Traveling 8000 miles together from the city of Chongqing in China, our two chef partners developed plans years ago to open a Chinese and Japnese restaurant together combining all their skills, in Chinese cuisine, and Japanese techniques. 8000 Miles menu will be comprised of Chinese and Japanese small plates like tuna avocado sumiso and hand grenades with traditional items as crab rangoon and sichuan spicy dumplings. Main dishes will be combined from the two other restaurants (TL's Four Seasons and PL8) like chong ching noodle soup, dried chili chicken, thai basil shrimp, black pepper garlic beef to list a few. Sushi will be a highlight with maki rolls featuring triple k.c., sakura roll, snow crab roll, fireworks salmon and crunchy lobster, with additional sashimi and nigiri. A great bar with many specialty drinks to please.
