Amazing food, but really awful service. Our server made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there, and he was very curt with us. Food was quality checked (thankfully there was no problems with that though), and he made no effort to talk to us. For how much we were paying to be there, we definitely expected better.
Waitress not friendly at all. Took forever to get a drink refill. Not very attentive to us and we had to ask for the bill long after we were finished.
the best way and value to experience the cn tower, a wonderful way to view toronto, the restaurant revolves approximately 360 degrees in one hour. Highly recommended, fantastic staff.
Fantastic place to dine, with fabulous service and an amazing view. Perfect for a special occasion.
Absolutely perfect from the views the food the staff and of course the price we had a great time a highlight of our trip . Scotland to Toronto
Very disappointed in the quality of the food on this occasion. I had Liver Pate with crackers and the crackers were so hard you could almost not bite through them. The pate was quite good . I also had the Quebec Chicken which was very dry - the potatoes had hard bits in them and were not mashed properly plus the entire dish had very little taste. Service was very good and so was the view and ambiance of the dining experience.
The view was amazing, the food was presented well and portions were very good however, .
The food was cold. we were all hungry so did not say anything.
Thinking about it now we should have because for 6 people it was not cheap.
I personally would not go back but would recommend a one tme only for the view and experience.
It was the worst experience I have ever had in Toronto we came for 9 30 reservation and literally rushed to eat servers were taking away the food with out us finishing it. I never recommend to anybody
Beautiful place, excellent service the price is according to the excellent flavour and presentation. 100% satisfied
Absolutely stunning restauarant placed higher than the observation deck of the Empire State Building .. overlooking the whole of Toronto and Lake Ontario.. and it revolves!!!! ... stunning menu and food and very attentive staff... mentioned in the comments when reserving a table that it was mums 50th birthday and when greeted at the CN TOWER .. all the staff knew.. it made my mum feel special and enjoy her experience even more.. especially when a personalised message was put on her dessert. This place was higher and in my opinion slightly more breathtaking than the stratosphere in Vegas because of the glass floor and the skypod.. which is higher again.. amazing place and definitely one of a very few places to see visit and experience in Toronto.
Great service. Didn’t enjoy the mushroom soup, the fish and shrimp was not great either.
The wine was fabulous.
The view is always inspiring.
OUTSTANDING VIEW AND SERVICE FROM CARLOS! MADE US FEEL LIKE HOME!
Amazing. That's it just one word amazing. We will be back
The ambience and food was up to the standard expected of that type of restaurant. What was disappointing was the service. But we noticed it was just our waiter being bad. Other waiters were taking time to speak with the guests and taking photos or recommending scenic viewpoints whereas we hardly saw our waiter. Also, when I queried the bill, I got a loud and brusque reply instead of a polite clarification. It wasn't that i was challenging the amount but that the bill was not clear in the description. It clearly caused me an embarrasment which i felt was uncalled for.
Amazing experience! Great food, service, & view! I had a great birthday dinner here! I would highly recommend.
It was amazing!!! Usually, I won’t expect much for a restaurant in an attraction. However, 360 restaurant totally refreshed my mind. The prime rib in this restaurant was great. We also ordered mushroom soup and duck liver. They were so good.
The food was fantastic. The service was very professional and the sights wonderful. Highly recommend
Everything was awesome! Beautiful view, excellent food and fantastic service. The only negative thing I have to say is I didn’t appreciate trying to be sold a souvenir photo (pictures were taken before we went into restaurant) while we were enjoying our meal. He actually put the framed photos on our table and stood there not saying much. I politely asked him to come back after we finished eating.
It takes about 10minutes to go from ground to the restaurant but you get special treatment above all other tourists so it's a good experience. We had a 145 reservation and arrived at the CN tower at 150, they still accomodated us and got us up just in time!
Came for our Anniversary and it was absolutely incredible. Go at night, it's so romantic!
Dishes are pricey, but nice and suitable for most occasions.
Fantastic food and atmosphere. I would definitely visit again
We had a fabulous experience at 360! Our food was great and the views were spectacular.
Overall had a very good impression, but I was very unpleasantly surprised when I noticed a very bad practice: The tip(15%) is included by default in to the bill. This is completely unfair and bad practice. Tip should NOT be included as tax, it should not be requirement and it is not a required tax. The customer has absolute right to leave or NOT to leave a tip at his own discretion. It gets even more interesting where you decide to pay the bill by Credit Card . IT ASKS YOU TO LEAVE TIP AGAIN starting with %15 and going up. I can not possibly see how this is a legal practice and this is very DECEIVING and predatory practice towards the client. It should not be allowed. I would like to see legislation passed about this sort of practice. I am not going to this restaurant anymore, because of this issue, although the service was very good and the food was nice. Really do not like such a racketeering practice.
The view, ambience, and service was amazing. The food was alright and I laughed when I saw my small portion size. They were kind enough to place me by be window as I requested and I am very thankful for that. I never received such great service at a restaurant ! Thank you to the people working at the CN tower, you guys made my gfs birthday very enjoyable for the both of us.
Very expensive and very bad food.
We went hours before at Jack Astor restaurant, the food was very good and the price was ok.
We just expected an other type of food for the price.
Beautiful view, great service
Entertaining international guests from South Africa and Mexico.
Food was amazing, service was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Definitely wasn't cheap but was worth it.
360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower's view was indescribable! A group of six of us were in aw of the lights and Toronto City views. The cuisine and the restaurant spinning throughout dinner was just additional perks and the cherry on top!
We made a reservation a couple days in advance to celebrate my 27th birthday with friends and were seated exactly were I had requested, right next to the window.
The service was prompt, polite, and professional. There is a complimentary coat check before riding the elevator up to the restaurant. Then 3 separate lookouts from the CN Tower, forewarning if its cold outside it may get a little chilly (although we had heels and dressy clothes on).
It had a very pretty view. The food was very good as well. They don’t put ice in the water which was annoying, but the yummy bread was good for the tummy. Also buy the salmon it was great and deliciouso!
You simply just can't beat The View. On the menu it recommends you have two sides, the sides are enormous only have one. All in all it was a fine dining experience something to do on a special occasion I would recommend it.
I love, water boy, pepper boy, bill boy, machine boy, photo boy(hes cute), waiter girl, and MEGAN oh shes the best. :)
Thank you for making my daughter 16th B-day so special!
Only complaint would be that the beer selection is very limited. It is expensive but if showing visitors the city it is great and includes access to viewing decks. I did appreciate that there no rushing of customers in their meal and enjoyment of the incredible view.
Ordered the $395.00 3-layer seafood platters. The oysters are of low qualities, the mussels are so small and approximately 15% are just empty shells. the smoked salmon are especially salty, so if you have hypertension avoid it.
The service is less than desirable. We waited for twenty minutes for the server to come take our orders and more than half hour for the bills.
We arrived at 2pm and seems they close after that. While we’re eating they’re vaccum the carpets. So inconvenient. Other than that, lava cake was amazing ! Very nice service
Too much expensive
Staff not really professional
The view is beautiful and the food is OK, but way too expensive. I could easily get a much better meal for less money in so many other places. Also, the rotation is fun, but I think someone with kinetosis (motion sickness) could easily get sick. I think it should be a little slower.
If your allergic to nuts you want to avoid this restaurant. Almost everything had pecans or walnuts. The best choice made was chicken fingers and fries. If the other meals one had to be sent back the other had an edible piece of salmon but was otherwise barely edible and this was someone who loves just about anything and is not a picky eater.
The views are spectacular but when you pay almost $300 for lunch including a kids meal. It’s simply not worth it. Buy a ticket to the observation deck and eat somewhere else.
