360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower Ratings and Reviews
Bread was so stale. Server was rude. Spent a long time waiting.......and waiting...... my daughter's cookie was so hard it could chip a tooth. Not satisfied with the manager. Talk to him about my experience. He did nothing to resolve my issues. I have three children this is my 4th visit to the CN Tower. I will need to make one more visit with my third child however would not by my choice been returning. Thanks for asking
Service is highly improbable (waiters/waitresses should be more comprehensible with the customers). As an example, we were forced to order 2 two course menus when we were not that hungry.
Another waiter was feeeling nervous and wanted us to leave asap to start cleaning everything which a little upolite. In short, the service of this restaurant is not up to scratch (specially considering that it is a pricey place)
The staff was very rude, huge stomach cramps after the meal, very unpleasant experience.
It took 15 minutes to get the glass of water. The waiter made an error in the order and mentioned that he will compensate for his mistake, but never did. Don't go there if you want a quiet celebration, this is not the place and the food is not worth the price.
We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday, as it was his wish to eat “at the tippy-top of the CN Tower”! The experience was one that we will all remember; the view, food and service were excellent! Carlos, our server, was lovely and very patient with our 4 & 6 year old children. He also had the kitchen put together a special birthday treat for our son’s big day.
The downside was the acoustics as the ambient noise was very loud. Apart from that, it was a great experience and one that we already know is going to be requested again!
Great experience and we’ll go back anytime!!
Keith our server was fantastic with my kids and guided us thru the menu options.
Best time to arrive on a weekend is 11:30 because after 12:30 it gets super busy
Very cool that visiting all the lookouts and places in the tower is included.
The service was fast and our waiters were very pleasant and helpful with selecting items off of the menu or dinner options. Food was spectacular and the drink/wine menu was very diverse with some interesting selections. We will definitely come back there for dinner, especially the prime rib!
Excellent service and for a special occasion, can't be beat. We lucked into a clear night and specifically requested a window seat (if we hadn't had that, our night wouldn't have been as awesome). Food was excellent, making for a perfect special occasion (50th birthday dinner celebration).
Where do I begin? The view was amazing from our seat. Everything else was sub-par and that’s being nice.
Our server was nice, however the overpriced drinks accompanied by the mediocre meal, including 2 pieces of hair in my salmon dish, made my experience horrible. You would think a courtesy from management or a small discount for waiting longer, for a Re-fire? Nope, nothing.
To top it off, communication wasn’t sufficient. After our meal concluded. we headed to the sky pod line. When we tried to utilize the meal receipt as a voucher to the sky pod, the workers informed us then that there was a required time-window limitation. I. E. 2 hour wait and no sky pod for us.
View was nice, food was good but service was very poor. It was way too fast. Appetizers came before we had time to finish half of our cocktails. Entrees followed immediately after appetizers and before we even had time to finish our first glass of wine. And waiter totally ignored me when I told him (twice) that it was too fast.
This is our go to place for entertaining business associates from around the world. The view was amazing as always. Never had an issue in the past but this time my dinner was luke warm at best. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I am sure it would have tasted better if it was served soon after it was prepared. I cannot comment on my guest’s meal but I hope his meal was hotter than mine. I paid over $9.00 for a cup of coffee and had to ask for a fresh cup as was cold and tasted like it have been in the thermos for too long.
Was hoping for a great time, however the service ruined it.
Once seated, it took 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to greet us, ask for water etc. and they didn’t come back, after 15 minutes I had to flag someone down to take our drink order. At this point, we’d been in our seats for over a half hour and we had water only. We were about to leave we were so unimpressed.
Once we got our drinks, service picked up a little once we made our order, and the food came within reason. However once the main was done (and we saw all the other tables in our grouping empty) we would see the waiter walk by our table without even looking at us. He only came to talk to us once, asking how it was, but his attitude was unbearable, as if we were wasting his time. The night continued like that, until we finished.
To top it all off, towards the end of our night we saw that we were the exception, with other tables getting notably better attitude and service from the same individual, which was extremely disappointing.
I will not be recommending this experience
We went there on a working day in the middle of winter. Had no difficulty in parking or reaching the restaurant. Though slightly expensive yet we enjoyed good food, tasty wine and splendid view of the city. Any one visiting or living in Toronto area must have this experience at least once. I guess the experience during summer would be even greater.
Food was good but we felt rushed. We would of liked to talk more but food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Was never asked for coffee we were simply handed the bill.
Drinks are over priced. If you charge $15 for a Caesar it needs to be in a full glass not a half glass.
The food was excellent, the staff/service was quick and efficient. The fact that the restaurant rotated was a most interesting experience and the vie was spectacular due to that since you wouldn't be looking at the same spot for too long. If the perfect occasion arises I would like to try this again and recommend to try it at least once. It is well worth it (in my opinion, anyway)
We went for Valentine’s Day and everything was lovely. If I were to go again, when placing the reservation I would request a window seat, but all tables have a view so it wasn’t really a problem. Tables are a bit small, especially the tables for 2, it felt a little like we were packed in. The food was great, our server was quick and friendly and it included a trip to the glass floor and sky dome. I think the fixed price menu is the best (read: cheapest) way to go but they do have other options.
