    We spent our 21st anniversary having dinner here and it was wonderful! We had the coconut shrimp for the appetizer, which is interesting, because neither of us care for coconut, but it was amazing. The salmon, rice, and veggies were probably big enough for us to split! They have a really good deal on Wednesday nights for wine, an appetizer, and an entrée. We will definitely be back!

    We arrived early before an evening concert. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp, the salmon special, the steak salad and the pasta Bolognese. The portions were generous and the prices very reasonable. 75 Chestnut feels like a lovely local restaurant to be enjoyed by visitors as well.

    I love 75 Chestnut. It has a lively atmosphere, not too fancy, but still special, 4 vegetarian options on the menu, and great service. Still have a problem with $10 beers, but a lot places are charging that now.

    The food was mediocre. I had to adjust the order to fit my dietary needs and when swapping out the steak for chicken I ended up paying $30 for chicken and lettuce. They also charged me $4.50 for a soda water they didn't even bring out and I had to get someone to adjust the bill. It is way over priced and the food is not even worth it.

    Frequently dine here after mass at Church of the Advent. Great food, great service, wonderful bloody Mary’s, and it always reminds me of the old days when I lived on Brimmer Street & 75 Chestnut was called The Charles.

    It was incredibly expensive and crowded. The food was very good. The service was a little disorganized. The real issue was that I felt that it was much too expensive for what we received.

    Dining at 75 chestnut is like coming home: so cozy and warm. We were having brunch: chicken & waffles, lobster Benedict, steak tips, butternut squash omelet (sp creative!) All were delicious. Be sure and have a Bloody Mary, since the 75 Chestnut mix is just the right combo of sweet (tomato) and spicy (tingly, not painful)

    Discovering this hidden gem in Boston was a treat! The quaint ambiance transported us. The food was a culinary masterpiece, and we all had different dishes, each met with unanimous approval. Impeccable service and a memorable dining experience. Definitely a reason to come back to the city!

    Great location and ambiance. Food is good, not spectacular but something for everyone on the menu. Cheese board is a must. Pumpkin Martini as well! Will definitely go again.

    I used to visit 75 Chestnut when I was attending Emerson College 20 years ago. It was so nice to be back! Good food and warm ambiance, and the service was top notch.

    I love the ambiance at 75 Chestnut. It's the definition of a neighborhood gem. The food is good and not too expensive. It's casual, but not too casual. And last night we had the absolute best server. We were in a hurry and she brought us what we ordered in the blink of an eye.

    We were quite a bit early but were readily accommodated. Sadly, I think I had about the worse Cosmo I've had lately. Maybe too much lime juice or...I'm not sure, but it was not a balanced drink. BUT! The side salad was superb, substantial and had well-balanced flavors. I had the meyer lemon chicken, my brother the salmon. We were both very pleased with our meals, my only complaint being the brussel sprouts were under done. I'd skip the tri-sorbet. It wasn't that flavorful until you hit the 3rd scoop, lemon, which had an overpowering flavor I couldn't put my finger on.

    We hadn’t been to 75 Chestnut in a while and they did not disappoint! My husband and my friend and I got the chicken sausage fettuccine and it was delicious. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for fall/winter! Definitely one of my favorite spots in Boston. Can’t wait to return.

    So glad we dined here on our first trip to Boston. Great food. Great beverages. Great selections. Small space though so use OpenTable sooner than later. Amy and Jesse were great. In fact, more than wait staff they were very good hosts. Highly recommend!

    This is restaurant is a favorite of ours when we return to Boston. It NEVER disappoints! We enjoy the seasonal specials and warm ambiance of the restaurant. Our sever Beau T was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive but not intrusive and was quite knowledgeable about the various menu offerings. She made the evening very enjoyable!

    The service was fantastic! I'm not sure I would order the pumpkin ravioli again, but that is just personal preference. Cute place - we really enjoyed ourselves! I highly recommend this place! Good wine list too.

    One of my faves every time I go to Boston. Comfy, quaint great atmosphere. I have found the food to be really good. Had a butternut squash, apple caramelized onion flatbread pizza last night and it was delicious. Had salmon for my entrée, which was a little lackluster unfortunately. Cooked very well but needed some sauce of some sort to enhance. But if you like plain salmon, and it was very good along with the rice and vegetable.

    Room Temperature - I ordered fish on a bed of risotto and green beans. The fish was warm but the bed of risotto and green beans were not even room temperature. I did not complain because it was a business dinner - I won't recommend the restauran
