Wait time for food was 40+ minutes and the steak frites was not good at all. Seemed like it was left under a warmer for way to long.
I love this menu , very diverse , yet all choices are excellent and prepared perfectly . I could eat here every night and never get tired of the menu . I ordered a selection of 4 small plates ... mushroom flatbread , cauliflower , Chicken lettuce wraps and the ahi tuna . All perfect . Service is also good and the place is fun and upbeat !!! A great mix for a good time out !
Amazing food and service, warm and open environment. Would highly recommend and go back!
very good restaurant but extremely noisy in the bar area
in the good weather outside sitting is the best and in the bad weather the back room away from the bar is acceptable
always delicious !
We totally enjoyed everything we ordered . The menu is great and has a wonderful selection of choices in all categories . The mushroom flatbread was delicious as was the cauliflower appetizer and the lettuce wraps . Everything fresh and well prepared . The entrees were equally as delicious and well prepared . Can’t wait to come back as there were so many items on the menu that we want to try . What a fun , enjoyable place !!
Food and service was very good. Seating in the bar area at the High Tops is a bit loud. I would definitely dine here again and recommend to others.
Had dinner reservations for 8pm on "Valentine's weekend." Got there a few minutes early but we were seated immediately. However, we were seated at a table by the bar. The bar patrons were loud and obnoxious. Many were drunk and kept walking outside to smoke and make phone calls. Everytime they opened the door everyone dining up front was blasted with cold air. To make things even more annoying, at 8pm they cranked the music to the point where my girlfriend and I had to practically yell to hear each other. We were hoping for something a little more quiet and relaxed, but it was just loud and annoying. You would think the management would want to keep the atmosphere more sophisticated, especially since they had numerous Valentine's specials on the menu. Most people going out for dinner don't want to feel like they're eating in a night club.
Food was.good but some items were overpriced. Service was good.
Probably won't be back for dinner but maybe for drinks if I'm in the mood to get rowdy.
First time visit and the experience was amazing!
Amazing food and friendly service. The room is warm and inviting. The fireplace was a nice surprise on a cold night.
Very loud. Didn’t get appetizers until after we got our meal and we had to ask for them. Very loud.
Love our waitress Tasha!
Great experience! The food was amazing and the service was exceptional, would highly recommend!
Very very good food, service wasnt bad, just strange. Had to wait awhile for a hostess to come get us at the door and then eventually seat us and our waitress just had a few weird comments while we ate but overall the experience was just fantastic and would deffinitly come back again
Sushi was top notch. Service is great!!
Great atmosphere, great food.
One of our favorite restaurants in Doylestown. Consistent, tasty options.
No additional comments.
"the impossible burger" is very tasty just like a grilled burger, just make it with more thick, and the texture will come close to a ground beef burger, but it is very close :)
Food was very good as were prices. Service was also very good. What we liked best was that tables were NOT jammed together and our table of three people could carry on a conversation. We will visit this restaurant more often in the future.
I always like 86 west especially their sushi and it was a very good experience this time.
Great sushi. Mediocre wine by the glass. Waiter was very attentive. Back room is much quieter.
Took the kids who where home from college, we all had a enjoyed the food.
It was an early NYE dinner. The food was good, but the service was bad. The server forgot about a soup order and also walked passed us a few times with an empty beer at the edge of the table.
6 persons on new years eve. Nice experience. No drama. Good food and drink. Good server
Been dining at 86 since our move here in 2011. Love the ambience, food and service. Keep up the great work.
Quiet Saturday night after the holidays. Service was good. Food was delicious and never disappoints !
Great restaurant in downtown Doylestown. Food was great and our server Kelsey was awesome. Very attentive and happy.
Food were overpriced. I showed my waitress a picture of food, which looked like a lobster roll from yelp. She said it was closer to popoboy (one of the special menu).
However, when it came out, it looked totally different than the picture. I told her this is not the right one, she said she would ask the chef and get back to be but she had not get back to me. The food had too spicy sauce that I couldnt have more than one bite neither my friend touched it. Lobster bisque was way too salty that I hah to ask for replacement.
Our table was located in a very noisy place near the bar. Some of the customers from the bar surrounded our table because there was no where else to stand
Great burger and manhattans! Enjoyed it all
I know food and the The food was amazing . My date and I had a great time
Fabulous appetizers! Order a bunch to share with your group.
We were a party of four. Great time! We will be back!
It was just okay. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table despite making a reservation. The food was just okay. The fillet consistency and texture didn’t taste like it was very good quality, but the menu stated it grass-feed. I found the price of the fillet to be a little pricey for this particular restaurant. The rest of the food was just okay. I wrote in the comments at the time of reservations that it was our anniversary, but no one made any notice of it. The drinks were good, the mojito was really good.
Great menu. The seafood was fresh. The service was great
Very noise bar surrounded by tables. Food had to be returned. Wait staff was very very nice.
A little loud in the bar area with no other seating available.
The menu has something for everyone and any time I have taken friends, employees or business associates, they've enjoyed.
