Good prices / value
This restaurant was authentic Italian. I really do not eat Italian food out because I am an Italian American that believes only I can cook authentic Italian food. i was wrong, this restaurant did.
Never fails. Always great! Amazing food amazing service. Awesome!
I have been coming here for years because the food is outstanding. However, on Sunday night the kitchen took 40 minutes to bring out an appetizer salad. This type of wait has never occurred before.
We were given a gift certificate for this restaurant and were so very pleased with everything.the waiter was very attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic and enough to take home for the next evenings meal. Great Italian food.
Love the food and atmosphere!! Anything from their menu is fantastic!!!
I was reviewing the menu online and liked what I saw. I thought I would try this place out and made reservations. Arrived on time and was seated immediately. First thing I noticed was the noise level of the entire place. This place is noisy especially if it is crowded, I struggled to have a conversation. Tables are packed so close together that you can hear each others conversation, because of the noise, you HAD to talk loud.
Food was and service were excellent. The stuffed artichoke, Frutti de Mare, Pollo Scarpiello and the Lasagna were perfect. Service was very courteous, and were spot on for checking table, refilling water and wine.
I would recommend Acquolina for the excellent food and service...but if you are looking for ambiance and a quiet dinner, DO NOT go there on Friday or Saturday evenings....
Probably the best place in Weston. Not worth the drive to go father. Great food and over all place. Recommend.
Bar was full and noisy. Food was good but I think it was overpriced.
I recommend inquiring about the Veal Chop. It’s not on the menu but if you ask it will be made. It is a special and is amazing.
Excellent as always
Very friendly service, hospitality was great. Food was good. Pricy though
WE had had a bad experience (service) a few years ago and didn’t go back again until last week. The food was outstanding-all cooked perfectly! The service was good but as it got busier, we saw a lot less of our server. It was quiet at 7 but pretty noisy by 8:30. We will go back.
Very well done Italian ! Our waiter was excellent and recommended the black grouper special and the burrata beet salad, which are outstanding. My wife had the “pillow” pasta which was also very good. They also had an excellent wine list.
I don’t know why, but I had many chances to dine at Acquolina and didn’t. I finally went last night and it was amazing. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. The menu has a ton of options, so everyone can find something they’ll love. The portions are very big. What they call a “half” can easily feed 3 people, 2 if you’re very hungry.
I wish I had gone here earlier. It is a go-to restaurant.
My family was in town from New Jersey and I wanted to eat family style and the meal was perfect. The waiter was attentive and apportioned everything well as we tried several appetizers, salads, and entrees. We all had a great time and enjoyed everything we ate.
Greeted by a very nice hostess, who already knew who I was. We were seated immediately. I was meeting my younger brother. Although, we had decided to go back to the Bar area and had a few drinks and some bar menu food. The Mussels were the best I ever had !!!
This restaurant is so great and the food is amazing.
Went there for my birthday. The waiter never introduced himself. We only found out his name because we asked after the meal - Frederico. In fact, I didn’t even know if he was our waiter because he never even said he was - again, I had to ask if he was our waiter. Clearly he didn’t care or pay attention to that question because the “service” remained as detached and distant throughout the meal. We were asked if we wanted cocktails. When we declined, we were asked if we were ready to order. The table next to us were advised about specials...I guess we weren’t special enough to know those. The waiter barely recognized my birthday, with a half-hearted happy birthday when he obliged to serve our cake. It was my first, and last, time visiting this restaurant.
Went for anniversary. Great ambience. Great Italian food. A little bit to the expensive side, even though I ordered family style dishes for the table. $275 for 6 3 appetizers, 3 entrees with wine and 3 desserts, all
to share. Almost $50 per person (tip included and added on the bill). Food itself tastes awesome and service is proper, each guest been served by the waiter. Difficult to go wrong when eating here. Will
Recommend for an upscale dinner or special occasion.
We were a party of three with two small Service Dogs. We were greeted by hostess with much kindness and a welcoming smile. It was a chilly day so we were seated indoors. Service was great, very friendly and attentive and professional. Food was very good and very fresh with excellent ingredients but spices were a little too strong to my taste. I had grated oysters which were very good. My mother had gnocchi al pesto. It was very fresh and good but the pesto was too strong. My friend had a white fish with a wine and lemon sauce with linguine. It was also very good, fresh and delicate but the lemon taste dominated the dish. Deserts didn’t wow me but pistachio ice cream with thin chocolate crust was very good. I forgot the name of the other one we ordered filled with a cream chease cream. It was ok. Taste was very mild like sugar powder and the crust was a bit too hard, difficult to part. Could be lighter, crunchier, easier with fork.
Great ambience. Great friendly atmosphere with a touch of sophistication. A slight hint of formality despite being casual. Very nice and cozy outdoor water side seating.
Good for special occasions and buisiness meetings off peak hours. Great happy hour. Overall everything was great and very pleasing. We left with a very good and happy feeling.
Special evening seeing old friends- perfect setting
Great food and service, large portions, consistently good.
We love Acquolina and eat there all the time. They are consistently delicious. We miss the waiter, Danny though. I suggest the burnt string beans, burnt broccoli, stuffed mushrooms, chopped salad, and filet of sol oreganata. Delish!
Great food. Awesome grilled octopus.
Squeaky sound constantly on swinging kitchen door. Takes away from the “classiness” the restaurant is obviously trying to display. I mean, come on! WD40 isn’t expensive! Dyson hand dryer in bathroom also gets your attention when used (sounds like it’s coming from outside every time). Maybe choose a table closer to entrance or bar, as opposed to towards the back, near better view? Pomodoro (or red sauce) was underwhelming. Overpriced for the quality of food. Best part was the free bread!
Very nice evening with good selection of wines, pasta dishes and dessert. I will continue coming back to this restaurant.
We had a very nice time here. It's a bit pricey, but the food was delicious.
This place was highly recommended so we went. All four of us disnt rave over our dinner. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen. And couldn’t hear each other talk at the table.
Great food. All preparation were great and with a beautiful presentation.
The sea food salad was absolutely delicious! The service was good. There is nice outdoor dining available.
One of the best Italian restaurants in Broward. Food was excellent portions are large, service was excellent.
Fabulous gem.. we are so happy we found you in Weston whIle we visited during the holidays! We are here 3 times already in 2 weeks! The best Veal and desserts!!
Dinner with family
Prefer outside seating as inside gets too loud! Great food and service.
serves in a hurry with everything. They want to close at 3 and they were pushing for us to leave
Always great food. Always great service.
