My boyfriend and I went for brunch on a Saturday in February; meter parking was easy to find. There was only one other table occupied so it was quiet and we could have a nice conversation. Our server was Sherri and she was friendly and great at getting us whatever we needed, even getting our order correct after we changed some things and were being a bit complicated :) Food was really good; I had an omelet and got fruit instead of potatoes, my boyfriend had the frittata and said the breakfast potatoes were cooked perfectly and the best he ever had. Would definitely recommend!

Parking was a problem. Walking in we were unsure of exactly what was the restaurant and the lobby of the hotel. We were the only people in the "dining" area. The service was slow. Overall not really happy with the experience. The food was really good though.

Not busy as it was early on Sunday morning. Wait staff hanging out. After waiting 5 minutes I had to go up to them and ask if I needed to seat myself. I had to ask them to make sure I got checked in at OpenTable. Menu same as posted on website. Ordered pineapple upsidedown pancakes. 2 of 3 had thinly sliced freshed pineapple on bottom, 1 pancake was raw underneath, 1 of 3 had minced pineapple on top. Not impressed with service or food. Basically it was a breakfast buffet that offered menu if you asked.

This is the last time I will try a 1000pt restaurant from open table.

We were the only ones in this restaurant which is basically in the lobby of a fairly empty hotel. The food we ordered felt like it was warmed over in a microwave albeit with exorbitant prices.

Food was excellent. Service was poor though. Very few diners, but our soup and salad were forgotten about until the main course came. They did bring our soup and salad then and gave it to us free. Also forgot to bring ice water and had to remind them when we didn't get it. But the server was very nice and apologetic about the mistakes, so would recommend it as the food was delicious!

I made a reservation here for a group attending a convention at the Hyatt. The food and service were both very good, but the restaurant was very quiet, and for a long time, we were the only people there. The restaurant is in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel on 4th street. The feeling is as though the main business has moved to the newer Hilton. This restaurant is nothing extremely special or worthy of a special visit, but it is just fine for good food and good service.

This one does. While the lobby is beautiful, the restaurant within the lobby is very exposed. The staff was not well trained and was not very attentive. The food was fine, but the menu was not very interesting nor was the preparation exceptional in any way.

There's not a lot of cause to bother with this place. We obviously had OT reservations, yet we had to wait to be seated in a virtually empty restaurant. The wait staff is so nonchalant you wonder why they're in the business. I'm sure the food was better than I recall, but the service was so awful they the experience was destined to suck from the get go.

I will never return. I will never recommend the restaurant. I will be shocked if it's still open in 6 months. It shouldn't be.
