Fine dining at its best! Waiter Steve was amazing. Wonderful experience
Lovely restaurant and view! Food was lovely and very tasty. I felt a bit rushed when the waiter took my sister and Mothers appie plate and I was still eating. ...That really is a no no in the food service. As soon as my salad plate was taken we took 1 sip of our drinks and entree was served. A bit rushed, we didn’t have time to savour the moment it seemed. Other than that it was great
Well the food I ordered was ok and I found the chicken was bland and dry. It would have been nice if It was nice and tender. And my husband ordered salmon as the appetizer and the fish was raw. It wasn't cooked. He found it hard to eat. We thought it was cooked but it was served cold no it was cold. The menu was so concise so we hardly had any options. We felt it was way to pricey for what is being served. I wouldn't come again.
I did not know you had to eat to be able to ride the elevator to the tower.. But our waiter talked to management and let us stay for cocktails and enter the lookout level...really made my birthday special so thank you so much !!!
Great dinner for my wife and I! Our server George was absolutely amazing, would ask for his section every time!
I went with my boyfriend who was visiting me from out of town and highly recommend this as a great date location. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Even with the rainy and partly cloudy weather, the view was still gorgeous (while we were seated for dinner as well as walking through the observation decks)!
I ordered the 2 course Pre Fix meal with the HEARTS of ROMAINE and BABY KALE SALAD and the ATLANTIC SALMON FILLET. Both were delicious and well prepared.
I also felt safe having gone through security to get into the building and loved the option to check my coat and umbrella on the first level before heading up to the restaurant and observation decks. The only suggestion or preference I could lend would be to have a more personable server. The greeter was super outgoing and made us feel welcomed the moment we walked into the restaurant but our server who hardly graced our table didn't seem quite as excited to serve us, at least not until he saw his tip, then he smiled and said "oh wow, thank you". I look like a teenager and my boyfriend certainly doesn't look his age. Maybe he thought we were young and cheap until that moment... who knows. Lol
All in all, I had a great experience.
Amazing experience! The staff are wonderful and the view is outstanding!
Great experience at the 360 Restaurant. Even though there was low visibility on the day that we went, it was still a great experience. The value is quite good too because the meal price includes the elevator fee, so if you subtract the elevator fee ($36) from the 2-course meal fee ($58), the price for the meal is quite reasonable ($58-$36=$22 per person).
Great service (Sunny was awesome!) but zero visibility made the price for mediocre food not worth it. Wish I realized there would literally be no view, I would have rescheduled. Screaming kids and dirty floors took away from ok the fine dining aspect. 500$ is a lot for lunch without the special views
The food was very good. We were a family of five and they put us at a table suited for four.
Bread was so stale. Server was rude. Spent a long time waiting.......and waiting...... my daughter's cookie was so hard it could chip a tooth. Not satisfied with the manager. Talk to him about my experience. He did nothing to resolve my issues. I have three children this is my 4th visit to the CN Tower. I will need to make one more visit with my third child however would not by my choice been returning. Thanks for asking
We visited this restaurant for the view of the city. I'll be honest, the food really wasn't great. We'd order something and our waiter would say "are you sure you want that? I haven't heard good things". I ended up ordering the fisherman's catch dish which came out cold with super sandy clams. I couldn't eat it and had to order something else. I ended up ordering the pork dish which was really good, but I have a feeling it was only good because the manager knew I had already had one dish that wasn't good.
Overall, it's expensive but you get free entry into the overlook of the city.
Service is highly improbable (waiters/waitresses should be more comprehensible with the customers). As an example, we were forced to order 2 two course menus when we were not that hungry.
Another waiter was feeeling nervous and wanted us to leave asap to start cleaning everything which a little upolite. In short, the service of this restaurant is not up to scratch (specially considering that it is a pricey place)
First time in Toronto, and my wife’s birthday. We had a table at the edge of the revolving restaurant and the views were spectacular. Only bettered by the fabulous food and awesome service. Highly recommend
The staff was very rude, huge stomach cramps after the meal, very unpleasant experience.
It took 15 minutes to get the glass of water. The waiter made an error in the order and mentioned that he will compensate for his mistake, but never did. Don't go there if you want a quiet celebration, this is not the place and the food is not worth the price.
Great family night out. Good food amazing service!
Mediocre food and wait staff that wanted you in and out the door as quickly as possible. We had barely stood up from our table to put on our jackets before someone was cleaning the table.
Overlooking the city with good food, wine, and company is a truly magical experience!
Excellent food with an excellent view! Nice to be away from the loud thronging crowd that was one floor below!
We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday, as it was his wish to eat “at the tippy-top of the CN Tower”! The experience was one that we will all remember; the view, food and service were excellent! Carlos, our server, was lovely and very patient with our 4 & 6 year old children. He also had the kitchen put together a special birthday treat for our son’s big day.
The downside was the acoustics as the ambient noise was very loud. Apart from that, it was a great experience and one that we already know is going to be requested again!
First time....it was awesome and loved the idea that the sky pod, looking glass and look out were all complimentary!!! Makes the experience that much more stress free!!!
Un cadre accueillant, des serveurs agréables et une bonne cuisine, je recommande !
Great experience and we’ll go back anytime!!
Keith our server was fantastic with my kids and guided us thru the menu options.
Best time to arrive on a weekend is 11:30 because after 12:30 it gets super busy
Very cool that visiting all the lookouts and places in the tower is included.
Muy buena la experiencia
Good food nice ambiance
The service was fast and our waiters were very pleasant and helpful with selecting items off of the menu or dinner options. Food was spectacular and the drink/wine menu was very diverse with some interesting selections. We will definitely come back there for dinner, especially the prime rib!
Excellent service and for a special occasion, can't be beat. We lucked into a clear night and specifically requested a window seat (if we hadn't had that, our night wouldn't have been as awesome). Food was excellent, making for a perfect special occasion (50th birthday dinner celebration).
Amazing! Great views of the city and excellent food!
It was our 11th anniversary and 360 made this one of our more memorable calibrations. Our wait staff were so kind and thoughtful. The food was wonderful and the views out of the world. Thank you 360 for making the night a special one.
Slow service, wrong temp lamb
