The food was first quality as well as the service.

We were seated where I requested. The bread and butter came with a long grey hair. A waitress took it away but no one came to the table until I asked for the manager. He came and apologized and said he would tell the chef. Nothing else happened. Would have been nice to have them offer a drink or dessert but nothing. My steak was ordered rare+ and it came medium. By the time someone came to check I showed them the steak and the took it away. The manager came out and told me they were recooking the steak but my family was almost done so I told him to just forget it. He ended up packing it to go with no charge. Still left feeling it was not a good experience at all.

Abe and Louie's is our favorite restaurant for special events such as birthdays and holidays. Be sure to make reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment. We appreciate the spacious seating, the excellent service, the large menu and generous serving sizes. The location is right off Glades Road and a short drive from I-95. We felt the staff adhered very well to COVID-19 precautions. There is a large outdoor tented area for those who prefer comfortable outdoor dining, but we like the indoor choice. The lunch service was not crowded indoors, allowing plenty of room for social distancing.

Service was amazing. Food was exquisite. This was our first time there and will definitely be returning.

This is the 10th consecutive year that we have celebrated Valentine's Day at this restaurant. It is still our favorite Steakhouse in South Florida! Excellent meal and we were able to dine OUTDOORS!

We are brunch in the tent snd the service was beyond slow snd the food came out cold we did not eat our food there but took it home. We will avoid going back in the future.

Made reservation for outside dining. Table was ready when we got there outside and socially distanced. We felt very secure. Great meal, great service, just like always. The Tent had tables and indoor outdoor carpet in what used to be the front parking lot. They are doing a great job.

Went with my husband to celebrate his graduation and for valentines day. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and the service was too. We will definitely return on another occasion and recommend it to anyone who wants a quality dinner.

We had an awesome meal here. Salmon was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were just as amazing.

Has always been my favorite restaurant when I come to Florida. Whenever I’m in Boston I go to their Boston location. I truly feel you could never receive such professional service and quality of food in any other restaurant in Florida.

This was our first time at Abe and Louie’s and most likely our last. Service was extremely slow, we had a change in servers during the dinner. The filet was mediocre, I will say the desserts were great. No follow up by our waiter, overall very disappointing evening.

Menu was limited. In selections didn’t like add on pricing just to tweak a selection. Winter wine selection was good and pricing also. Waiter was very professional!!

Disappointed in bone in filet. Avoid Cream of spinach .. I do recommend crab cocktail and shrimp..

Everything was terrific except for my bone in rib-eye, it was tough and fatty.

The food was just as ordered and came out perfectly t temperature. The problem was it took an hour after we finished our appetizers for the main course to arrive when all around us people who had come in afterward had their entrees before us. Every time the waitress passed our table she said it is coming . Finally I got disgusted and asked for the manager who was very accommodating and said he would take the cost of the soups and offer a free dessert . It was my birthday and unbeknown to us our children had paid the check so although that was lovely and unexpected I have the feeling the waitress forgot to put in the order ( filet mignon and whole lobster)

We have been wanting to try Abe and Louie’s since we moved here in the summer of 2019. When we heard they’d put a tent outside of the restaurant to accommodate those who don’t want to dine inside due to COVID-19, we were excited to plan for a date night and dine there.

The service was a little slow but we attributed that to us being outside the restaurant and weren’t too concerned that if we come back at a later date it would be the same. These are definitely interesting times.

Our food was delicious and we both devoured our meals: I had the Chicken Madeira and my husband had the Lobster Savannah. We paired it with a bottle of the Rombauer Chardonnay and had a cocktail before dinner, and limoncello with our dessert. All were great.

We very much appreciated the attention to detail in our reservation note that it was a date night for us. While it wasn’t a big event, anniversary or birthday, we take our date nights very seriously. After 15 years of marriage, 3 kids and full-time careers, it’s the moments we get out to dinner, alone, that mean a lot to us. So to have the restaurant send us a little dessert, acknowledging our night out, felt genuine and was appreciated very much. The devil’s in the details. And because of it, we bought the triple layer chocolate cake and took some home to the kids!

We look forward to dining here again. It definitely lived up to the hype from many others who’ve told us to make reservations and go - and we will be sharing our experience with others in anticipation that next time we can dine inside where the ambiance and vibe seemed incredible.

There are a number of fine steak houses in and around the Boca, however Abe & Louie's has become our go-to favorite. Nice décor, professional service and a great kitchen are the hallmarks of any visit here. This recent dinner we celebrated our daughter's birthday which went beautifully. All our steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. We loved our lobster mac and cheese, creamed spinach and thick fries as side dishes. The complimentary rich brownie, birthday desert with a candle was a nice finishing touch. Our server was gracious, attentive and friendly with a good eye for snapping some requested pictures of our group. When it come to celebrations or fine dining, Abe and Louie's should be near the top of your list.

Ribeye was not that tender. Filet mignon not that tasty. Tuna was not moist. Hash browns were good. Onion soup was good. Breads were fair to good. Brussel sprouts lacked pizzaz. Martini was service with carafe chaser which was great, but the ice bucket holding carafe had a chocolate smudge on it. Not clean. Service was excellent. Dessert was fair. Wine list was not well selected an overpriced. To pay 64 dollars for a bottle of Meiomi Pinot is absurd!

Great spot for lunch. Good food, good service, and nice outside seating.
