in St. Louis. All dishes are flavorful and consistent between visits. Don't miss the shrimp with glass noodles.
Brought two people with me for their first experience with Thai food. Staff was very patient and accommodating, they also were taking good Covid precautions. Food was excellent as always and the new larger space is nice. Will return again soon!
Very well-trained wait staff. The food was very good. The atmosphere was nice. I want to especially thank the folks who so lovingly searched for a lost earring after we left, even though there was already a couple seated at the table. A friend made the earrings and had just given them to me that day. It was small but might have messed up the vacuum cleaner!! We’ll be back!
Great food and great service. Always a pleasure to dine there.
Food was good but was served very quickly leaving no gap between the appetizers round & the main course.
I have eaten Thai food all over the country and this was one of the best I have ever had.
Another excellent meal at Addie's!! Its my go to place for Thai for sure!
This was the 4th time we have eaten there. The first 3 were great. This time, not so good. We chose the Couples dinner. Soup/ok. Spring rolls/good. Entrees/ not a lot of choices. We chose two different ones. Yellow curry was too hot (1 hot choice). Big mistake was choosing hot 4 for Pad Thai. Two bites and no more. If you eat there, be aware that their hot choices are VERY hot!!!!!
Food was great! Would visit again! Love the ambience!
Birthday, great food. Fun to share.
Slow service. Friendly, but very slow. We would have ordered another round of drinks, but we were never offered!
i would rate them a lot higher if they went back to being a part of the Advantage Dining Program with American Airlines!
