Just stick w burgers an their beers. Good atmosphere.
Service was excellent for a large table (10). Creative food options - burger, wine and fried alligator were all especially good - and loved the 1/2 price wine special on Monday,
The service was terrible. There were 10 of us but it can't be blamed on the size of the group because there was only one other table in the restaurant that was occupied! I used to go there frequently but haven't been in a couple of years. I can't believe the difference. How do they stay in business? Slow service, mediocre food... I won't be back.
Just something about this . First,it was freezing. The heat was not working.
I ordered grilled pizza. It was ok.The crust was a strange gray color and not much cheese.
Friend got chicken salad sandwich. She wasn't crazy about it. Chicken salad on a huge roll.
Service was fine but not sure if I would return.
We had a really nice meal at 5 Seasons. I was surprised that they had some really interesting menu items- out of the ordinary. And all the food was good. Our waiter was excellent.
The service was outstanding! Food was delicious and served promptly. Fun atmosphere. Mixture of a sports bar and brewery. Good date night place.
We dined here for the Sandy Springs Restaurant Week menu. It was a little disappointing, although Amy, our server, was terrific and attentive. A glass of wine or beer was included in the Restaurant Week menu. My husband enjoyed his beer, but I found the "house" wine uninteresting. I had the scallops as an appetizer, and one was delicious. The other tasted old/"off." My husband enjoyed his beer cheese soup, which was spicy. For our entrees, the trout was good, but the potato chips were a little soggy. The asparagus was okay, but overcooked. My husband enjoyed his beef dish, but he said it was not very tasty. I enjoyed bread pudding for dessert, but my husband said his goat cheese cheesecake was overpowered by the lemon flavor. We've eaten here previously and enjoyed the variety of items on the menu; it's just that the Restaurant Week items did not meet our standards with each dish. We will, however, return to try other dishes in the near future.
Went for lunch. We got the burger and fish & chips which were both very good. Fish & Chips were not greasy as it normally can be. Get a lot of food for the price and hope you like fries because they give you a ton! (I would recommend the sweet fries over the regular)
Big Kevin was great with his drink suggestion. Loved the food!
Nice place, great service
Amy was awesome!! The food was fresh and felt healthy 🎉
Unique food but it tasted only so so.
Solid food and service. Great location and ambiance.
We came on a Sunday and it was dead. Service was still very slow and food subpar at best. My husbands burger was so over cooked. My chicken over cooked and dry. The beignets say they come with 5, but it's really only 3. Kids eat free on Sunday but everything on the kids menu was ala carte so we had to pay for the side items. Also one of the friends that came with us got double charged. Make sure you check your bill!
We have gone here before and loved it. I'm wondering if this was just an off day because it was Mother's Day. It took 30 minutes to get drinks for half our table. My lamb tacos were so salty I couldn't eat them. The two frittata specials my mom and my husband's mom ordered were way overdone. Think dark dark brown around all the edges. I never write a negative review, and hope this was just a bad day for them, but just disappointed.
Love this place!
Every time I go to 5 Seasons Prado, I have a great time. The food is phenomenal (and they always have great specials), not to mention their own beer. Everything tastes fresh and you really get a good value meal for what you pay. Accommodates larger groups well and never is too busy to seat us (which I personally love). A great find!
Was perfectly fine. Food here is above average and inventive.
This place is my go-to for any occasion.
Went for my fiance's birthday and the food was terrific. They were very accommodating towards gluten and dairy allergies at the times and our server was very knowledgeable about the drink selection!
Pros: Excellent Beer Cheese soup. Super service.
Con: A little bit of a musty smell to the place.
Stopped in before going to a comedy show. It was nice and quiet, and I like their beer. Happy I went.
Been here many times and it's always been fantastic. Beer menu and specials are always changing so plenty of new dishes to try. Actually come more for the awesome menu than the beer--and the beer is great!
I am a gentle reviewer and have worked in food service. We were excited to try their beer and food. Especially hopslam! We had no less than 4 servers walk past our table with NO eye contact for 12 minutes. It was beyond absurd. The poor hostess even tried to get a server to go to our section. We walked out and went to another establishment. Shame on your management for allowing this dismal customer service.
We have been going to 5 Seasons for years, and it is one of our top three restaurants in all of Atlanta. The food, service and location-made beer have never let us down, and we are willing to drive over 15 miles each way to eat here. We are foodies, and ascribe to the notion that we won't go to a restaurant where we could make better food than what is served. This place humbles my arrogance. The menu is dynamic and changing, and specials aren't created to make a quick buck, they are truly a special concoction that is worth getting instead of simply going for what's on the menu. We give this restaurant our highest recommendation with all our hearts.
We had a nice time though the service was not very good. The food was overall good but I think it's a bit overpriced for what you get. It's a very large space - a bit cavernous - so it's kind of cold and not overly comfortable. I would go back for a drink and appetizers but will likely not return for dinner.
The food was great and the beer even better. Our waiter was beyond good!
Good server and good food. Very accommodating to gluten allergy.
Really enjoyed my meal, the carrot-chicken soup was some of the best I have ever had. I also had an organic green salad with chicken, chicken was very tender. Very pleased with the service. The noise level was as expected, a bit loud, but like I said, as I expected. Will return, as will my buddies.
I am never disappointed with 5 Seasons. The food and beer is always astounding. The service is stellar and I always feel like my satisfaction is important to the server and restaurant as a whole. From the Ropa Vieja to the Rabbit Enchiladas- the flavor, local ingredients, and presentation always leave me wanting more! The brewery is one of the best in the world and there are consistently new things to try.
Great food. Very unique. Great for something different. Great service
Food was ok . Beer was awesome. Restaurant was cold
Our waiter actually waited 23 mins before he checked on us again from the time he took my husband's plate until mine was taken. The restaurant wasn't busy, many open tables but he was MIA-a lot. And the recommendations for specials aren't great-undersea so see fish that was overlooked. Probably won't be back.
Horrible food and service
I have been going to the Five Seasons at the Prado since 2005 (including the brief period when it changed names), and it has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other recent reviews that it has slipped substantially. Except for the onion rings, the food is still good but is no longer special. The onion rings smelled and tasted like stale grease. Long-time favorites such as the rice balls, pizza, and scallops were just OK. Only the alligator lived up to our prior experience. The service is just fair, and the beer also seems to have slipped. Maybe the restaurant has just run its course, or maybe there is a management problem. All I know is that it is not what it used to be. It convenient and for the most part OK, so I will probably return from time to time. However, there are competitors nearby that are just as good and that probably offer a better value.
Great Food, great setting, and while I like vibrant, they sat us near the patio door where a rock band was starting. We were with a few 85 year olds, which just wasn't smart on the hostess' part, nor the waitress when we questioned it. There were dozens of other open tables on this Friday night, but she seemed offended if we were to move. We dealt with it, but even if you love rock music , you want to be able to have a conversation during the dining part. Move outside after dinner for the music.
Great beer, awesome cheese charcuterie board. Rest of the food was good nothing great, but u are there for the beer! And the beer was really good
The food tasted great but I've never paid $20 for such a small plate. I had the Ropa Vieja and it was like they ran out and put scraps on the plate.
We had a good time - great service, very good beer, fresh food. Fun, casual atmosphere.
5 Seasons Brewery delivers on great drinks, large, varied menu options, and great service. They have always been accommodating with large parties and I have enjoyed many birthday parties at the Prado location. I will definitely use them in the future.
