Probably the best place in Weston. Not worth the drive to go father. Great food and over all place. Recommend.
Bar was full and noisy. Food was good but I think it was overpriced.
I recommend inquiring about the Veal Chop. It’s not on the menu but if you ask it will be made. It is a special and is amazing.
Excellent as always
Very friendly service, hospitality was great. Food was good. Pricy though
WE had had a bad experience (service) a few years ago and didn’t go back again until last week. The food was outstanding-all cooked perfectly! The service was good but as it got busier, we saw a lot less of our server. It was quiet at 7 but pretty noisy by 8:30. We will go back.
Very well done Italian ! Our waiter was excellent and recommended the black grouper special and the burrata beet salad, which are outstanding. My wife had the “pillow” pasta which was also very good. They also had an excellent wine list.
I don’t know why, but I had many chances to dine at Acquolina and didn’t. I finally went last night and it was amazing. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. The menu has a ton of options, so everyone can find something they’ll love. The portions are very big. What they call a “half” can easily feed 3 people, 2 if you’re very hungry.
I wish I had gone here earlier. It is a go-to restaurant.
My family was in town from New Jersey and I wanted to eat family style and the meal was perfect. The waiter was attentive and apportioned everything well as we tried several appetizers, salads, and entrees. We all had a great time and enjoyed everything we ate.
Greeted by a very nice hostess, who already knew who I was. We were seated immediately. I was meeting my younger brother. Although, we had decided to go back to the Bar area and had a few drinks and some bar menu food. The Mussels were the best I ever had !!!
This restaurant is so great and the food is amazing.
Went there for my birthday. The waiter never introduced himself. We only found out his name because we asked after the meal - Frederico. In fact, I didn’t even know if he was our waiter because he never even said he was - again, I had to ask if he was our waiter. Clearly he didn’t care or pay attention to that question because the “service” remained as detached and distant throughout the meal. We were asked if we wanted cocktails. When we declined, we were asked if we were ready to order. The table next to us were advised about specials...I guess we weren’t special enough to know those. The waiter barely recognized my birthday, with a half-hearted happy birthday when he obliged to serve our cake. It was my first, and last, time visiting this restaurant.
Went for anniversary. Great ambience. Great Italian food. A little bit to the expensive side, even though I ordered family style dishes for the table. $275 for 6 3 appetizers, 3 entrees with wine and 3 desserts, all
to share. Almost $50 per person (tip included and added on the bill). Food itself tastes awesome and service is proper, each guest been served by the waiter. Difficult to go wrong when eating here. Will
Recommend for an upscale dinner or special occasion.
We were a party of three with two small Service Dogs. We were greeted by hostess with much kindness and a welcoming smile. It was a chilly day so we were seated indoors. Service was great, very friendly and attentive and professional. Food was very good and very fresh with excellent ingredients but spices were a little too strong to my taste. I had grated oysters which were very good. My mother had gnocchi al pesto. It was very fresh and good but the pesto was too strong. My friend had a white fish with a wine and lemon sauce with linguine. It was also very good, fresh and delicate but the lemon taste dominated the dish. Deserts didn’t wow me but pistachio ice cream with thin chocolate crust was very good. I forgot the name of the other one we ordered filled with a cream chease cream. It was ok. Taste was very mild like sugar powder and the crust was a bit too hard, difficult to part. Could be lighter, crunchier, easier with fork.
Great ambience. Great friendly atmosphere with a touch of sophistication. A slight hint of formality despite being casual. Very nice and cozy outdoor water side seating.
Good for special occasions and buisiness meetings off peak hours. Great happy hour. Overall everything was great and very pleasing. We left with a very good and happy feeling.
Special evening seeing old friends- perfect setting
Great food and service, large portions, consistently good.
We love Acquolina and eat there all the time. They are consistently delicious. We miss the waiter, Danny though. I suggest the burnt string beans, burnt broccoli, stuffed mushrooms, chopped salad, and filet of sol oreganata. Delish!
Great food. Awesome grilled octopus.
Squeaky sound constantly on swinging kitchen door. Takes away from the “classiness” the restaurant is obviously trying to display. I mean, come on! WD40 isn’t expensive! Dyson hand dryer in bathroom also gets your attention when used (sounds like it’s coming from outside every time). Maybe choose a table closer to entrance or bar, as opposed to towards the back, near better view? Pomodoro (or red sauce) was underwhelming. Overpriced for the quality of food. Best part was the free bread!
Very nice evening with good selection of wines, pasta dishes and dessert. I will continue coming back to this restaurant.
