Acadia is a two star Michelin restaurant in Chicago's South Loop Neighborhood. Chef Ryan McCaskey's seven course menu is seasonal with contemporary takes on classic food. Most roots come from classic American, French and Italian influences. Seafood and shellfish products will mostly be sourced from the area in Maine where Chef McCaskey spent his summers, but also which happens to be a source to some of the highest quality shellfish in the world.
