First CN Tower visit for my 4 year old grandson as we celebrated my wife’s birthday. Food was excellent and he loved the experience.
Food was less than tasty and for the price of it I expected much better flavors. Husband asked for medium rare steak and it was very rare. Cocktails were tasty, the view was beautiful and the service was fantastic, but the food needs a lot of work.
We came to Toronto so my rotary exchange student could see Toronto during her visit here from Germany. The CN tower and aquarium were on our list, and dining at the 360 restaurant will be something she will always remember. The staff throughout the wholt tower were so friendly and left such a good impression. Thank you all for a lovely time!
360 is a great spot for visitors to Toronto. The panoramic view is unique. The food and services are good; most of the value attributes to the location/venue.
Good time for lunch with our baby. We love the view.
Have been a few times now, but Sunday was a let down with regards to Food. I am not sure if they hired a new chief or what starter tasted much different was not able to finish the Pate as it was too strong to stomac. The main course got the prime rib which was undercooked and we had to send back. Service was good and staff all very nice. Views incredible
Location is amazing. The server was terrible. We’re used this dining at good restaurants. I don’t mind paying high prices. However the food should be worth it. I ordered the chicken. It was dry and tasteless. The server looked bored. We were celebrating my mother’s 75.
While the cost of the food was a bit expensive you have to remember that immediately after the meal, they allow you to pass on to the observation deck for free (which would otherwise cost up to C$40). So realistically if you deduct the price of the observation deck from the total, the food comes out cheap.
I have to say the quality of the food was extremely good. We loved every single dish we had.
Nice to get some good photos seated at the table without the hussle/bussle of 100 other people pushing you at the same time.
Also you can pass for free up to the Skypod (if the next available lift time is good for you which further reduces the effective total cost).
I highly recommend the experience.
We were simply given hassle after hassle. We were told we could go up for drinks and apps but then we’re told we had to order a main only once we went to order... it was not good. Our server was also extremely rude and didn’t pay attention to us nor did he take the time with us. Overall I was extremely disappointed
We were extremely disappointed in the quality and presentation of the food. It was certainly not worth the expense and has slipped significantly in both value and taste. Our party of four described the food as below average at best and you would not expect this from such a beautiful venue. Chef, you have such an incredible opportunity here but the menu needs serious work. The soup tasted watered down, pumpkin ravioli was dry and bland (no sauce on pasta?)edges were hard and dried out. Chicken, salmon and prime rib were average and could of been served at any low end family restaurant. Certainly not the restaurant to go to if you are a true Foodie and not worth the high expense. The incredible view brings guests the first time but your food is what needs to bring them back.
I had a wonderful dinner with my family for my bday birthday
Our experience as great. I would come back! I need to get to fifty characters!!!
My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary.
Very bad service.
Waiter didn’t take our drink order, he asked us to order food first.
He was very unpleasant to my wife, the way he spoke to her regarding the menu made her feel like a child.
He was not clear regarding the cheese options listed on the menu.
The waiter also kept looking at my wife inappropriately.
We will not return to this place and will make sure to spread our experience to everyone we know.
Everyone was extremely kind and the view was amazing. We had a great time. One of my best birthdays.
We celebrate 2 birthdays of 2 special people , other one never been to Skydome/restaurant she was empress and delightful with the excellent service, delecious foods, affordable price, beautiful view of the lake and the city most of all you can talk and have conversation to each other. Most likely we recommend to family, friends and our foreign visitors.
Loved the ambiance of this restaurant. Amazing view of the city. Went for my anniversary and the food was great! Definitely wouldn’t go to on a regular basis as menu is very pricey. If you’re looking for a $300 dinner for two people then this is the place to go. If not, I would try something like the Keg, a bit more affordable. Menu is way too expensive and sides are not included with your meal which isn’t ideal if you’re hungry and looking for something nice but affordable. Overall great experience but not worth the price you pay.
Excellent service, very child friendly. Our server Jeff was outstanding providing the children with food earlier that the rest of us so they could eat while the rest of us enjoyed our conversation.
Nice place ..... I when for my birthday .... I will go again when I go to Toronto ... I’m from Washington DC
Ambiance was great. Hostess, however, was rude and the food was so so. I would go back again to celebrate a special occasion but very pricy for everyday dining.
It was great. We chose a day where the weather was beautiful. I requested for the chef to write "K +A" on our desserts and they did! Was a wonderful surprise for my S.O.
I booked the restaurant for my mum's 80th birthday for the memory. Right from our greeting at the restaurant door, I was happy. I had made a special request on my reservation andy mum was greeted with a Happy Birthday. Good food, really great service. The server was amazing. She even brought a lovely plated birthday dessert. We had a wonderful time.
We where very impressed, the view was extraordinary , the food was very good, much better that I anticipated. It is a restaurant to put on your check list.
It a Canadian landmark or structure ( one of the highest in the world ) and I am proud to say that it's worth the time and money!!
It seemed very expensive for what it was. But then I realized our admission into the observation decks of the CN Tower was free... and then it seemed cheap! On the whole, the food was good and you can’t beat the view. For anyone going to the tower and wanting to eat before or after, the 360 is a great choice.
It was my first time to have a dinner at this kind of restaurant, my thoughts were I have to dress up nicely, my conversation should be quite. However, the place is rather crowded and the place isn’t as formal as what I expected. Like... you can wear what whatever you want and your voice can go up as much as you wish even though the ambience is gorgeous. But anyway it is a place that worth a couple of bucks!
Ideal for special occasions, and what a view...!
Excellent meals, service and atmosphere. Free access to the observation deck after dining.
I did not at all like our server Mahmoud. He was abrupt to the point of rudeness. He collected our menus while I had my wine menu open and was still deciding on the wine to order. He brought my son an ice tea instead of the ginger ale my son ordered. When we told him he be the wrought the wrong drink, he did not say he was sorry, he just took away the ice tea and brought the ginger ale. He messed the evening up for me; I expect good service for the price we paid but did not get it.
We celebrated a birthday it was very good, we enjoyed the food and the sunset
Food was the worst part for the price. However, we did get access to the lower and upper viewing at no cost as it was included in my daughters $40.00 kids meal which consisted of cheap penne pasta.
Had an awesome dinner with my husband and two children ages 10 and 13 at restaurant 360. Carlos our waiter was excellent. From food, to the atmosphere to the outstanding view we couldn't have asked for more. It was a great dining experience!
We went to this restaurant for lunch during our visit to Toronto. The personnel was very friendly and polite. The food was a little bit expensive but good (not great though). We came with our two kids -8 and 6 year old- and the restaurant was really friendly for them. The best of all was the breath taking view of the City and the service. I also liked the fact that the visit to the tower is complimentary when you book at this restaurant and you don’t have to spend a long wait to go up to the tower, you just go right away to take your lunch and then visit the different floors of the tower. I want to remark that the service of the waiter and the rest of personnel was excellent, they were very polite.
We thoroughly enjoyed 360 on our visit to Toronto! To have lunch in one of Canada's icons was an excellent experience.
A great experience....my youngest son and I, on a day trip to CN Tower....arrived a bit early for our lunch reservation ... the gracious hostess offered to seat us then. Fantastic table beside window ..... my son was so exicited. Very prompt, polite waiter...and help staff. Food was delicious, my compliments to the chef. Loved the revolving views....to look down on the tops of the tall buildings , streets and cars.... looks like a miniature toy set. Whole different perspective, from the top of the tower. Will definitely be back :)
We brought our in-laws from Scotland for an experience we knew they'd thoroughly enjoy and we were not disappointed. We also had our two granddaughters with us, age 2 and 4. Bill the maitre'd, was very welcoming. Our server, Philip, was very attentive and made sure the girls got their order quickly. Our food was delicious with a beautiful presentation. The pace was perfect so we had time to properly enjoy both the view and the food. Our guests were so impressed and loved everything about the experience. It was truly memorable!
The view and experience were outstanding! The food was not. This was my third visit in 4 years and the food quality during my previous two visits for lunch was better. This time we tried dinner. If they could get the food quality right it would have been a much better experience. The kids meals were expensive even factoring in the cost of the entry. The onion and mushroom soup was tasteless and the pork just okay. The waiter asked if I like the soup, I said it was "just okay" and he didn't seem bothered that it was not great. He didn't ask how we liked the rest of the meal. The prime rib was good but one side was not as tender as the other. The dessert options should have been more appealing. We chose the creme brulee and it was okay but we have had much better at Halifax restaurants.
Amazing food, but really awful service. Our server made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there, and he was very curt with us. Food was quality checked (thankfully there was no problems with that though), and he made no effort to talk to us. For how much we were paying to be there, we definitely expected better.
It was a great experience! The view and the customer service were excellent! Keep it up!
Waitress not friendly at all. Took forever to get a drink refill. Not very attentive to us and we had to ask for the bill long after we were finished.
the best way and value to experience the cn tower, a wonderful way to view toronto, the restaurant revolves approximately 360 degrees in one hour. Highly recommended, fantastic staff.
Fantastic place to dine, with fabulous service and an amazing view. Perfect for a special occasion.
