Das Acetaia steht für klassische italienische Kochkunst im gehobenen Stil. Im edlen Jugendstil-Ambiente mit Mosaikboden und Glasfront genießt man hier ein Stück italienische Lebensfreude.
Die Menükarte bietet eine Kombination von klassischen italienischen Speisen sowie eine exklusive Weinauswahl von besten Weingütern aus den verschiedensten Weinanbaugebieten, die sich von Piemont bis Sizilien erstrecken.
Alle Speisen sind raffiniert zubereitet. Fischgerichte variieren von Zackenbarschfilet bis Seewolf mit fein abgestimmten Beilagen.
Unter den Fleischgerichten findet man z.B. Wildschwein-Medaillons mit Himbeeren Agretto und roten Zwiebeln oder rosa gebratene Lammkarrés mit süßsauer-Paprika und mariniertem Fenchel.
Je nach Saison wird die exklusive Speise- und Weinkarte auf den Feinschmecker-Gaumen abgestimmt. Antipasti und Dolci gehören ebenso zum Repertoire von Chefkoch Giorgio Maetzke wie die traditionelle Pasta.

    SOMMER AUSFLUG nach BOLGHERI EIN ABEND MIT Laura Breschi – Colle Massari Im toskanischen Montecucco-Gebiet gründete 1998 der Unternehmer Claudio Tipa zusammen mit seiner Schwester das Weingut Colle Massari. Bereits 2014 verleiht der Gambero Rosso den Titel „Weingut des Jahres“. Die Top-Betriebe Grattamacco in Bolgheri sowie Poggio di Sotto und San Giorgio im Brunello gehören inzwischen ebenfalls zu Tipas Weinreich.

    The food was delicious, the service splendid. The wine fantastic. The owner remembered that he has promised us lat time to make a zablaglone on our next visiit. He remembered and preperad this delicious tradional dessert. Parfetto!

    Der Kabeljau bei meinem Menü war matschig und die Jakobsmuschel war nicht zu schmecken und nicht zu sehen. Misslich! Die Tagliatelle mit Trüffeln war zu salzig. Alles andere war sehr gut. Das war sehr schade, zumal ich Geburtstag hatte.
