   As always the service and ambiance was perfect. The shrimp and grits were particularly delicious and the shrimp were big with plenty of sausage. The tuna fillet was prepared nicely and cooked exactly as it should be. The dessert was yummy.

   I ordered the crab cake and it was awful. I could not eat it. We were charged for it anyway. By the time the waitress came by and offered to get me something else it was too late.

   Great service and great food. Decent raw oyster selection. The Brussels sprouts are phenomenal! The ribeye was really good too. Ordered medium rare and cooked almost perfectly with a good sear and great flavor.

   We usually have great experiences here, but last night was way off. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and waited at the bar. We asked for a glass of house red. The bartender immediately started with an attitude with which kind. House red usually means a blend.thats not going to bankrupt me. I finally said to give us a cabernet. It was not very good. When the check came it was $35. Now we have paid more, certainly, but it was sub par. Onward to our table, we were sat BY A 7 YEAR OLD! WHAT THE HECK! How is that legal? She gave us our wine and dinner menus. Our server was awesome, knew what wine we were drinking, and explained the off menu items. We had the charcuterie board, but nothing was explained, so we had to guess what cheese, etc. we were trying. The meats were tasteless. We ordered chicken wings and a wedge salad for our entrees. Salad was the best I'd ever had. The smoked, spicy wings were horrible, no flavor. We ordered a cocktail instead of dessert. Good.

   It was the worst experience ever in life!! The first steaks they brought out was well done but I asked specially for a medium well. I had to wait an extra 30 min for the next steak to be cooked all while they were closing and the waitress that I asked about accommodating my meal because I had to wait so long because they didn’t make it correctly she had an attitude so I asked for the manager that was no better!! IM NOT SURE IF ITS RACISM OR IF THEY ARE LIKE THAF WITH EVERYONE❗️❗️

   Not just one of the best restaurants in Augusta, but one of the best restaurants period! Oysters are fresh and shucked perfectly to order. Try the Rockerfellers and Broiled! My ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare, went great with the cheese grits I ordered. Make sure to go during their happy hour!

   Wonderful, drinks, salad, oysters and a fabulous fish over thinly sliced potatoes (can’t remember the name of the fish) but will order the meal on my next visit. Stole some from my husbands plate.

    Homemade pimento cheese with Johnny cakes did not disappoint! Pork Chop is a staple that should be tried at least once and the oyster selection was on point!

    There were 3 couples. We requested the server to charge us by the couple. After waiting awhile, the server returned to inform us that she could not divide the check by 3. it took us a very long time to figure out who owed what. This was a very trying experience and ruined our night.

    Great food, from appetizers to entrees to desserts. Excellent service as well. Definitely in Augusta’s top 3. The dining room we were in was a bit cold, so dress warmly when you go.

    We truly enjoyed our evening at Abel Brown's. We sat at the Oyster Counter, and it was a great experience. Be hungry when you go as there are many items to fill up on. I loved the Brussel sprouts.

    Food was good, not sure if it’s worth the price, but we did enjoy our dinner, and I appreciated the good service. I strongly advise against getting a high top table though, because that area of the restaurant is so loud with dishes crashing and people yelling that it was nearly impossible to have a conversation, we couldn’t hear each other. By the time we finished our meal we were very eager to leave.

    First time at Abel Brown and everything was great from the food and drinks to the service. Highly recommend the bacon crusted salmon as well as the scallops if they happen to have them on special that night! We will definitely be returning!

    The booth we were seated in was extremely uncomfortable. Seats too high so very little space between table and legs. Two adults (5,4” each) couldn’t even rest feet on the floor. Also lighting was not good. No candles on the table. Had to use phone lights to read menus. As always the food and service were excellent.

    We went to Abel Brown's on a recommendation. The whole experience was a delight. Our food at Abel Brown's was phenomenal. The chef can take something as simple as a Caesar salad and make it the best you have ever had. Each menu item had something special about it. The decor is warm and inviting. The noise level was such that we could enjoy conversations without having to raise our voices. Our wait staff was amazing. Read a list of 6 specials with all the details with out a cheat sheet and with no errors. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Abel Browns.

    Went to Abel Brown for the first time and it was excellent. Made reservations a few days ahead and we’re seated right when we walked in. Started with raw oysters (they have several option, we kept it classy with raw on the half shelf with hot sauce). Our drinks were well made. Ordered the Ribeye, I rarely order steaks out because honestly I cook them better than most but this one was PERFECT - an excellent with no fuss seasoning and a perfect medium rare. My wife got the scallops (the special that night) and they were excellent too. Would absolutely recommend this for a nice date night.

    The food and service was excellent The atmosphere was also very nice. We sit at a high top table which was also nice, tables could have been a little bit larger with all the food and drinks was a little crowded. I will definitely come back and recommend it for my friends and family.

    The server ignored us so that took away from the experience. He never checked to see if the order was correct or asked if we wanted anything else. We finally just asked for the check and went elsewhere for dessert.

    We arrived early and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly. We had an appetizer, muscles, while we waited. They we absolutely delicious! After we were seated the waiter was prompt and also very friendly. Our meal was delicious. One of the best we’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be returning!
