I love this place!
Family lunch for my moms birthday and it was amazing! Fantastic service and the food was outstanding!! We will be back!
Great music and good food. What a nice surprise
I had the halibut & it was outstanding! Our waitress was a bit overwhelmed as it got busier but it was Valentines. They probably could have used another server.
Loved the food the ravioli dip was good.duck fries were good. The brisket grilled cheese the wife liked. I had a pulled chicken and pulled pork dish which was good as well. Something different and they delivered.
Celebrated our 14th anniversary. Food was great! Definitely try Spinach dip with toasted ravioli chips. Live music, great mixed drinks.
Great service, great food. We will definitely visit again soon.
Great night! Music was awesome!
Went for Sunday brunch. It was a ghost town. Only one other table. Food was ok. Server was friendly.
We randomly picked a place on Open Table to try something new. We had two children with us on a Friday night. 612 had a live band getting ready to begin so we were a little worried they might not let us in with the kids. We were so wrong! They welcomed us with open arms and seated us in an area close to the band so the girls could see them playing. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back. The girls LOVED feeling like "adults" watching a live band in a "bar".
We had our annual early New Years Eve Family dinner here. Every year we meet at a new place, somewhere we have not been to before. The food was wonderful and our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. We all agreed that we will come back again!
We came here (me my sister and our friend) before the Garden Glow with our daughters. They had a large party going on but that didn’t affect our service. The food was fantastic!
Place was loud despite not all that many patrons . Good was OK nothing fantastic but edible and priced a little high but not outrageously high! Service sold the place very nice lady took excellent care of us . I was there with my California daughter who was in town for holiday
Great food, service was perfect! Tuna steak was cooked to perfection. And our reservation on line worked, we were seated promptly!
My husband and I live in Kirkwood and made a reservation to spend our 11 year anniversary dinner there. We wanted something casual and were excited that there was also supposed to be live music. Unfortunately our dinner was not what we expected. The food was ok (my husband LOVED the grilled cheese and the ravioli chips are great, but my meatloaf was tough and hard to eat). The live music did not happen while we were there because the restaurant had been taken over by a huge X-mas party and instead of live music there was a guy giving off raffle tickets for the better part of 20 minutes. After a while my husband and I got up and left-it was a disappointment to spend our anniversary like this. The restaurant should have been closed down to patrons. I don't think we would go back unless we are going for drinks and apps with friends.
So pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and the food. We got appetizers and they were just delicious! They serve some of their dips with ravioli chips. They're amazing if you've never tried them. A hidden gem. Not too loud either on the night we went, so we were able to have a nice conversation. Some nights they have bands or events I've heard, so it would be loud then.
I just found 612 on Open Table and booked it ...knew nothing about it and barely knew its location! The place was cool, our server Tim was awesome, super great food (I had bbq pork empanadas and he had prime rib)! The band playing wasn’t overbearing. We will be back!
Food and service were excellent. We were not rushed to leave once we finished eating. We had an enjoyable and relaxing (and tasty) dinner and an overall nice evening.
First time visit. Not impressed. Food just "OK". Pulled pork dry, steak under cooked and the "fatty", one of their signature items was also very dry and lacked flavor. Service was terrible. server was inattentive and when asked if the Fatty was a sandwich she said "yes" and then when asked what kind of bread, she said it had no bread. Will not go back.
Great fresh food! Hand crafted cocktails and live music. The owner and staff are very, very friendly and nice! Will definitely be back!
Great family dinner after theKirkwood trick or treat downtown event. Sliders were tasty!
Good service. Friendly staff. Mediocre food that wasn’t hot. Good, inexpensive pricing.
We couldn't of been happier all around. Waitress was great, food and drinks were great and even had an acoustic singer playing but wasn't overly loud. Def reccomend and will be back!
Bartender was the best. But he was very obviously understaffed. Owners were drinking w patrons rather than pitching in to help.
We loved our post-STAGES Sunday dinner. We all agreed to go back again. Our entrees were all delicious
Good selection of food and drink , friendly service, and fun atmosphere
Needed at least another one or two servers. I would have liked more light at my table. A votive would gave been great. I loved the live music but it cannot be as loud as it was. I couldn't talk at my table. We didn't get the service we needed. We would have like to buy coffee and dessert but couldn't get the attention of our server - she was swamped, elsewhere, and when we went to find her, she couldn't hear our order for decaf coffee, but brought us cabernet x2. You didn't have the coffee so we didn't have dessert. These are such little things, if they were in place, we would have had a great evening.
We were a group of 8 who got together to listen to a friend's band that was playing on Saturday. Our table location was great! We were right in front of the band. Not really sure if there was a dance floor, but there was a small space off to the side that was used by several couples for dancing.
The food & service was just OK. Our server was nice but not very attentive.
I thought $9 for a glass of Reisling was overpriced.
We went there for the band Rhythm Rockers, and we will go back if they have them again! We had a table of eight people and will go back if the band plays there!
Really great food. Service was great. Some sauces were a little bland, chef may want to look at kicking a little spice or more flavor for some appetizers. I loved everything I had, applesauce, braised brisket grilled cheese was dynamite! COCKTAIL WAS PURPLE RAIN, VERY SWEET AND TASTY. WE WILL BE Back and bring some family and friends. Thanks for a lovely anniversary dinner. Best, Toni Rachocki
The service was very good. I'm always skeptical of specials. But the waitress insisted that the night's special... a smoked pork steak of all things was phenomenal. She was right... best pork steak I've ever had!
The owner happened to be seating people the night that we were there. He was helpful, personable, and attentive.
Our first time was on the 4 h of July. The bar & restaurant has a neighborly feel. The food was good, comfort food. It's a good place to catch up with friends and enjoy a casual night out.
Good was outstanding!
Nice menu with good variety, including seasonal specialties. We enjoyed our meal and will be back.
Location was a little out of the way but well worth it. The food was amazing and I wish I would've been able to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend the pulled pork empanadas.
Extremely disappointed in the restaurant ! The pictures I saw on the web site and the reviews did not match my experience. Food was ok and the atmosphere below par. I found the wines WAY over priced especially for the pour!! I asked for a quiet location because we were meetings friends and we were going to have constant conversation. At the time of seating - 6 pm. there were only a few tables occupied . The next group seated - celebrating a birthday with gifts were seated directly behind us - not a quiet environment.
I would not recommend this restaurant.
Needed a Mother's Day option at the last minute. 612 had openings for the larger group we had at the time we wanted, so we picked it knowing nothing about the place. It turns out to bet the old Graham's Grill location, which we loved but knew had closed, and is run by Graham's son and daughter. A great surprise.
So for Mother's Day they put out a buffet, and had optional items cooked-to-order. The buffet was pretty standard, but plentiful and tasty. The cooked-to-order items, I had the Eggs Benedict, suggest the food is MUCH better than the buffet. The atmosphere was great for the day/occasion. The wait staff was very attentive, and the owners both spoke to our group.
I'm going back.
Went for Mother's Day brunch. Disappointed in food options for the price. I was expecting much better quality. Not sure I would try again at that price.
Service and food was great! Eggs Benedict was top notch.
