I’ve been to 630 Park for the past 3 weekends and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner each and every time.
Great food, not much help with open table reservations, still have a long line with no exceptions for reservations, when opening 5pm. American Express declined, they don’t accept it. Supposed up scale restaurants accept all major credit cards. Would be nice to know why you’re being denied
We had a wonderful experience as a whole. The server was very kind. Our only complaint was that we never received the bread basket at the beginning of the meal. We asked 2 times throughout the meal and still never received any. My wife loves the bread basket and was disappointed. All the rest of the meal was wonderful. Perfect MR on the steak. Great crab cakes and delightful creme brûlée.
It was our first time at 630 Park Steakhouse. We were impressed. Great food and really good service too.
We made hotel and dinner reservations a month in advance because we have never been at that resort the hotel was fine the room was nice but the restaurant was horrible the waiter refused to serve me a third drink he said I was sluring my words to him and he thought I had enough now mind you I may have slurred my words to him to order but was very nice asking him to get his manager the manager agreed with him I was so embarrassed I have never had that happen so we asked for our check to pay for our meal and left with no problem they did not care than we went to the front desk to speak to a manager about our experience but he was not their we explained the situation and he said the manager would get back to us the gentleman at the front desk seemed very nice and seemed to understand but we never got a call and we checked out we stay a many five star hotels and travel a lot and this was a horrible experience will never go back
Food is very inconsistent visit to visit. This time bread was stale, shrimp dish came out luke warm, ribeye ordered medium came out very rare.
Excellent service Megan our waitress was knowledgeable personable great server. Highly recommend her as my server
Just wondering if the Steak house staff has changed or is it under staffed. The wait time for our entrees took so long (2hours) and service was not like this before. We have been coming here frequently and kind of know some of the staff. It seems like there were many new faces, we did not recognize.
We never like to complain but our service was not very good. We were dining with people who work in restaurants and we were kind of embarrassed. They mentioned that the waiter needs more training in customer service.
We will come back and check it out again. Hoping that it gets better!
Manager stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was great, service and food was fantastic.
What a fantastic dinner my husband and I had. The food was excellent and the staff was exceptionable. Must also give a heartfilled thanks to Sergio the manager for making this one of the most pleasurable experiences. He has the most professional charm I have ever seen thank you so much. I want the top management know what a great team this is, we will be back to try happy hour. I could elaborate however, if you have the opportunity try it. As we found out with the Carpaccio we have had it in many different restaurant's, never with the capers fried. The filet I ordered was 2nd to none, the lobster my husband had was amazing, & enough for 2 meals. After reading some of the negative reviews we have learned, until you experience something for yourself don't be influenced by some person or people that no matter what type of food or service they receive wouldn't be happy.
The food was delicious and service was fantastic. Try the Steak Burger. It’s a giant Hamburger for $18.00.
I got the surf an turf the Filet Mignon was great ,the Lobster was very chew and tuff not much taste very disappointed.. Our sever was great
Prime Rib was cold and lacked any flavor.
Steak was great. Diver scallops and polenta were to die for. John, our waiter, was awesome.

This time it was terrible (it was our second visit because the first was fantastic)! We were a part of four and ordered at the same time. Then one entrée came out 10 minutes ahead of the others. That person's side came when all the rest of the food arrived. We tried to tell the manager, but he blew us off saying it was the server's second day and sometimes these things happen. Then the server told us he's been there for four years! Server did comp us, but only ONE dessert with 4 spoons. Needless to say we will not be going back. Way too pricey and just okay food to tolerate that poor food service.
Food was great. Service could have been better. I did make a note when making the reservation that it was my husbands birthday we were celebrating and there was no acknowledgement of that. Also our waiter acted really bothered that we split the check (we had three couples so it was easier that way) even Denny's will split a check for you. I don't believe it to be that uncommon of a practice. Especially in this day and age where everyone pays with a card.
Server was very inattentive. We had to ask for every item such as refills. He did not once come to check on us as we had to ask other servers for assistance. I mentioned this to GM and he said he noticed but did nothing to correct. Very poor service , we will not return.

When we showed up the hostes was not very attentive I was kind of regretting my choice they didn't say welcome or hi just looked at us like deer in headlights. When I said we had a reservation they just said or neither asked my name I just gave them my name so they could look and see we had our reservation at 7p.m we showed up 5min early and we were told to hold on a few min I'm not sure why the restaurant was not busy.
Other then the first impretion. The food was great, our server was awesome had a great attitude and was really nice and made great recommendations. You can tell he enjoyed working there.
The price is on the night end but it was well worth it.

Some times they have a musician performing in the bar. Nice way to unwind away from the Casino.

Today service was very. Good. JAMES was our SERVER and as always gives you everything you could possibly want while eating a tremendous meal. JAMES was recently NAMED EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AT GRATON AND 630 Park. He was awarded with numerous gifts and compliments from all His photo will be displayed throughout the Graton Resort and Casino.
Outstanding dinner ... Food and service were both impeccable. The wine list, while not extensive, has a good selection of quality West Coast wines. The Boutique / Reserve section of the wine list has some very special wines. The chairs are comfortable and the tables are not crowded together. The booth seating is spacious and equally comfortable.
We had a wonderful dinner at the steakhouse. The server was attentive and very helpful in working through the specialty items. We are member of the Graton Casino Rewards program so we got 50% off the meal for two people. My friend and I order the 32oz Ribeye and it came with an abundance of sides more than enough to share.
We will definitely make a return visit soon. I was eyeballing the whole lobster which looked incredible too.
It was really good overall and our server james was awesome..
Great way to take a break from the noise and crowd in the casino at Graton. It is a very classy venue with a wonderful selection of entrees. Steak is their specialty and they do it well. The steak burger was delicious, juicy and huge! I also highly recommend the lobster bisque soup.
My daughters New York was delicious. My prime rib was 75% fat and returned. Our shared “colossal” had clearly been sitting in a heat drawer for hours, yet we had a 5:45 reservation? Speaking of our reservation, we were 15 minutes early and they wouldn’t seat us. There were a only 5-6 occupied tables at the time. When we left, there were about 10 occupied tables (less than 1/4 full). I’m not clear what their intentions were. The overall vibe that I got was that we were lucky to eat there. Turns out we were unlucky. I see no need to ever go back.
In their defense, they took my prime rib and half of my daughters meal off the check......I’d rather have received an amazing meal and been treated without their miss guided condescension.

Everything was on point
Everything in the restaurant just seemed very scripted. I heard our server give her same opening speech to every table around us. Word for word. Just odd. Food took a while to come out (but was so delicious I could have waited longer). Very skimpy on bread though, a person comes around and gives out a piece or two at a time and never came back to our table, but other tables had bread baskets.
Beautiful setting, impeccable service, great food. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the yummy Menu options.

This restaurant serves its patrons FIRST. The waiters are outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly. The menu is varied and all portions are generous.
The food was expensive for the quality of food provided. It is all alacart, paying ten dollars for a potato or twelve dollars for a veggie seems over the top. Server was very friendly
