Wonderful food!!
Never disappointed! My absolute favorite restaurant!
It’s been a few years since I had dinner at 801. That’s been my misfortune as it was truly an exceptional meal. I confess that I frequent to two similar steak house out west out of convenience. But after that prime rib dinner, which was different than any prime rib I have had previously, it’s a worth the extra ten minute drive!

A wedding anniversary tradition that was awesome. Prime rib, filet medallions, ribeye, and chicken were excellent. A really nice evening.
The servers really work hard but also focus on an unreasonable upsale.

Dinner with friends and although the place is not cheap, we had a great time spoiling ourselves. We met at the bar for excellent cocktails and wine, then went to the table for dinner. We ordered appetizers and the calamari was delicious. We were also brought the mac and cheese by mistake. We didn't order it, but they left it anyway. It was just ok, so we were glad we didn't order it! We had steaks and seafood for entrees and Brussel sprouts and has browns for sides. Plenty to take home for leftovers! The steaks were perfect and so was the fish. Can't wait for the next special occasion to go back!

Everything was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive, polite and kind. It was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. We will definitively be back.

We had to send a steak back 5 times. Should never happen when ordering a Medium cooked Steak. The server was less than helpful after we had to send it back

Dining at the 801 Chop House is incredible service, personalized for special occasions like a birthday or anniversary, they make you feel like they are celebrating with you. You receive a personalized menu for the special occasion and the food is the finest we have ever had dining around the world. Fabulous appetizer in Waygu meatlballs in a stroganoff sauce which we both remarked we would come back for that as an entre' sometime. The creamed corn, hashbrowns and Pumpkin Squash Knocchi were great portions that we enjoyed the next day as well because the steak and Prime Rib were so good we had to finish them first. A very special dining experience that sets them apart.
Celebrated a birthday here and it was fantastic! The lamb chops were incredible and so were the cocktails. Service was great and we never had empty water glasses. Overall a wonderful experience!
The 801 Chophouse at the Paxton is one of the best steakhouses in Omaha. The steaks and sides are delicious, huge and perfectly prepared. The service is impeccable. Justin are waiter was attentive and humorous, adding to our dining experience.
The service was impeccable, the food was delicious. Harvest salad was one of our favorites, would order it again. The crab cake was flavorful and moist. I would have liked more of the sauce. The filet was good, but it has been seared so much there was a crust on the outside. Would have liked less of a crust as it took from the flavor. A side of chanterelle mushrooms added another degree of flavor to the steak. The side of asparagus was huge even for two people, wish they offered half servings. it was even better with the hollandaise when it was served to us. A very pleasant evening.
