56 North is particularly renowned for its collection of gin with over 400 spirits and extensive cocktails & drinks menus features fine wines, local Scottish beers. Enjoyed the steak fries deal very much. Last time we had this there was less fries and slightly more peashoots and peppercorn sauce which personally I preferred. The Staff at 56 North are always warm and welcoming and we visit quite a lot because of this.

Have been to 56 North on several occasions and always enjoy the food and ambience in the restaurant. My partner and I used an itison voucher for 2 x burgers with fries on this trip, which was very good value; and our meals were delicious. We added some nachos to start, which were very tasty. Would definitely recommend....and it's very handy for a quick pre-concert meal, as we were headed to the Queens Hall afterwards.

Today I had the most fabulous Brunch! I have had the same dish many times before, Avocado Eggs Benedict. Today it was particularly outstanding!I was almost tempted to have seconds! One of theses days,,,,,,,, The welcome I receive is so warm; the staff are so delightful The food is glorious, it is my favourite eatery and when I leave I always `look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.

We have been here on multiple occasions and it never fails to impress. Our waitress was lovely and could not be more helpful.

We were here on Saturday early evening Friendly polite staff Restaurant was absolutely freezing! the large window door was wide open. A table near to it has there coats on they asked to be moved. Rather than close the door they moved them . They eventually closed the door not long before we left, the food was very disappointing for what we paid the Thai skewers was skewers on a bed of lettuce smothered in chilli sauce. Don’t think we will be back and won’t be recommending to anyone
